First time here everyone was super nice and friendly. It’s a real community here while staying true to authentic Catholicism. It’s a beautiful latin mass and everyone is very helpful if your coming from novus ordo and aren’t sure what to do. People drive from all over central Florida to get here including myself. We make a 45 minute drive every Sunday because this mass is so reverent and Father Palka is super cool, down to earth and a pretty funny guy. The way the Tridentine mass is celebrated is so beautiful. Hands down everyone should try the latin mass! My kids behave so well at his mass also, which is a huge plus because at all the novus ordo masses it’s like a free for all other people’s kids playing tablets, coloring , running around ...so then my kids think it’s ok to do because everyone else’s kids are doing it too. Plus there isn’t as many distractions with the way women are dressed. I don’t see mini skirts and cleavage and people texting on their cell phones or chatting after receiving communion. I also don’t have to constantly hear about how I have to many kids either which is wonderful, (it gets old fast) because for some reason it’s quite a shock to everyone at the novus ordo mass but at the latin mass my family size is considered small to average LOL! There is just to many distractions to me at the novus ordo mass and don’t get me wrong I’m sure a novus ordo mass can be celebrated reverently as they do it on EWTN with their mass but jeez, I just don’t see it often ...so finding this parish within reasonable driving distance has been such a blessing from God it’s helped our family grow so much since attending. We now pray the family rosary and things are just changing. There’s graces that come from the Tridentine mass that I can’t explain, you’ll just have to start attending a latin mass to understand what I mean.

Classic, reverent, and beautiful. Catholic mass the way it was celebrated for about 400 years. Every mass is a miracle of mercy but there are some that make the miracle a little easier to begin to appreciate. I've been to many masses of different rites including including other traditional Latin masses and this one is a gem. Great choir, great preaching, beautifully celebrated, friendly congregants, homemade Vietnamese food available in the parking lot, and a coffee hour. If you have not seen a traditional Latin mass you should really go whether you are Catholic or not. It is a remarkable historical artifact. Even if you are an atheist you can appreciate it purely as a historical reenactment, but don't be surprised if God speaks to you. It has happened before. For those unfamiliar with the Latin mass, as the name implies, it is in Latin, except for the sermon and translation of the readings. However, missals are available at the door that contain the Latin and English words on facing pages so it is easy to follow along, especially if you can get your neighbor to show you what page to look at.

It would not be a stretch to say this parish is like my second home, I spend that much time there . We have been attending Epiphany for five years. This liturgy has enriched our spiritual and family lives beyond measure. This is a growing parish family, truly. There are ministries available that cater to the whole family - Catechesis of the Good Shepherd, American Heritage Girls, Troops of Saint George, Youth Group, Young Adult Group, Holy League (men), Knights of Columbus, Council of Catholic Women, and Saturday morning Catechism class with the illustrious Father Palka. (I’m sure I missed some group - sorry!) If you are looking for the beauty of our faith without any sugar-coating then this is the parish for you. You won’t be disappointed. There are two daily Masses celebrated in Latin and followed by Confession and Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament. There are three Sunday Masses celebrated in Latin followed by Confession after each Mass. And there is a Novus Ordo vigil Mass on Saturday night. Come say hello in the social hall where we share coffee and donuts on Sunday after Mass.

I have been a member at Epiphany for over a year. It is well worth the 40 minute drive to come to the Latin Mass. If you want truth in God's teaching and not to be coddled then this is the parish for you. If you are a secular person and/or looking to join a church. Think of Epiphany in this way.as a fine quaint restaurant. The atmosphere is the very best, Its called reverence for Our Lord. The menu is the liturgy and it will fill your soul with the food you need .That is the presence of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ in the Holy Eucharist. John 6:52-68 Everyone is welcome here. I love seeing families here many who come from far and wide. They want what is right for their children and themselves. Fr Palka's & Fr Mangiafico's homilies challenge you to become a saint. Epiphany is truly like the mustard seed spoken of in Mark4:30-32. God Bless You! .

Since I have been recieving the Sacraments at Epiphany of Our Lord, it has brought me closer to God. Lots of people love to say that Trad Catholics are cold and not welcoming, that is certainly not what I got when I started attending this Parish. They are very welcoming to newcomers! And the best part is that Fr. Palka and Fr. Mangiafico care about the salvation of your soul. If you are looking to get away from priests that aren't teaching the traditions of the faith, obeying the magisterium of the church, and/or not showing reverence to Our Lord in the Mass(and live in the Tampa Bay area), then come receive Our Lord at the TLM at Epiphany! Viva Cristo Rey!

The Truth is ‘full on’ in our worship of Jesus here at Epiphany. I’m happy to be making new friends here as we grow in our relationship with Jesus and His whole family. I believe we’ve found a Holy Church here in the heart of Tampa. Tampa is blessed to have many faithful Priests, but the traditional latin Mass is awesome for diving deep in our Catholic faith. What an excellent parish home for our journey seeking out a humble life in Christ. I know Heaven and Earth truly meet each mass and all I can say is thank you Lord. Thank you for this Church and thank you for Epiphany’s two faithful Priests!

The few months I have spent at EoOL have been life-changing. Only the most reverent Latin Masses, beautiful and traditional music with organ and full choir (I may be a bit biased here), frequent confessions, and much more to help one sanctify oneself. The traditional Catholic faith is strong here and the parishioners are welcoming to newcomers into their vibrant community. Plenty of opportunities for men, women, and children to grow in faith and give back. Catholics in the area not attending EoOL are missing out on a jackpot parish.

Dear Father Palka, My family and I want to thank you for being our spiritual guide in this difficult time, you have been very humane and sincere, you have an amazing talent for delivering God‘s message you are such a warm and caring person. You helped us confront the difficult circumstance with patience that was the passing of our beloved mother, we will forever be thankful it was very kind of you to attend our mom’s funeral service, thank you very much father Palka. Sincerely, The Riano family

An amazing Church. Father Palka says the Latin Mass, the only true Mass! His Homilies are the absolute best I have ever witnessed. Father does not sugar-coat anything. I have been searching for a Tridentine Mass and finally found it. The congregation dresses as they should. Women with longer dresses, vails and covered shoulders and men in either suits or dress shirts and slacks. I travel 40 minutes each Sunday and Holy Day of Obligation to attend...I LOVE THIS CHURCH!

  • Tony Mangiaracina

Such a wholesome, solemn Latin Mass. I travel the country for work and have been to many Latin Masses across the U.S.. Epihany, by a long shot, has the most beautiful mass I've ever been to. And, more importantly, the Priest, namely Father Palka, gives incredible homilies. They are relevant, to the point, and inspirational. He reminds us of how to be a Saintly Catholic in our everyday lives. I can't recommend this church enough. You will be blown away.

  • Lauren Jean

I love this Latin Mass!! It's really better than the Novus Ordo mass, because people dress like they should at this church. I go here with my family every week an enjoy it every bit. This church is a friendly community and new families are always welcome! Father Palka is a very good priest and always has great homilies. The Latin chanting is beautiful. Even though it is a far drive from my house, I will always attend this mass.

  • Glenn Sanchez Betancourt

Beautiful Mass that not only has an excellent choir, but also clergy who are holy and love their parishioners and take their duties seriously to present to us Christ fully present in the most Holy Sacrament of the Eucharist. The whole congregation, under the clergy, recognize that we are in the presence of Our Lord and respond accordingly: with Divine Honor. Go there as soon as possible; you will not regret it.

  • Nu Ngyuen

Good Parish, except.... The set up for confession is extremely awkward. The designated pews for confession face away from the confessional, so no one can see when a confessional is available. People must crane their necks around every few seconds. It's so ridiculous. Especially when just lining up on the adjacent wall would be so much simpler and not so dysfunctional. Crazy.

This is a nice church in Seminole heights neighborhood. It's rare to find a Catholic church around here, but it's always welcome as this is only the 3rd Catholic church I've come across in Tampa and is the closest to my house. The grounds are well kept as well as the church. The people here are very friendly and plenty of parking. It's always a pleasure visiting here.

  • CARLO BELLA

Beautiful mass! Every Catholic Church should offer at least one Latin mass! I like both… but every Catholic should have an opportunity to experience this in their parish! I am not an official member of this parish, but I plan on attending when I can! I wish they offered more high mass’s! That being said, it was a wonderful experience!

  • Matthew Mendez

I live in Orlando, but I attended Mass at this wonderful parish this morning. The ancient liturgy of the Church is here. Fr. Palka’s homily was eye-opening and very spiritually relevant, the choir sang beautifully, and the parishioners I met after Mass were so friendly and welcoming. I cannot recommend this church enough!

  • Amandy Joan

The prsist of this parish genuinely cares about his congregation. When I read in the Bible how Jesus is a Shepherd who takes care of his sheep I think of Father Palka. His homilies are the best I have ever witnessed in my life. The music in the Latin Mass is above and beyond exceptional. Best. Church. In. Tampa.

  • Lizzet Perez

I was visiting family for Easter break and I had the most incredible conversion during Latin Mass. (Holy Week) I long so much to be present during their vigils. If you have found yourself in dryness of spirit….please go! Open your heart it will change your life!!!

  • Katrine Doran

Wonderful TLM, very reverent with a full congregation at the 1030am procession. Lots of young families, communion given on the tongue, confession available directly after Mass. English translation provided alongside the Latin to follow along in the missal.

  • Sam Asbury

The TLM rocks. Great homilies. The guy with the incence was standing right next to me last Sunday, and I nearly blacked out from the smoke, but I figure that's just part of my training to be Catholic. The choir continues to be excellent.

  • John Twigg

Traditional Latin Mass (1962 Roman Missal); Solid, conservative, diocesan pastor (despite the Birkenstocks ); Welcoming parishioners; What a tremendous gift from our Lord and His Mother!!! What are you waiting for? Go check it out.
