The WORST food, customer service and kitchen conditions I have seen. I will NEVER buy from here again. I rarely write reviews but the experience I had here was so horrible that I had to write. The texture of the pizza tasted wrong. After removing the toppings, I discovered that both my pizza slices were uncooked. It was just plain uncooked dough beneath the toppings as you can see from the photos. If I had to rank the worst foods I have eaten and bought, this one would rank the ultimate top. All of the staff were extremely rude. When I asked the man at the counter for a plastic bag, he spoke back saying: "Why do you need a plastic bag? Maybe if you buy 6 slices, I will give you one." He then literally handed me my second slice of pizza with tongs and without a second paper bag. And when I was struggling to put the second slice into the paperbag where the first slice was, he told me "Why are you so slow? Hurry up." Mind you that there was no line at the shop and the shop was definitely not busy at this time. Lastly-- oh my lord. They are unhygienic. They did not wear gloves and touched food with their bare hands. There is always a female staff who smokes directly near the shop's entrance also. Flies are inside the shop. They are on the walls and touch the food. The shop had turned absolutely disgusting after the owner had changed. I really miss the old owners. They were fantastic, friendly and kind. It's such a shame that a good shop had turned to this.

Unfortunately really disappointed at their beef pide. I've had them in the past prior their rebranding and it was always good, especially in the morning when its baked fresh. But even at nights the pide bread was soft and the meat was juicy and lots of filling. I went today around 6pm and decided to try their beef pide again since its been awhile. Their kebabs are usually pretty good and no issues. However today's beef pide was extremely bad. It was chopped into 4 large pieces which made it really hard to eat and the pieces were falling apart. The bread was super hard, a bit stale and it cracked like biscuits. It wasn't the nice crunch you get from warm toasted bread, this was more like it has gone stale and then we tried to reheat it again and again, and then it became hard and rubbery. The meat was so so. Parts were also burnt to crisp and too hard to eat. I ended up discarding 1/3 of the beef pide as I could not actually eat it. Overall really disappointed and will not be ordering their pides again. Maybe best to stick to their freshly made food.

Been coming here for a bit and was always keen on the HSP, but the quality and serving size has gone down dramatically over the last month or so. This time the serving size and quality was an absolute joke for the amount being charged. Ordered a regular mixed snack pack costing $18. Chips were soggy af and tasted foul - think there may have been one crispy one out of the bunch, meat tasted like it’s been sat out all day, and the serving size was so small no sauce even made it’s way to the top of the box. How can you make a HSP and not pack it to the brim . You shouldn’t be able to see the sides of the bottom part of the box…

Epping Star Eatery is my absolute go-to! Kebabs are a flavour explosion, with perfectly seasoned meats, crisp veggies, and mouthwatering sauces. The staff is always welcoming, and smiling, and that makes every visit enjoyable. I think Epping Star Eatery nails it with their delicious offerings and top-notch service. It's become my favourite spot, and I highly recommend it for a kebab experience that's not just tasty but also served with a side of warmth and friendliness.

Worst pizza slice I have ever eat in my life.Straight thrown it in the bin after 1st bite.they used the old smelly meat . Very hard dough like a piece of concrete, I think the guy who made this was a labourer in a concrete company. I Must throw on his face who served me the fatty maggot .But unfortunately just left the shop then I tried. I will complain to the food and health department for these type of people who they playing with people health. That's why they have only abt 3 STARS reviews on Google.

New review : This shop is a scam . They just put fries for 18$ chicken snack pack , if someone really want to just have chips they will only order chips not a Chicken snack pack . Old review: I have been eating their Kebab for a long time and shocked to see the portion of kebab reducing every time I go to order for takeaway. Bought chicken kebab, chips on a stick and chicken skewer. We waited for quite some time, but the food turned out to be terrible. The chips on the stick is basically one whole chunk of raw potato with the texture like eating apple, instead of spiralling and spreaded apart, the batter was undercooked like thickened cream as seen on the upper left corner in the picture. The $11 kebab is full of vege and hardly any meat. The chicken skewer was so dry and stale, we don’t know how long it’s been cooked and sitting there or over done when reheated. Honestly, stay away if you can.

Wow - I love it when I find a real takeaway! I had the cheeseburger combo - so chips and a drink - and they were top notch. All the family had chips; my girls rated the chips as their favourite! My wife loved her kebab...it had been her pick for takeaway night, and she's planning to go back when it's her turn again All-in-all, the Star Eatery is a top pick

I ordered ‘big George burgers’ and wow that was dismal. For starters don’t have a bacon option when all you’re going to do is put on kebab meat on it. The menu says lettuce and American cheese on ‘the backyard’ but I didn’t get any of that. The patty was just greasy. The ‘buffalo chips’ was just chilli sauce and I didn’t even get the blue cheese sauce. 0/5 do not eat here!! It’s a scam. Never again will I order from here

I ordered through doordash, the fries are old and not edible, the drink is given wrong, the falafel kebab combo is wrong, I asked for hummus, they added ketchup, I asked for extra spicy, they didn’t add jalapeños that I paid extra for! Such terrible service. I don’t know how old the food that I could even eat it, so had to throw it.

Very friendly staff! Been here a few times since the new owners moved in & have enjoyed it every time! The prices have slightly increased, but once you taste the quality, it makes sense. Ordered tonight & it was exceptionally quick, everything still tasted fresh too!! Impressive. I prefer to visit at ‘later’ times of the night so you get the chance to socialise with the staff & avoid the rush. Can’t wait to come back!

I went to this place not long ago and it was amazing, I ordered the snack pack with garlic and bbq sauce and it was a flavour bomb! The fries were crispy and the sauces made the beef taste so nice! Definitely recommend it!

Average in our opinion. Had the regular mixed snack pack ($18). Fairly pricey compared to other kebab shops. The fries were ridiculously thick and was quite soggy as they weren’t as fresh I assume and was probably sitting there for a bit. Meats were a little dry as well and portions were smaller compared to other shops.

I got the beef pide, I've never had one so dry and old tasting before. My mate got the meat pizza, he couldn't finish it because it was soggy and tasted like it had been sitting there a while. Disappointed. I used to love this place but since the change in ownership the quality has gone downhill. You can do better guys I believe in you. :)

Went at 11pm on a Friday night. Still so busy. They overloaded the box with meat and chips so you get what you pay for. The sweet chilli sauce was more chilli than sweet, but when you're hungry late at night, it doesn't matter. Good place for a good feed. Come here when all other places are closed in Epping

Don’t go, not worth of your money. Bought $15 snack pack on 11th Feb 2022 hardly any meat. Pack is full of chips. The new management is the worst. Asked specifically to give fresh chips as I had previous experience with soggy chips. And they gave me this, black & brown chips. And it was by weight 10% meat and 90% chips. Is that what I paid for?

Best takeaway shop in Epping. Food, is always quick, high quality and fast. Best quick and cheap snack pack and kebabs! Highly recommend

I got 2 slices of the meet lovers pizza, and it was probably the blandest pizza I’ve ever had. The dough is way too dense and thick. They said it comes with beef and chicken, but all I taste is lamb. Very disappointed considering how good it looked.

My experience at this restaurant was incredibly disappointing due to the unprofessional, uneducated and drunk owner. He insulted me without any reason while I was trying to deliver food.
