The venue is extremely small and gets crowded fast. It is recommend you get there before 12 however you still won’t get in. This establishment has no structure and does not know the first thing about crowd control. We stood outside in the rain for more than 30 mins despite informing both security and the promoters our party was inside and bought a section. The promoter told us we would still have to pay the general admission which we had no problem with but told us we still had to wait in line. Shortly after he started grabbing random groups of girls to skip the line to walk right in without having to pay. They had the audacity to continue doing this in front of everyone and showed no concern for those who were getting soaked from the rain. There was a group of people that was in front of us who had said they had been waiting 45mins and the line had barely moved. They eventually decided to leave due to piss poor service. My friends and I did the exact same thing. The lack of professionalism and business etiquette left a bad impression and I will not be returning nor would I recommend this place to anyone I know.

If I could give less than 1 star, I definitely would. This establishment was so unprofessional and charged obscene cover charges for entrance. An altercation was beginning to break out and the front door person was being extremely ignorant & incompetent . They haggled us for an entrance fee of $40. We initially paid $20 of the $40 and they acted like we hadn’t paid any of it. The women at the front door was acting as if she had no recollection of our purchase. Long story short, I DO NOT RECOMMEND supporting this establishment for the extreme levels of disrespect & simple-minded behavior.

Stumbled upon this place while looking for a place to dance on a Sunday night, it happened to be hip-hop and R&B night. The music was amazing especially if you’re a millennial it was geared towards that era. Not sure if there was a cover as we checked Eventbrite and got free tickets before 11pm. Definitely recommend if you’re in the Chicago area.

From all the clubs in Chicago I must say this is the #1 spot to go to in the city! If you want an experience you will never forget this is the place to go! Great music/Dj, the hottest Bottle servers and bartenders, and the staff are much respected and always make sure you’re safe! If you are celebrating a birthday, special occasion, or just want a night out in the city Era Social Club is the spot to go to!

Awesome vibe!! Very professional staff. The cocktails are exceptional along with dope variety of music and beautiful people with great vibes the decor is awesome!! The bottle service was a bonus ..loved it. Also very close to public transportation if needed. I recommend this place hands down. I guarantee to be back!! Word up!!

Era Social Club is truly a premier destination downtown Chicago! A “must” visit for tourists and locals featuring the hottest DJ's, celebrity guests and premium bottle service. I enjoy the beautiful people, the outstanding service and amazing music…it’s my go to spot in the Chi!!!

Overall we had a great time, fun place for sure. I just didn’t appreciate that I had to take my baseball hat off and put in a box with other hats and drinks was a bit on the pricey side but definitely pass the vibes check.

The atmosphere and the entire vibe were dope! I had a good time we even got a great deal on our section and we partied hard for my boys birthday and it was an abundance of women what more could we men ask for.
