My brother was friend's with Eric through high school and into his Adult life, so when I asked him if he knew anyone that could help me sell my house (In October of 2019) he sent me to Eric. Eric made the house selling process seamless and easy. He was thorough in explaining al the processes, and helped with any additional questions my husband and I had throughout. When we had a couple offers, then accepted one that fell through he was supportive and knowledgeable about us wanting to make a price improvement/adjustment in our Favor. We ended up getting an offer the very next day for listing price. When we decided we wanted to buy a new house (March 2020), we had a pretty lengthy wishlist. Eric came through and showed us houses that we would like. We received emails at least weekly and sometimes daily of potential houses that might interest us. One popped up on the market, and we saw it the next day. It had already received one offer, but it was contingent. Eric guided us and provided us with advice to secure the house that had everything we wanted and we got the house!! (June-Closed in July). When our appraisal came back under what the Seller wanted. Eric negotiated for us for over 24 hours, to help us worry less about what we may have to potentially pay if the seller would not come down to meet that appraisal. Eric said they came down!! Eric treated us like Family and went ABOVE and BEYOND what any realtor would do. At our final walkthrough, our daughter did not want to leave the house because one of the rooms had belonged to another little girl and was all decked out in toys and princess castles, and barbie house. The day we met him to get our keys, he surprised us and our Daughter with her very own brand new Frozen Castle. She was so excited and ecstatic. Home buying, along with finding a dependable real estate agent, can be overwhelming. There are many different moving parts and it can be hard to keep track of next steps. Eric was patient with all my questions and concerns, even when I would ask the same thing multiple times :). He was readily available whenever I needed help understanding each step.
