Initially, I raised an eyebrow at the price – $1.70 per pound seemed a tad steep. I mean, $50 or $60 later, I questioned my life choices. But then, the magic happened. When I got my clothes back, they were a revelation – perfectly folded, smelling like laundry heaven, and packaged with the precision of a professional gift wrapper. It felt like a VIP trip to the mall, minus the shopping bags. Suddenly, that seemingly steep price felt like a steal for the magnificent job they did. Drop off your clothes, blink, and within an hour or two, you'll get a text saying, "Your clothes are ready." I'm checking my phone in disbelief – did they secretly invent a time machine? The entire crews, with their attention to detail, has turned laundry into a fine art. I've become a repeat customer, a loyal laundry enthusiast who can't get enough of the service. Don't be like past me; be smart, be like present me – take your clothes to Erica's Laundry. You'll thank yourself, and your neatly folded wardrobe will thank you too. It's not just laundry; it's a lifestyle upgrade. Trust me, you'll be back again and again and again. Just do it.

This laundromat is very special. You walk in and the cleanliness and sparkling splendor of the place hits you right away. Well lit, air conditioned and they have different sizes of washing machines for different load sizes. The ladies that work here are kind and professional. Loren is the lady in the back, who usually assists me. She is very helpful, always smiling and super kind with customers. Credit goes to the owner Sam, as he is a paragon of a gentle soul. I have seen pizza trucks and games for kids, as the place is child-friendly and has toys for them too. Their prices are very reasonable, both for the wash and fold service, or in store machine washes. My laundry is always neatly folded, free from bad chemicals and superbly redolent smelling great. I wish all businesses could emulate the quality, professionalism and kindness found in this establishment. Erica’s Laundromat definitely deserves greater recognition in the community! This laundromat is clean, ran very efficiently and the staff working at the time I was there were super friendly and helpful. The aisles are a bit tight but not impossible to get by. There are 2, 3, 4 and 6 loads machines and the dryers are only .75 cents for 24 minutes and worked like a dryer should. You can use quarters for the washers and dryers or the Fascard (packed with perks) and when you use the card, you earn free drys when used to pay for washes, as well as points with each use, when you earn 500 points, thats $5.00! I love free money toward anything! Erica's laundromat, good call on choosing to use this system!!!! This place should be the example of how a business should be run ~ clean, efficiently ran, perks for the customer and seemingly less cost than other laundromats in the area. Overall, it was a pleasant place to do my laundry. Thanks for that. This is where I shall come to do my laundry for now on.

Nice place! Super clean and so many washers!!! I tried this place for the first time today to see if there were better places than where I usually do mine. You have the option of using coins or prepay on a card that gives you complimentary free dryers if you wash on certain washers. The downside is that it is a little more than what I pay than the place I usually go BUT I think I can get over that for the the way the washers make my clothes look so much cleaner than the other place I usually go to. Will be coming back. :) Also, the staff there is super nice and are always out on the floor and ready to help if need be. I also think the owner was out there too. March 2023: Still a great place but they raised the prices of the washers and dryers so I try not to go as much as I used to.

The only reason you guys are getting one star is because of the extremely bad customer service I received from a short lady that was been drop off in a suv Toyota, I said good morning she He didn’t even acknowledge me! I followed her because I wanted to ask her the Wi-Fi password. she just say no!!!…it’s not working like if I was bothering her, on the customer service hours says that it’s open at 8am she showed up like around 810 she just open the door check something out jump back on the Toyota and left. I am new to this coin laundry I love the location the machines are clean but the short Hispanic lady is killing your customer service I think you should hired friendly people that cares about your business.

Best laundry place in town. I love coming here for various reasons. Friendly employees. Overall cleanliness is outstanding. Good working washers and dryers. Cash or credit accepted. Laundry services pickups and deliveries. Free and convenient parking available. Good job to management & staff In addition, Erica’s Laundry added “The Red Balloon ” reading station for children. But most importantly, the ozone in their water is sanitizing and/or disinfecting.

This was my first time , at this laundry and I have to admit I’m very picky about laundry’s and this is cleanest laundry I have seen in a long time . Their was a lady employee named Dalis who works their she was very helpful, and welcoming if I had question. Also she never stopped mopping , cleaning all the washing machines and dryers in and out. I have to admit I was impressed . I will be back and just wanted to say you. Thank you for keeping a clean place to wash .

I am very pleased with this laundry facility! The machines work very well (especially the dryers thank God!) and the whole facility is clean! In the early AM it is best to keep the doors shut though. It gets cold this time of year! Erica’s also has a “fluff and fold” service. I haven’t used it yet, but if it is as good as it was when I did it myself, then for $.95/lb I will take advantage of that someday soon! I highly recommend this location to anyone!

LOVE this little hidden gem so much I almost didn’t want to leave a review selfishly :) Don’t want word to get out and cause a stampede!! The staff are beyond sweet and friendly! The facility is clean and well maintained and the environment is almost relaxing. Let’s face it; hard to love doing a chore like laundry but I honestly enjoy having such a great place to go to in our neighborhood!! Keep up the fantastic work Team Erica!!

This place is so clean and the machines are well kept clean and in great condition. I have been using Erica’s laundry for more than a year and I always use there fluff and fold team to do my laundry. The cost is not expensive at all and the customer service is so nice they have your laundry ready on the same day! Always smelling great with the best fabrics they use! I recommend all to come!

I like that there are different sized washers to fit your needs. They offer a card system and take coins as well. They have laundry drop off services. There's always a worker present should anything arise. The washers and dryers work Great and its clean. I like that they decorate for the holidays it shows that they have pride in their business and appreciate their customers.

The machines never work and sometimes they can’t stop the machine. Luckily I speak Spanish because the attendants don’t speak English well. Their machines are crazy expensive but I don’t know any better. It’s hard to get a machine at times. The only good thing is that the machines are fast and they use Ozone water. The staff are friendly and it’s clean.

You will spend more money in the dryers, than you pay at home or in a apartment building. For a 1 load dryer, one has to spend $2.25 to have the clothes dry, and in a apartment building that I live it's $1.25 for 45 minutes and the clothes come out hot. Here you have to be adding and adding the coins, that you should count on how many coins are added.

This is a great laundry, and I can go to it over and over again! The place is very clean and everything is easy to access. What I also love is the kids area: they have two free toys bins and a reading nook. Children are encouraged to take anything home for free and I love that because it’s creating community. The staff is also very friendly.

I have done my laundry here twice now and I do like this place a lot! It’s clean, pretty open, and they have good prices (to my standards, at least). My credit card got stuck in the machine to purchase a washing card, but the woman who works here helped me right away and it came out. I am definitely coming back here.

I just wanna say I had a hard time one day with one of the machines and I called the customer service number at 630am and they responded really great customer service and they were very polite and helpful while I was frustrated. I had to leave a review because it’s not often that you receive such care at businesses.

Very clean, lots of washer and dryer machines and all sizes. You can buy a card and use it for washing and drying. You can reload the card with cash or by using your debit (don't know for credit) cards. No need to carry coins with you. The employees are very kind, helpful and professional!

Nothing to do on a Sunday evening, laundry piling up so why not head out and get this done. Met Erica the owner, sweet lady! This place is clean, plenty of machines and no people fighting for laundry spot. All in all, it was a nice and peaceful venture.

Safe, clean laundromat with friendly folks! Enough machines that everyone had room to do their laundry, no broken machines, and pretty great rates. I was done in an hour and a half with my giant haul of laundry. Will be a regular here!

What is crazy for $1.50 you get 18 minutes for $1.00 you get 20 minutes that's crazy for the dryers, since this review, I have been back once and I see they adjusted the times on the dryers, still it's crazy. Too rich for my blood!

Love this place, very clean and quiet, state of the art equipment. I go early in the morning so I always get the 6 loader I want. The owner and attendants are very nice and helpful. Always available when you need them.

Erica’s Laundry is clean and it was nice & quiet when we went. The machines work very well and very quickly. It made the whole experience of having to do laundry pretty painless and took less time than we imagined.

No AC, No heater, and not even an bathroom sing so that people do not useit, i opened the wrong door just because they don't have sings, and the workers are rude about it, even when you are carrying a baby.

The attendants have constantly shown care and Courtesy for my items and I can thank them enough for finding my AirPods. Great Laundromat for everyday items and for great customer service!
