The first time I spoke with her, I could tell she genuinely loves what she does and helping people travel, (it feels as though she was just as excited as I was about my first time traveling out of the country). She was diligent in finding a package that would work best for me, (even after the number of people changed). She was very patient, understanding, she answered all of my questions and concerns in a timely manner, and reassured me every step of the way. I only had to pay, and enjoy myself. I was a member of a large all female travel group of friends to Dubai, United Arab Emirates in October 2019. The trip was well planned and surprisingly affordable. We stayed in one of the premier hotels in the city with an exceptional breakfast buffet that was included. Our trip also included several tours of the city, a day trip to Abu Dhabi, an evening outing in the desert, and a fun end-of-trip dinner/dance party. I am so glad I went! Erica traveled with our group and was very involved with making sure we had a good time.

When I tell you I’m hooked to the travel diva !! Erica planned a trip for me and my now husband to get married in hawaii and she didn’t miss anything It was a magical trip from flight to destination and back all we Kept saying was Erica did that !!! I'm Kenisha and I have gone through Erica a couple times. First time was a cruise to the Bahamas and then to Jamaica and stayed on resott. Each time she set the vacation up and all I had to do is pay. Both trips were reasonable and she had everything in order when I got to Jamaica. She has been so helpful that I have requested her to get another vacation ready for next year for me

I've traveled for years and have used several agencies. This agency was booked by someone in my travel party. I would never recommend this agency or the owner. The emails received with requested information or updates, where not timely and very condescending. A lot more agencies out there with better customer service.

Breathless Resort was nice, but there staff needs to be able to speak English as well, also the food wasn't very tasteful
