Very poor. Bought an engagement ring from them, but one of the claws holding the stone snapped within 3 months of being worn. Luckily we found the stone and took it back for repair under warranty. We were then told it would not be covered as this was not a 'manufacturing issue'. Quite how something not surviving three months of careful wearing is NOT a manufacturing issue, I have no idea. We have since taken it to an independant jewellers who has told us that not only that it WAS poor manufacturing, but that there is also another crack elsewhere in the band either from poor manufacturing, brittle materials, or a previous resizing ON A BRAND NEW RING!!! Incredibly disappointed with the company, will be avoiding them in future and recommending to anyone I know to do the same.

I bought a bracelet for my girlfriend and was very happy with the service provided by all the team at Ernest Jones. From the first phone call enquiring if the jewellery was in stock to the day of purchase I was met with the utmost respect and great customer service. Unfortunately the item I bought was a bit faulty but I was able to get it swapped with no problem - one of the lads in this store who I spoke to gave me all the relevant information when I rang up about the faulty item and was able to guide me through the exchange process. I ended up swapping it in another store in the end due to it being in stock there rather than here. If you’re looking to treat a loved one or even yourself - I highly recommend this store as the quality of customer care is excellent.

Young small Asian women behind the counter had ZERO customer service skills when showing us engagement rings, didn’t ask if we’d like to see any or offer any help whatsoever, luckily for her we found one we liked, but with it being such a big decision we left to have a look around at others, after deciding it was in the top 2 of the ones we’d seen we decided to come back for a second look and as we were looking at it she abruptly said “ by the way we close in 3 minutes “. Unlucky for her and Ernest Jones people buy people so I immediately put the £3000 ring down, congratulated her on losing a sale and left and took my money to Goldsmiths round the corner where I then spent £4000. Feel free to watch it on your cctv. Absolute Joke.

Bought an Omega watch at the end of September. It stopped working in December so I took it back to the shop. They said the battery had gone and it would have to go back to Omega to be changed. When I asked for a new watch they agreed but said if the battery failed on that watch I would have to pay for a new one. I had no choice but to allow them to send my watch to Omega. Staff said usually takes 3 to 4 weeks but the watch has still not been returned. I have spent £2,600 on watch I have worn for about 8 weeks. Disgusted with their attitude and would never purchase anything from this shop again.

Lovely store, lovely. The staff have always exceeded expectations. They are always willing to talk, sharing details and knowledge. They give you their time, which is valuable! They will go out of their way to source pieces and ensure the best possible outcome for you! Ollie today was an absolute gent. He sourced my watch very quickly and was lovely to speak to throughout the buying process. He even got out a couple of rare Omega pieces for me to try on (pic!) and polished my wife’s and my wedding rings for us! Thanks Ollie, and thanks everyone else in store! We had a good laugh

When making purchase of an Omega watch 16 December, everything was good at point of sale. Agreed to contact me when additional links for watch came in. No contact so phoned on 29th December and was told they would contact me when they arrived. I asked they phoned supplier and phone me back the next day. They didn't and so far nothing today. Looks like it will have to be returned as unable to wear it. Edit: an hour after posting this review the store phoned to say the links had arrived.

Phoned 17/5 . Purchased my wife's engagement ring from them 45 years ago . I wanted to have the ring cut off and the diamonds resetting also some other watches need repairing. Was also going to buy a new watch and possibly a new engagement ring if the existing one could not be repaired. Was told no repairs due to covid . So basically no customer service .Apparently they are waiting for HO to advice that they can resume normal customer service. Well they have just lost this customer.

Had a brilliant experience here. I went in to enquire about having my engagement ring repaired as my husband bought it from here 7 years ago. The manageress explained that this ring was no longer in production due to a design fault and that she would happily replace it if we could find the receipt. 2 weeks later my family and I had a very pleasant experience picking out a new ring. I wouldn’t even want to give this store a 1 star. I have visited this store twice and both of which we have been looked up and down like we are scum! We attended to buy a seriously expensive watch but I wasn’t approached I was seen and the male assistant smirked and turned round on his iPad and few minutes later another couple came in to which he jumped to serve them. Not one member of staff welcomed us. Disgusting! These people act like they own the brands lol

We went in yesterday to buy our wedding rings and received brilliant service from a young blond guy in a suit. We got sized up and both tried a few rings. We even came back later in the day and again the staff member was really accommodating. We decided to purchase both our rings online with Ernest Jones when we found a discount code on the website after we left. But we wouldn't have done so if we hadn't been so looked after.

Shocking service and left us feeling let down and very disappointed. Bought an expensive ring which broke within 1 month. Cutting a long story with a lot of hassle and chasing short we finally got told after 2 years of back and forth that they would no longer do a replacement and just refund. Thankfully got the refund but left us without the original bespoke ring and have had to get another company to do an exact copy.

Visited the store this morning as a link pin had come out of my Omega watch. It was replaced and the watch checked within 30 minutes. I asked what the cost was and was informed there was no charge, but that as l had purchased the watch from them it was part of looking after their customers, excellent service, thank you to the helpful lady (failed to get her name) for her support, brilliant.

Visited yesterday whilst looking for an eternity ring, we had excellent service from a young man in there. Excellent range if good quality products, plenty on sale....unfortunately I didn't purchase the ring on this occasion, but it wasn't because we didn't have the most attentive service from the sales assistant. Would definitely return to buy from you guys in the future

Excellent store for higher quality jewellery and watches etc professional staff who look the part and show honesty by declaring certain items such as specific premium watch brands like Omega aren't their individual forte but will find the staff who specialise in those certain items, very presentable store with well presented displays, I will definitely shop there again!

Went to buy a watch which was in the window priced up for all to see and when we were sitting there the lady gave us a complete different price when we told her the price in the window she said she would take it off sale as it had been priced up wrong which was £3000 less than the price she gave us and wouldn't budge on the sale so we walked out and will never go back

We have been to get our wedding rings today at Ernest Jones and we had a fantastic experience with Silas helping us. We have managed to order the rings we wanted quickly and with ease. Silas explained everything to us and any questions we had, he could help with. Would 100% recommend to anyone

Not quite sure if we've been accused of deliberately breaking the bracelet on a Michael Kors fitness tracker. Was given as a present barely three weeks ago. Customer service skills definitely required. The wife being called "my dear" by a 20 something year old makes her sound 70!

My mother-in-law, who has arthritis in her hands, was advised by her Doctor to have a ring cut off. I cannot praise the staff in Ernest Jones (White Rose) who helped us, gave reassurance to my mother- in-law and successfully (& painlessly!) removed the ring. Thank you!

Perfect experience and service with the help of Kieran and Jared. I went to the store for watch exchange. Kieran was brilliant and helped me identify my loved watch with his patience, profession and kindness. Highly recommended. Will come to him if I need second one.

Called in to browse Omega watches and some wedding jewellery. Told the staff we wouldn’t be buying today and just looking. We were treated so well and showed loads of great items. Definitely returning nearer the time when we are ready to order, really great service.
