I had a facial yesterday and I was absolutely shocked. My therapist appeared to have very little knowledge of skin, was unable to talk to me about any of the concerns I presented with and left me alone in the treatment room for long periods of time unattended (at one time feeling very claustrophobic under the skin light). I was not asked to take off my top which meant neither my neck or chest were treated which is standard for a facial. I was not offered to go under a blanket, so felt very uncomfortable lying on the bed in my hoodie and shoes. I will never attend again and do not recommend it to anyone.

From the moment I walked into reception I was greeted by a warm, friendly and professional team ready to assist you in any way they can. This was continued by lovely Natalia, my consultant, who was very knowledgeable in my area of treatment. Also I was assisted by another team member and she was more than happy to answer any questions that I had and managed my expectations on the results I was likely to achieve. Due to this high level of service I would fully recommend Essence Day Spa.

I have been getting microneedling done elsewhere for the past 4 years but a friend recommend I try Essence, and I am delighted she did. Dr.Isadora is an absolute facial wizard, she really took time focusing on my problem areas and designing the treatment specific to my skin's needs. My skin (once healed) was absolutely glowing, I've never seen such a great result! I'd highly recommend Essence to anyone looking for skin treatments!

Went for lymphatic drainage massage with my mother in law we arrived and Vanessa was rude as we where running late we had rang ahead to infrom them to which they said was ok we went in she cut out time short we understand that but the lymphatic massage was no lymphatic they bearly touched our lymph nodes was so gentle left feeling exact same way no aftercare advice just want u in get ur money and get u out we won’t return

Found the place via looking in google and after the first treatment...was love! The pandemic year being just sit gave be a lot of issue for circulation and cellulite! the first detox treatment left me with light legs and with 3cm less hips! highly recommended. All the therapist are highly professional and the place is new and clean.

I had the most wonderful lymphatic drainage massage. An hour of pure bliss. I had hip replacement surgery in April and have had a huge amount of fluid retention since. Disappointing, therapist was sitting down for the massage so couldn’t give good pressure or reach the bottom of my back. Somebody opened the door twice to whisper to the therapist which is disruptive and leaves you feeling very exposed. Very abrupt end to the treatment.

I bought a 8 sessions package treatment and I highly recommend it. Martina was mainly the one in charge to do my treatment and massages and she is super. Her massage is very firm and effective. The package is worthed the pice: excellent quality /price balance
