And half the stuff there isn’t for sale because they deem it to rare and most of the stuff that was overpriced like the OVO raptors Jordan’s selling for 450 there and StockX prices are at 245

Cool items, seems like very high prices, and there were 3 people behind the cash register with customers looking around and not even one of them offered to help whatsoever... I don't understand why you would hire 3 people to watch a register and not help customers when it wasn't even busy

All 100% authentic and designer items, shoes and accessories. Very helpful and nice staff. Most items consist of supreme but there are other brands there too. Prices are very reasonable for how popular streetwear is right now, I will definitely be returning soon.

Good selection especially with new supreme but prices were awful ($180 CAD for a Supreme hat)! The employees didn’t interact with you but they weren’t mean. It was like $400 CAD for a plain Supreme tee shirt... don’t even get me started with the bape items.

Staffs were occupied playing mobile games on phone. They don't greet customers or answer customer questions. They don't care so why let these resellers scam your money. If you have to buy hyped products, spend your $$ elsewhere at least you get the service.

The store is managed by some people who cannot speak English fluently. The prices are way too expensive (resell prices) and I saw they have some knock-offs. Not everything you see there is legit; the space is too small for the amount of merchandise

The staff was so rude, I just dropped today to look at their shoes that I like but the staff so rude. I just asked the size and they like uncomfortable to help me. You should spend your money elsewhere to get better service.

Some of the best selection in the entire city, it won't come cheap though. As @_Mayor_ would say "sneakers are only worth what your stupid ass would pay" They also have multiple keymasters loaded with some rare shoes.

Terrible customer service. Maybe let your customers know that you have been closed for a while now and you don’t answer your emails either. Just a small sign on the door of your store saying your closed.

Essential was probably the first store in Toronto to sell hyped up gear. But now I don't even know if they're even open anymore, they haven't updated their IG in almost a year, their website is down.

They have an ok selection but they're very overpriced, nobody says anything to you when you walk in the shop. Just not a very appealing atmosphere to shop in.....

So many better shops in Toronto you could spend your time at. Employees are not welcoming or nice to you when you ask a question And everything is over priced.

The store layout is pretty nice and they got tons of nice kicks and supreme stuff, the price is a bit high but mostly acceptable, will be returning soon.

Insane supreme collection, lots of very cool accessories that most stores don't have, and contrary to belief, you can find some very good prices as well.

I buy all my bape from here I’ve grabbed assc and Bape it is all legit comes mint condition the workers there help you if needed and have good prices

I have been attempting to receive my consigned items that I gave from December 2019. No communication whatsoever about the store and owners.

Best store in Toronto, they got a lot heat and the staff is nice to people. The store looks dope af, will definitely come back again.

Always have had a great time dealing with the staff here. I've consigned items with them for several years. No hassles at all.

Shop at hotbox or rerun they are incredibly unreliable closed half the time there hours say op Rn and service & pricing is bad
