The Girl at the cash forgot to give me my Lotto tickets 649 and lotto max tickets and I noticed after 10 minutes after scratching my to scratch tickets I went back in and she told me that she cancelled them then she wanted me to call OLG and lie to them and say I lost them meanwhile I did not lose them they were cancelled then I said can you give me new ones and she said "NO YOU HAVE TO CALL THEM AND SAY THAT YOU LOST THEM" But they were not lost and she argued with me then I asked her for my money back at 1st she did not want to then the other guy told her just to give me my money back then she did. I recommend if you go there and that girl is at the cash to double no triple check your stuff because she will keep or take what you leave there. I don't understand why she couldn't just say you forgot your tickets or just came out to give them to me like a normal person would do.......

We live just 3 blocks away from this place and sometimes we prefer to drive towards the east ends to give them our business. Staffs are incredibly rude. Their PAY & PUMP at station 9 and 5 do not work. At 2 different times I went in to pay so I can get the OPTINUM points otherwise my husband would forget. My husband struggled with the pump for over 5min and had to drive to different station. My husband had to go in to get our refund, wait in line till the next available station and go and pay again. It became a nuisance. This kind of bs would never happen in Oshawa, Whitby or Cobourg. I like to support local businesses but these kind of repeated matters pushed you not to want to support your local business and go elsewhere.

Nothing really wrong with the physical gas station. Be warned that something is wrong with the actual gas from this station. We used to fuel our new SUV here exclusively and were having so many engine problems that the dealer actually sent two technicians to our home to diagnose the problems. Rough idle, hesitation during acceleration, engine shaking violently etc., but nothing ever showing as defective. The dealership said they think we keep using bad gas and asked us to switch gas stations just to see if problems go away. 11 years later and we haven't had a single issue with the engine again. Now the transmission, that's another story!!

Rotten customer service. Edit: Location manager reached out to me 2 days later via voicemail and wanted to "Make things right" to rectify this situation. In light of the prompt transparency of reaching out to the customer demonstrated by this location, they have in essence "Made things right" going forward and as a result, will consider this situation as being successfully resolved without any further action needed. Will give this location a second chance next time when in this area in the future. Also upgraded the rating from a one star to a four star for now in light of the resulting actions.

DO NOT WASH YOUR CAR HERE. Their so-called touchless car wash scratched the side of my car causing thousands of dollars worth of damage. They refuse to take responsibility even though their car wash arm has damage which lines up with the damage to my car. I will be taking this matter up with consumer protection UPDATE (Sep 2021) I drove by the gas station Labour Day weekend and the car wash is being ripped out and replaced with a new system - see photos. I wonder how many other complaints were received. Interestingly enough, I have yet to hear from Circle K regarding a resolution

Very bad customer service. Bought a lottery ticket and the a_ _ _ _ _ _ guy at the counter was like what makes you think you will win. I thought may be it is just one person who is a d_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ but the next time another cashier guy just picked the ticket for me and threw it across the counter, and since then I decided I won't give this place business anymore, and will never purchase fuel or anything else from here. They should replace these f_ _ _ _!

Full garbage bins and all kind of garbage flying all over. Very bad gas station presentation. Got a video of it myself to proof it. It was bad enough earlier in the morning and way worse arround 8pm same day Feb.20 2022 "Up date, on April 19 2022." Thanks God, ESSO Headquarters got to this, and since, that same Esso station is as it supposed to be, nice and clean! I do use this gas station, 2 to 4 times a week, and I like what I see now. I came here for a carwash. After carwash checked my car out and found a spot on the window. Talked to the cashier and then the manager. The manager MEL came out to look at it. Aftet looking at it. He yells out " this is birdshit. Your supposed to clean that your self." He refused to give me any free wash and basically walked off . Very rude and unprofessional... never comming here

The car wash barely dries the car. All you get is 60 seconds which isnt enough to dry the car. Especially in the cold weather. Worse still is that the rinse leaves soap residue behind because its not that efficient. Went home today with frozen soap residue on the roof and bonet. Increase the dryer/blower timing to at least 90 seconds.

This Esso gas station is close to my workplace. Been pumping here for the last several months. Despite it's location to a neighborhood, I never had any trouble finding an available gas pump. Secondly, the car wash bay has a touchless option with fairly long drying time, which I appreciate.

Good place and location, Tim hortons inside, but last time I was there, got yelled by assistant manager, after asking them couple questions about their goods. Very poor customer service. If assistant of a manager is yelling at customer, what could possibly be expected from other cashiers.

Great convenient location. It has multiple entry points and exit points that makes it easy to fill up. This has station has a Timhortons inside and a full service Timhortons next door. Always clean and quick fill up at this place. Love it.

Horrible Tim Horton’s staff, especially during drive thru. Never a good experience; have only gone there twice and will never go back. Just get your gas and go to another Tim’s for better service. They don’t even deserve 1 star.

Gas seems to be lower most of the time on this station. The best in this location is the 2 Timmys store in this area. The only thing i don't like is that half of the pumps you will have to pay first inside or in the pump.

Usually slightly lower gasoline prices than nearby similar gas station. The carwash is touch less. You can pay using credit card even for the car wash. Convenient store inside is indeed convenient.

The gas filling gun didn't had the pin to lock and there was no way to know if I filled the tank other than to stop multiple times to switch on and off the engine, which was painful in the cold.

Terrible gas station. Speed pass fails more often than other station. Slow cash, long lineup ( plus speed pass failures at pumps) Save your time and stress, fill your gas some where else.

Speed pass is usually turned off at various pumps as they want you to come inside, browse their convenience store and hopefully buy something. Totally defeats the purpose of Speed pass.

You need to be sure in which order you are inserting the card else it can get frustrating for the machine to respond else it can also decline your card time and again.

Sometimes they locked up the speedpass and credit card payment at the pump for no reason. Do not go there, specially when you're in hurry!

Esso gas station was a very busy place to get gas, one Sunday afternoon with long cues of cars though there were dozens of dispensers.
