IF I COULD PUT NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD. I Got 10$ of Gas which is roughly 6 liters. For my Hyundai Elantra, that would be about 50KM ( I understand it's a small amount; but for some people and me right now that's all we have ) And that 10$ is enough to get me to pay-day where I could actually fill my tank. I go in and tell him that no gas was pumped into my vehicle plus ; I understand that he has to read off the pump and there's scammers; I've worked at two gas stations in my life so I understand the process, but for the MANAGER to tell me it's my fault and that he cant reimburse me my funds or the amount payed in gas and refuses to check my odometer which is proof that no gas was pumped into my vehicle is so unbelievably messed up. This establishment is playing with peoples lively hoods if I didn't have a wonderful family to aid me I could be stuck at that gas station with no way home stuck at Pembina highway, I could lose my job for not being able to show up. I could possibly lose everything because of poor management. I strongly suggest not getting gas at this location. The only positive takeaway is to be grateful for what I have. The manager was the only person working there and when I asked for the managers number after him telling me It's not his problem, he tells me he is the manager. This man should not be allowed to work at a location where people depend upon their services to live their daily lives.

I have received excellent customer service from an employee named Keaton on two occasions within the past month. My gas cap had frozen shut, and he came out to help me. He applied a product called a de-icer. Unfortunately, his bottle ran out, and he recommended I purchase more. I did, and he came out in the cold (-30 C) to ensure I was able to de-ice it effectively. When I thanked him, he said "That's my job" with a smile on his face. I was very grateful for his help that evening. Last night, also -30 C, I had the same problem with my gas cap. Keaton recognized me and gave me some WD-40 to try. It worked, and, again, I was pleased with his great customer service skills.

Profit warriors. This station is one of the first if not the first gas station to raise prices. While fuel prices are at historic lows this station defies even other Esso stations by raising prices 10 cents. As evidenced by the last three weeks, after other stations refuse these silly profit grabs, this station then corrects to the standard local prices. If you value yourself as a consumer, shop elsewhere.

I arrived at 11:35pm after finishing my shift at Work to purchase smokes on the way home. The sign is up in window again which I experienced for a month every second day in winter. I waited 10 min. No response from attendant and customers came and left empty handed.I purchased elsewhere also again definitely losing money for company.

They installed new car wash but it's good for nothing. I washed my car but baked insects were all on the windshield after the wash. I spoke to the stuff about it he said the carwash do a good job with dust but for the insects he won't be able to authorized any rewash. I just felt like I wasted my money.

I visit this location twice or thrice a week. Today I was here around 3:30 pm to get pre-pay, the employee named KAIWAL, was very rude and he threw the receipt at me. He made me feel like If I had asked for free gas. His behavior and mental health were questionable !

Surviving Covid lockdown is difficult enough. In the middle of the night this gas station will take your money to gas up, but won't let you pee. As a matter of fact not a place in the entire city is open to let you go to the bathroom! You have this very wrong @ywg!

They replaced the car wash system which is very disappointing. The old system was just fine and did a great job cleaning and plus it was a rare and cool type of system. They waisted there money replacing it. Not impressed.

Good service, great rewards system. Friendly staff and my favorite is the lotteries. I seem to get a good amount of winning tickets at this location! My daughters favorite, is the ice cream selection!

I am regular customer but there is one employee mike he is very rude Nd he talk to me with very bad behaviour. I ask him put my PC point card no. He refused with bad attitude.

I've never had any issues refilling at this gas station. Been to others and the difference is clear as day . They even have a night attendant who runs the convenience store

Staff are more than friendly. I always go to this location when I was living near by. This location is the best in the Southern Winnipeg.

Worst car wash ever. Went for luxary car wash (18$) and thats not even able to clean regular darts. Try to Avoid car wash from this esso

The car wash does not clean your car. The worst upgrade ever. If it cost 2$ would be good for a rinse. Certainly gone downhill.
