Never ever ever again! My first time in ATL and i never would visit this place again. The reviews that are a couple months old are completely accurate. The racist hostess was rude and when approached about a situation she initiated she acted like it wasnt a bug deal. My friend and i witnessed her point at us and making an issue after she rudely asked for us not to eat our food from another place in there. My friend was told by a regular that she would be able to bring the food in which we did no problem and eat. If it was going to be an issue why allow people in with food? after I was approached by the hostess and told she could not eat I apologized. I am not from atlanta i am here celebrating my college graduation; as i stated i apologized and put the food my friend was eating away, 1 second later she was calling a 6pm man named mike who i assumed was a security guard; we witnessed her and him pointing at us so i called her over and asked what is the issue i explained that i had just did what she asked without a problem and she rudely responded i didnt snitch on on you what are you talking about and walked away check your cameras 5/22 at around 6pm-ish. My friend and i were upset because we spent about 3-400 dollars in there very early. Once the bartenders realized what was happening they decided to be just as rude. At this point i think it was because i wasnt white but that is my personal opinion and feeling because thats how they made my friend and I feel. Regardless to what we were respectful the entire time. I will be honest service from amanda was ok before the incident however afterwards it's completely ridiculous to treat someone who just tipped you 18% on top of gratuity rudely because I responded upset about how the hostess treated me (and i was only upset explaining to my friend what exactly happened) I know many people and it may not make a difference but i was there creating content for the small businesses on the inside of the building. My influence will reflect on this place and i will be posting the videos from the incident because i was recording at the time. Thank you for the horrible experience.

I got my nails done in Colony Square and decided to check this place out. They had happy hour going on and I ordered the mini shrimp po boy sliders- my first bite was great, then the next was weird and crunchy. Basically they left the tails on the shrimp even though they are a single shrimp in between buns, fully dressed with sauce, etc. also they had not been de-veined because that was the other crunch was the veins on either side after being fried. I let my server know the shrimp still had shell when it was served, he was very friendly and apologetic and said he would let them know. I came back up to order some hummus as I was still hungry and the owner, Dave, was talking with my server angrily. He said “No they don’t still have their shell on thats the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard, idiotic.” I let him know immediately that I was the one who had complained about the shell and that he could go look at my plate and see all the bits of shell and vein I had pulled from my mouth and from my shrimp. He never apologized for basically calling me an idiot, he didn’t offer any sort of compensation or even speak to me as if I was a paying customer. Again, the server was absolutely fine and had done nothing but tell the owner of the establishment about my experience. Just then, another server brought by a plate covered in shrimp shells and said that someone at the bar had the same complaint. Needless to say between the not great experience with my food and the absolutely disgusting way I was treated by the owner I will never frequent this establishment again and will be letting friends know to do the same. I felt inspired to leave this review and let everyone know what kind of business you’re supporting with your hard earned money. One owned by a man who was calling me an idiot behind my back and didn’t have the grace to apologize to my face.

Went to POP UP holiday bar on roof Top .. Wasn’t bad but wasn’t exciting .. Came back down stairs to grab a few drinks and Sum food bar was full but restaurant was half full.. Went to front to request a seat and for the first time in my life I was drilled on what we were ordering as the hostess explained that we had to commit to ordering drinks appz and entries before being seated .. We ask why and she stated there only seating those who are ordering full compliment from menu.. So I asked if we was ordering 2 drinks and a few appetizers we can’t be seated … She stated that’s what she was told . so we asked for manager and we listed as she spoke to manager and overheard him tell her just tell that the reason is the rest of the restaurant is reserved for a party we need to max out the profits from each table .. That was our sigh to leave as it was evident they didn’t want our business….. Miracle Bar Atlanta was our stop for the night and it was a pleasure from walking in the door bartenders are outstanding we’ll the bill of $170. I feel whether you ordering a soda and toast to a full course meal you should be accepted without being challenged the es· tab· lish· ment. : something established: as. : a church recognized by law as the official church of a nation or state and supported by civil authority. : a permanent civil or military organization. Truly following its its definition because it surely not a community place I willl go again

I actually hate coming here due to the service.. The first time I came they would not acknowledge me as a black woman when I tried to order a drink. A white friend had to order for me. I noticed that they were very attentive to certain patrons who happened to be white . My friend offered the explanation that they were “ regulars” as an excuse for this behavior. Nevertheless, I felt uncomfortable and unwelcomed. I didn’t come back for 18 months. Today the main bar gave the same vibe, At the main bar, only one of the handful of bartenders even made eye with with me. While here today I also saw roaches. At some point I waited for quite some time, and then was lied to about the kitchen being closed. If the kitchen closes at a curtain time, please honor that cut off time. This is especially important when serving alcohol. Alcohol served to empty an stomach is a liability. I’m unsure if the poor service at the main bar is reflective of unprofessionalism or bias.Nevertheless, I felt uncomfortable and unwelcomed. Thankfully , we found another nook of this establishment where the energy and service were amazing . Cici and the other woman in the picture made it feel like we were literally in a different bar. They were attentive, upbeat and looked like they were having fun. They acknowledged all patrons equally.

I came here with my office colleagues for a dinner and good time. We got both actually. I was surprised that someone is serving a Bone Marrow Butter Steak and Burger. I tried only steak and it was good, though I asked for Medium rare and it felt rare, but i am ignoring that for now. I could be wrong in judging the temperature. We had lot of starters like Wings, Brussels, fries etc. everything turned out to be good. Flavor - Star - 7 / 10 Authenticity of Flavor - Star - 7 / 10 Cleanliness - Star - 7 / 10 Service - Star - 8 / 10 Value for Money - Star - 8 / 10 Suggestion for owner: I don’t have anything for now but if i think of something, will surely let uou know. Suggestion for customer: The steak is bit different so don’t expect Longhorn steak, but it’s good. Above format would be best to justify my review so i will hopefully continue to keep this for all my next reviews.

This place was mostly great. I ended up giving it a 4 Star rating because the food, atmosphere, and server Mike S. (S for sensational) were all awesome. If it wasn’t for server Mike S. this place would have gotten ZERO stars. Seriously. That’s because the host guy was awful. Incredibly rude and unfriendly. Big guy dressed all in black. We stood right in front of him for several minutes. He never greeted us, looked us in the eye, or acknowledged our existence. He kept talking to someone else. When he finally did acknowledge us he shoved two menus and silverware at us and told us to go find a seat. Wow. I don’t usually leave these kind of reviews but he was something extra special. The server Mike S. was so awesome he turned the experience around for us. I’d go back but you all need to find a new host.

I’ve never in my life left a bad review, but 10/10 among one of the worst experiences I’ve had in hospitality. Completely dismissive, borderline nonexistent service. Got ludicrously incorrectly charged (almost double) for the shots we ordered and tried to have a polite conversation. More dismissive and honestly, outright rude response. Attempted (against my usual judgement) to call and speak to someone in charge and spoke to the owner who seemed absolutely clueless about how his systems work while consistently justifying and making excuses. Meanwhile there’s a 20% autograt so maybe that’s why no one cares. I’m honestly baffled at how this place is popular. I guess we didn’t seem worthwhile enough for them, but this car full of bartenders would have tipped at least 35% if anyone gave a single solitary f**k.

This midtown staple is fantastic place for everything from a romantic date night to fire-side cocktails with the girls. The drinks are made with care by the exceptional bar staff, they take their time to ensure that each cocktail is held up to their standards. Which can take a bit longer but is TOTALLY WORTH the wait!! They are also always coming up with new drinks so make sure you check the bar menu if you are looking for something you have never tried before. Their food is something to not skip out either, the dishes are a great size and you will for sure leave feeling satisficed. We always have a great time here so if you are visiting I would highly recommend. I always send my out of town friends here when they are visiting and none of them have ever had a bad experience.

I am very disappointed of this place. I was there 2 weeks ago with friends. We had a good time, the outside tables are peeling and my dress got damaged. To be honest I was like oh well accidents happen but the waiter really nice told me to reach out the manager, gave me his email and told me they were going to reimburse me for the dress, that was unexpected but made me happy since it was a new dress, the only thing I needed to do was to email the manager with the receipt of the dress and pics, I did that and no response, I called they said the manager was going to call me back on SATURDAY, that manager who was there asked me to emailed him with the details as well. I called on Monday and he was going to call me the next day. At this point I am very upset because they just wasted my time, why to promise something and don't deliver!

Wine was good. We ordered the meatballs, brussels sprouts, and mussels for the table and they were good. The mussels needed more flavor, brussels sprouts were good they had honey siracha in it. Meatballs were big and nicely cooked. I loved how much detail went into this place. Everywhere there was tons of things on the walls, light fixtures, and great ambiance. We came on a Saturday night and had reserved a table the day before for 6. It was busy but not crowded and a great experience. The steak was pretty good, not the best I have had but well worth the price. Will suggest other people come here. We went to the fox theatre after for a show and it was great how close it was. Not walking distance really, but not a far drive to all of downtown. Great staff as well.

Ambiance was amazing. It's smack dab in the middle of midtown at Colony Square. We could hear the party from the street and we were like... Yea, we are going there. Got seated immediately even though the place was packed. The drink menu was plentiful even though we don't drink too much. The wings were a disappointment unfortunately, but that was my only complaint. The Truffle fries??? Yooooo, they were amazing. I never take fries home but these were worth boxing up and taking home. I got the EST Burger with even more fries and my wife nibbled on the deviled eggs. All in all, we enjoyed our time there, and the waitress was very nice (even though she's from Philly). Great place to check out!

The food and drinks makes this one of my favorite restaurants in Atlanta for after work dinners, drinks, or meetings with clients. Unfortunately, the two young ladies (who look very young and need more training) at the host station checking in guest do not make a good first impression. Personal conversations while guests are waiting to be acknowledged and seated as well as poor overall customer service. I recommend this restaurant to everyone who visits Atlanta, take all of my out of town guests here and even had my department holiday dinner here. Not sure after my most recent experience if that will continue. Food: 5 star, service 2-3 star.

Came here on a whim with some friends on a Friday night. Didn't need a reservation, but it was steadily busy. Wasnt too hungry, so tried the burger sliders and the wings. Got lemon pepper wings for reference. The wings were great, but were a little saltier than I'd want. Lots of flavor though. The sliders were good too. Drinks were good, but the service was somewhat slow, so come here and make sure you have time to linger a little. Parking is in the Colony Square deck or by valet.

My daughter and I had lunch at Establishment on October 1st. This was our first visit and it was only a short walk from the High Museum. We sat on the patio and, thanks to Mother Nature, it was a perfect, sunny and 75-degree day. Our server was Michael and he was great. Attentive and helpful without being overbearing. We each ordered a bowl. She had the Southwest and I had the Mediterranean. Both were delicious! And we shared an order of garlic fries, which were among the best fries I have ever eaten. Lastly, I had an Oaxacan on Sunshine mezcal cocktail, and it awesome. All in all, it was a terrific lunch and I cannot wait to return. Perhaps with my fiance, for dinner, and a few more cocktails. :)

I went with a group of friends. We moved tables because we had more people come than we expected. From that point on, we barely saw our waiter. We had to ask someone almost an hour later just to order. There was no communication from our waiter in any way. Sad part about all of it is if he would have taken the time to communicate, and then split the check how we wanted to, instead of what was easiest for him, he would have made more money than what he did. His loss, but next time I am in Atlanta, I won't be coming beck. Not worth the headache we dealt with

I'll never come back again. I made a reservation for me and best friend at 8:30. We walked in the blonde hostess started walking. She didn't say welcome come with me, nothing. We sat down we thought Mike who brought us water was the water boy. He didn't great us or anything. We actually engaged conversation. Then upon getting our check he adds 20% which your website says for party of 6 or more. We paid as I usually tip high it's just We felt conned and taken advantage of. No greeting. Greasy food. This place is definitely a vibe. It's in a nice Midtown location and has two bars; one's indoors and the other is outdoors. I sat at the outdoor bar, and although it was chilly that night, there were heater stations, so I was comfortable. I didn't have any food, but the drink menu was nice, and the bartenders were knowledgeable. Next time I go, I will try the food and leave an update. Update: Tried the food on my last visit and was not disappointed. Everything I had was really good.

The atmosphere is pretty nice. They have a beautiful patio that faces the street. The food was really good. They have dishes that you really can't get anywhere like the rabbit pot pie. Of course I had to try it and it did not disappoint. It was our first time here but definitely wont be our last. The staff was super friendly and always checking on you. They also have a live band and they were fantastic! You can do private parties or even a date night.

Food was great, wagyu bone burger was awesome cooked perfectly medium rare! Wife got the skin on salmon which had a super delicious orzo base. Spicy slaw is a very highly recommended item, especially if you put it on the burger! The cocktails are superb, we tried the old fashioned (9.5/10), the naked & famous (9/10), and the La Factoria (9/10). Highly recommend getting cocktails here for sure!

Chill restaurant with a dinner party vibe. Lots of small groups of friends sitting together for eating and drinking. Not really great for singles. I didnt try any of the food but it smelled great. They have a really good live band that plays a mix of old school and new skool songs. There isn't really a ton of parking but there are a few valets nearby (5 church and the W) if you need parking. I would go back for dinner with friends or on a date but not for a solo drink at the bar.

If you're in the mood for cocktails with a more classy vibe, it's a good place to go. Upscale vibe without being stuffy. Friendly bartenders. The frozen drinks are creative, just a little too sweet for me. Delicious if you like sweet stuff and it was refreshing on a hot day. Lots of creative cocktails to choose from. Food was great! Rabbit pot pie was very tasty! And really, where else can you get rabbit pot pie? Decor is Southern and outdoorsy. There is nice patio seating.

The food was nasty. This was my second time here and they switched the menu up to have "tapas". The shrimp was great. However I also offered deviled eggs and the Dijon mustard was overpowering everything else which made for an unappetizing taste. Very cute decor, busy atmosphere. Great place for friends to hang out but very loud. I ordered the risotto with chicken. The chicken was rubbery the risotto was too garlicky and I love garlic. I had a cocktail with mezcal and I didn’t like it at all. I recommend eating before 8 because after that it takes the waiters forever to get to you. Really enjoyed myself here. We went on weekday night and while roaming the place (we were exploring the area) we came across the back area called tight squeeze. The area was really nice and they had a DJ playing good music. The drinks were really good and it was a low key fun time. On top of that, it offers pretty views of Atlanta. Looking forward to coming during warmer weather but I can see this place getting over crowded quickly.

Nice spot to visit late night. It's suitable for a date night or friends night out. There's indoor and outdoor seating. The burgers were really good, and the meatballs were tasty too. The drinks weren't that great in regards to taste and strength.

I don’t know how this place stay in Business!! Menu is very Limited, tapa style food selections are not that great, regular menu has 4 items to order 1 pasta dish 2 duck dishes and a smoked prime rib, we ordered the steak and it came out Burnt I guess that how the smoke flavor comes from. Needless to say didn’t eat anything and came out disappointed.

The environment is perfect the view is awesome the vibe overall and this place is just perfect and the food is out of this world delicious if you come to Georgia must come to this place thank you for the great service and thank you for such great quality of food! Love the vibes love the happy hour. I walk here and when the weathers nice there’s tons of seating outside. Bartenders are great and food too. Happy hour specials are actually good prices. I’ve been several times and I’ll keep coming back! Apparently they switched to cashless though which is a bummer but lots of places doing that now.

Heidi was our amazing server and she tool great care of us from the time we sat down to the time that we left. She was attentive and made great recommendations and we noticed that all of her tables were tended to. The food was amazing and the environment was on point. Food, decor and service was good. But, I didn't like was having a 18% or 20% tip automatically added to my bill. The waiter told me to, "Just skip the tip". Why? Oh, it's already been added. What? This was a light Friday night. Your policy says a tip will automatically be added for parties of 6 or more...not two. I highly recommend you let patrons know beforehand. #NeverAgain

Pictured here are a few of their apps. Deviled Eggs, Venison Chilli Fries and Wings. The eggs were a bit too vinegary for me, but the chilli fries were great. Came in on a Thursday night with a few friends. They have a very nice atmosphere and there's a fire pit outdoors. Service was great and food came out fast. Their burger was amazing. Would definitely come here again.

I had a good time at Establishments and we loved the Mojitos the bartender made us. We went on a Monday afternoon around 5pm and had a good time. The wings were my favorite, will be back to try some dinner items. I recommend this place. I’ll say weekdays are much less crowded which I like.

I’ve frequented Establishment since it was open and since then it has become a second home for me. It has a cool, city atmosphere. Great drinks, good food and most importantly the staff always makes you feel seen. Hope to be here for many more years to come. If Amanda is working, as for her specifically!

I went here during the week day and the place was very lively. I sat at the bar, which appeared nice. However, after only drinking two cocktails I felt so sick. The food was decent but had a pungent oder. I was sick for the rest of the night. Not sure if something was put in the drinks or was it old alcohol.

Great food, American intermixed with some Asian flavors. There was some really good live music. This place was one of the handful of places that stayed open through covid. The staff is great too. We had the establishment burger, the jerk wings, the brisket Ramen. All of them were really good.

Had a great time with our group. Great selection of fingerfood and drinks.

Interesting place, cool vibe. Music went back and forth between throwback 70's and current pop/hip hop with a guy playing conga drums along with the music. Not a place to chill and lounge, at least not on Friday night but it was a fun atmosphere. Drinks were spectacular.

Man one of my favorite weekend stops is Tight Squeeze in Establishment and the main reason is Cecilia behind the bar. Attentive and fun Cecilia can make one hell of a cocktail

Very nice staff, amazing venue. Their patio area is perfect honestly. The drinks I had were top teir. I didn't get a chance to try their food so I am eager to go back and try their trout, heard it was amazing! Bottom lined: I'd recommend it and plan to return!

Menu has changed recently and not as many options. $17 for an ok hamburger and limp garlic fries seemed too much. Patio is nice and drinks are good though.

Went around 11 on a Saturday night. It was definitely a busy, happening place packed full of people. I didn't get any food but the drinks were very good. There was a nice outdoor area with a large modern fire pit to keep people warm.

We had a wonderful post-wedding visit to The Establishment on Saturday, the 24th. Our bartender, Dylan, was exceptionally friendly and made our experience truly enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Such unique and delicious cocktails plus don't sleep on the food! The curry mussels and curry rissotto are TO DIE FOR. But definitely come for a drink , or two, or several. Not the cheapest but definitely amazing cocktails.

The vibe is super laid back and the cocktails are always delicious. Beautiful outdoor fireplace. I've had a few things from their food menu and it hasn't been consistent, but I still think it is worth your while

They have legit music playlist, there was a decent mix of everything. Very Cozy chill atmosphere, tons of outdoor seating and plenty of high top seating indoors.
