Please check their yelp/BBB reviews before hiring them. I was fooled by their google reviews and rating, and I learnt my lesson the hard way. I hired them for full service white glove moving. This was an Interstate move of 4 days. For getting the estimate Ty(Owner) insisted I email him competitors' estimate and he will match the price (None of the other companies did that) 1st Red flag* I ignored it, in the spirit of supporting a local/small business HUGE MISTAKE! Packers: 2 Extremely unprofessional ladies showed up (mother daughter duo, who kept arguing and bickering the entire time) I asked them if they are un vaccinated, to keep their masks on, as I have kids in the house. They did not wear their masks. They had loud music on with extremely questionable language, I didn't want kids listening to. They left many things unpacked, saying the movers will cling wrap them, including a wardrobe, floor mats, cushions, lamps etc. They did not label the boxes, When I asked them, they BOTH labelled them, so 90% of the boxes are labelled kitchen/pantry/garage on each side of the box. Boxes were not taped, Wooden hangers thrown at the bottom of the wardrobe boxes. I am including pictures of their fine work, and you can be the judge. I mentioned all this to the owner Ty, who said he has received negative feedback about them and I wasn't the first one to point it out to him. The next evening movers showed up, running 10+ hrs late. It was a complete chaos. No one knew which truck to load, I had 3 moving trucks in front of my house, they start loading one truck and halfway through unload it and transfer it on to another truck. (which is where I am sure my stuff went missing, but Ty vehemently denies it) They damaged my wall, I showed the pictures to Ty, who agreed to pay and NEVER actually paid. At unloading I noticed all mattresses being dragged out from the trucks and through the driveway, garage and down to the basement WITHOUT the covers. Upon inquiring, Ty shrugged his shoulders and said this is how we move the mattresses, may be other companies put the covers on them but we move them without it, If you told us you had the covers we would have used it. (I had the mattress covers with the mattresses, the movers never bothered to look or even ask for it) It felt like they never handled a move of this scale, and were not equipped/trained for it. They had no power tools, so around 9 pm the movers were taking apart king bedroom sets with phillips screw drivers. They had to de assemble 3 bedrooms furniture by hand. I handed them zip lock bags and tapes and asked them repeatedly to tape the screws to the furniture, somehow they managed to completely ignore my requests. Now comes the finale, after driving for 2 days, unloading and taking inventory, we realize that screws and other items are missing. I contacted Ty immediately, He texted me a picture of one of the bags he said he will mail it He never did. Ty said they are insured and bonded, It means nothing, As I have been trying to open a claim for missing items, and damages, Ty refuses to give any insurance information or start a claim. He insists a final walk through was conducted, By the time they left it was 11:30 pm, Final walk through was never conducted, I would have caught the wall damage otherwise. It's been a nightmare dealing with Ty, Basically they can treat you how ever they want, as a customer you can't do much. Ty told me I have until sept. 28th to file a claim, but refuses to give any information. Angie at the office doesn't seem to know anything, I don't know how you work in logistics and don't know the claims process? This has been going on since June. For 3 months, I have waited patiently for my missing screws to arrive in the mail, and to receive the $ for the wall damage, to open a claim, but basically I am chasing a ghost. They are not accredited by BBB, as a last resort I filed a complaint to which Ty never responded. If you are still reading, Don't make the same mistake we did Hire a reputable professional company.

I have used this company for a move twice so far. Things didn’t go as planned with my new perspective home at the last minute, so I called Estate Property Movers literally at 3PM and they were pulling up by 5PM!! That 1st move was out of my apartment into a storage unit. All of my items were very securely protected during each step of the move. I was a bit concerned about all of my items fitting in the size unit I purchased, but the team was very strategic in the unloading and placement of my items inside of the unit. Everything was orderly and fit well within the space. A few months later I hired them again to move me into my new home. I was met with the same stellar experience moving in. The gentleman worked very well together, were polite, professional and never gave me a sense of trying to run the clock up, but instead a sense of urgency to complete the task efficiently. I will hire them again for all of my future moving needs and have referred them to many friends and family. Trust me, I have used other companies in the past that didn’t protect my belongings resulting in thousands of dollars of damaged items, left my items unattended throughout the complex on the way up to my floor, argued with each other in my presence, rummaged through my personal belongings, and made passes at me making me extremely uncomfortable. I didn’t experience any of that either time with Estate Property Movers!! When you have people in your home and handling your valuables, you want to go with a team you can trust. I mean these guys wrapped up and protected my trash can, LOL!! But that just shows you how much they secure and protect your things, from the largest to the smallest detail. Really, there’s no other company I’d recommend, contact them for your moving needs, you won’t regret it!!

UPDATE: TY read the review and has most definitely helped to improve my experience! It seems he never received my original verbal communication about my issue or else it would have been resolved earlier! Definitely a stand up company and strives to excel in the area of customer service. Thank you! I asked for 2 movers but 3 showed up and I had to pay for him even though he did not make the move go faster. It cost me 500 dollars to move a ONE bedroom apartment worth of stuff with everything boxed and at the door. Bed was already wrapped and taken apart. I had only one flight of stairs at the apt I was moving FROM but direct entry to the apt I was moving to. No wrapping of furniture was needed except for TV. My TV was damaged even tho it was wrapped but I failed to check it before they left so I have to foot that bill. Nobody even called to at least apologize.. My basketball rim attachments were bent so I have to replace.. 2 of the guys were moving fast especialy the heavier guy. The driver unfortunately who was the 3rd person I'm paying for had a bad attitude the entire time and really half did his job. The owner Ty was really nice and allowed me to pay the additional 100 dollars 2 weeks later because I didn't have it at the time. He was also very friendly. The over the phone lady was very courteous and nice as well. I've made thus exact move before with a larger distance between locations and it only cost me 350 and a 50 dollar tip and I moved 2 bedrooms worth of stuff. So in conclusion... moving a one bedroom apartment, with locations only 15 minutes apart with THREE MOVERS.. this move was far too pricey!

I've moved countless times for work over the years, and worked with metro-based moving companies at least a dozen times. That being said, this is hands down the worst company I've ever worked with. They missed pickup on a single couch (that was all I needed to move!) for two straight days. Said they'd pickup at 8 am on Sunday, called 30 min later to delay because of a previous move. Apologies were enough after the first delay because I understood where they were coming from, but then it continued. Said they'd pickup by 2:30 pm (when the current couch owner had to leave by) and that they were "right around the corner" from his house, then missed the pickup again while blaming a road block. Rescheduled again for today, and made it perfectly clear that it needed to be done before 1 pm. They said no problem, didn't show up again, and didn't bother giving a heads up this time. When I complained about the lack of professional courtesy here and said I'd have to write a review to warn others if they didn't resolve this, driver went off via text about how they "don't like to be threaten," have "tons of positive reviews" before sending me 41(!) unsolicited instagram screenshots of previous customers -- as if to justify their poor handling of this situation. Start to finish, the least professional experience I've ever had with a moving company. Up to you, but I'd stay away. Made a simple moving into an absolute headache.

Upon calling for a quote. The guy was very responsive and enthusiastic. I called a couple other people and they didnt share the same energy by far. Got set pretty quickly. I was very happy that I could pay via cashapp and be done with it. They also had the best price of everyone I called. But the quality was still great. This was my first time using a moving company and it was a great experience. On the day of the move, the communication was on point. The movers were great. Focused, professional, friendly. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because when they "finished", they actually almost forgot about a few of my items that were still on the truck. That was a little scary. But considering everything else, I'd highly recommend and will be using them again. Be sure to tip these guys well. They deserve it. I hope as time goes on and their business grows that they keep the quality and competitive prices.

Estate Property Movers are highly recommended by me! I had a 10x15 storage unit that needed to be unloaded and placed into my brand new house. I had 3 workers, who not only communicated with me their arrival time, but they were early! They took care of all of my belongings wrapping nearly every thing, but the boxes lol. They made the process seamless and moved as a team! I offered to help and they assured me everything would be handled and taken care of! Can't recommend Estate Property Movers enough. From the time they arrived to the time the move was finished I felt very comfortable with the team. They pad and shrink wrap all items to ensure no damage to the item or your home. I called Ty the day after my move to ask if he could come back out to move one more large piece that I did not want moved originally and he made it happen - so clutch. From a pricing standpoint I find them to be very fair and I did quite a bit of research! Thank you to Ty and the guys for making the move exceptionally easy! Estate property movers did an absolutely phenomenal job with our move. I highly recommend them. Not only did they go over and beyond and but Ty was attentive with all of my questions. I’ve never experienced movers treating and handling all of our things with such care and caution. They even accommodated us with moving into our new first home later in the evening, due to some unforeseen time delays. They laid out rugs,, tapped them, and had all of furniture and things secured in their truck. Not one scratch on any of our furniture or on the floors or walls. They were patient with me and even asked where to place all of our furniture including the arrangement. This was A+ service and definitely exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be using their services in the future.

I had a couch delivered but the delivery company responsible for it had left it at the bottom of my front steps. I called Estate Property Movers around 5pm that same day and they were so quick to respond and assign me some movers to help with my furniture. They took less than 30 minutes for several large, heavy boxes up a flight of stairs even when it was cold and dark outside. I had called 4 other moving companies beforehand and none of them were able to handle my request until the next day, so it was a relief that the administration was extremely responsive and understanding of my situation. I recommend anyone looking for heavy lifters to use Estate Property Movers. They were so professional and careful with my furniture. 5 stars!

AN AMAZING SERVICE! We had extreme difficulty finding a moving service that was up for the challenge of disassembling and transporting our (wildly) fragile granite table that was custom-built, weighing nearly 1K Pounds. Closed door after closed door, Owner Tyrek and the Estate Property Movers team ensured me that they would handle our precious item with care and did just that, in a timely fashion. They came to our rescue as we were racing the clock and were super knowledgeable on the proper methods to get the job done. Very satisfied and we highly recommend! Hired them for a state to state move. Initially responded quickly although the packing job took longer than expected. Employees were unprofessional and seemingly lacked proper training (I witnessed the manager teach his employees wrapping techniques in my apartment). Also damaged items and ended up replacing them myself! It was truly too much of a runaround and a hassle attempting to work out reimbursement with the company. Very unprofessional. And also unorganized. I could see more potential for this company if certain major issues are addressed, primarily in the professionalism/customer service department. I don’t recommend!!!

Although, they arrived extremely late, the owner made sure the move when as smooth as possible. Firstly, he was very open about the estimated time of arrival and why they we’re running late. Secondly, he made it up to us by offering a discount and increasing the amount of movers to assist with the move. All of the guys were well mannered and professional. I was very impressed with the owner’s leadship skills, with so many guys on the job it could have chaos but it was not, which put me at ease. They took great effort to move the items with care. Ty and his crew ROCK!!! They were on time, personable, sooooooo careful wrapping my furniture. Unfortunately, my HOA President even tried to ruin my special day and Ty handled him with grace and class, ensuring I had nothing to worry about. Estate Property Movers did a great job with my complex move! I needed my stuff put in storage in between the two locations for about 3 weeks and they made it so easy. All I had to do is have them pick it up, and then call whenever I wanted it delivered. They even accommodated a last minute delivery the next day. The movers always worked really fast, didn't waste time, wrapped up my furniture better even though I had it wrapped, and were really nice (even though I was late :)). Great team and owner; and I will be using them again.

This is the only professional moving company you’ll ever need to lock into your phone. My original movers cancelled the day of my daughters move to Atlanta and they put us into the schedule last minuet same day on a Friday. The owner himself came and assisted. He even helped us move the truck cause I was not good at driving it. They save the day and thank God we found them in a sea of others. Estate property movers did such a good job. In the past we’ve moved and had a problem with the movers taking multiple long breaks while on the clock. These movers worked hard all day. They were pleasant and easy to work with. The owner of the company checked in with us throughout the process to ensure everything was going well. I appreciate the company working with us on the starting time. We had a closing time scheduled for early that morning and they were willing to begin the move an hour or two later than normal.

Trust me when I say this was a phenomenal experience from start to finish. The professionalism, urgency, and personalities of my movers made everything smooth. Movers are typically hit or miss, but trust me when I say these ratings you see are for real. Your initial estimate will be on the lower side, but the price you pay is worth the great job they do. I hired this company for my cross country move from Atlanta to Arizona. They packed my things and loaded up my Uhaul. The movers were fast, friendly and profesional. Ty and his crew were above exceptional and very easy to work with. Due to some unforeseen circumstances we needed a mover in a hurry due to another not being able to move us and having a truck break down only added to our worry and concern. This company by far is the best!! Not only did I have to book with them last minute but I just moved from Michigan to Georgia with a moving truck full of my items with no movers. When I say, the BEST mover company in Atlanta. I mean that. I contacted them 24 hours before I needed to move, explained to them where and what I needed to move. They didn’t hesitate to help me with the entire process. From the execution time, to the professionalism, communication, to making sure my belongings were secured during the move. Way too many mistakes to name, from the time of initial consultation to the move nothing but lies. I needed to scheduled a move on short notice and Ty and his guys at Atlanta Estate Property Movers really came through. They showed up on time, were very professional and took great care of my mothers belongings. The guys that helped me move did a fantastic job! They disassembled the things that needed to be disassembled, and reassembled them at the new place. They took great care not to damage anything. My only complaint is that there wasn't much email communication after booking them online. I had to call them directly to make sure my move had been scheduled since I didn't receive any kind of automated confirmation.

Overall, the move was good . They were very thorough with packing , which was awesome. Wrapped everything and nothing was broken. My only concern was the length of time it took and the movers could’ve been more professional. I spoke with the owner via phone and he was definitely understanding about my concerns.

They were awesome and literally rolled out the red carpet in the house so they wouldn’t track in dirt while moving our items to the moving truck.
