We husband visited this store to purchase Purol for me. He was helped by Kimberley. He came back to the Airbnb we were staying at with the Vaseline version which was not what I wanted. We went back today, two days later to see if we could exchange them and were helped by the same lovely girl Kimberley who amazingly recognized my husband as well as the purchase! He could not find the receipt but somehow she found his purchase in their records and the exchange was made so easily and kindly. Then we asked if they might have any Maja brand soap in stock as we did not find any on the shelf. She checked the surrounding stores and found four in stock at another store. Her colleague Sandra another lovely lady heard the exchange and offered to have four delivered to their store by end of day that we could pick up later. Such customer service is what will make us not only recommend your store to all who will listen but to come back here the next time we visit. I have a great problem, i was customer in this drugstore, maybe a drugstore nearby, and have bought a package of duracell 312, it was on the 30.12.2015, ca.13::oo a cklock. I have lost a small box from unitron, I let it on the desk, where I had to pay. You cashier was very friendly and helpful. to get the right size!the I phoned to this drugstore, on 31.12.2015, 9:35 h, the employee said, that they had found the box. I don't know why everyone is saying the staff are unfriendly, my experience was very good. The staff were friendly and immediately pointed me in the direct of the item I was looking for and provided information about the product. For British travellers, Etos is essentially the Dutch equivalent of Boots, so you will be available to find a wider range of products here than in a standard pharmacy.

After asking for help 4 times I left without no one in the store willing to help me. i will not shout out loud to be called rude, when you have a cold and can not speak. Will find a place with employee with customer service focus

I never met a very rude Etos employee before. This one was just terrible. Was only asking if you have stock on a product. Went there today 18 October 2022 at 14.30. Very disappointed.
