Thought I Was Going To Leave Town Disappointed I took the day off work and drove all the way up to Austin from San Antonio to another shop for an APR tune on my 2014 Audi SQ5. APR's servers\communications had been down since 9/9 due to the storm that hit a little over a week ago. I did not know this at the time, so I cannot fault that shop (though they could've informed me of this two days prior when I called to inquire) nor APR for not having their product available. I have built two full APR Audi's for myself and guided many others' decisions when building theirs over the past decade and a half, so I have nothing bad to say about them and their products. Dejected, I was going to return home with nothing to show for the trip, and, to be quite honest, probably not return to any shop for a tune. I decided to pull into a parking lot and explore my options in the Austin area (San Antonio doesn't have a shop that sells a tune to my liking). I explored some options and discovered that Eurofed did Unitronic as well as APR, so I decided to take a little detour on my way back down south and drop in to check them out. I am VERY happy I did. Jared informed me that they sell three companies' tunes, all of which are to my liking. We had a great discussion and he recommended the 034 Motorsports Stage I tune for my wants\needs and I'm thrilled to say he was right on the money with his advice. Having been an APR guy for so long, I can happily say I am more than satisfied, thus far (90 mile drive home), with the 034 Motorsports flavor of software tune. A big shout out to Jared and all of the Eurofed team for turning my day around and the rest of my ownership of this vehicle into what I'm sure will be a much more usable and exciting experience! Do not hesitate to come here for any of your European car tuning\repair needs. I have been in and around this industry for over 15 years with many built-not-bought cars under my belt so I recognize excellence when I see it.

A few months ago we brought our Audi Q5 in for an oil change and to have a wheel bearing replaced. In the process I was charged $200 for “wheel lock” removal, when the lock was in the glove box and any good mechanic shop would have a wheel lock kit that costs $60. We were charged $1400 in total for a single wheel bearing replacement and an oil change. Immediately on starting the car I had a check engine light. I walked right back in and the owner Evan took the car back in, cleared the code and said wasn’t sure what it was. Within a week we started having oil drips in our driveway and the add oil light came on in the Q5. Since that service we have been burning a qt of oil every 500 miles. Taking the car back in for service it now appears I need a new PCV valve and full engine reseal. Just, “bad timing” as they are telling me. The best part is then adding $500 on for front brakes that I literally replaced a week ago, just because the were squeaking (they are performance brakes and rotors and minor squealing happens when pads aren’t fully bedded sometimes). No inspection done, just thrown on the estimate like I wouldn’t notice. They also added an alignment at $180, which we didn’t ask for, and they are just going to send the car to the Firestone down the road to have it done which only costs $90 at Firestone (I know the mechanics at Firestone who have told me personally they do the alignments for Eurofed). So, if you have money to spend and don’t know anything about servicing vehicles, then Eurofed is definitely the place for you. But if your just an average person with a nice car expect to pay more than a premium for service here.

There are automotive shops, and then there are places where you can rest easy knowing your car is with a friend... Moved from Dallas with a very active Audi/VW scene, and plenty of shops to choose from, and landed in Austin with lots of ALL IN ONE shops that claim they can do maintenance but have no certified techs... Enter Eurofed. Evan, Jared and their crew are upbeat, positive, friendly and know their stuff. They are wiling to help, be fair with pricing and communicate any issues, time constraints, and or progress they make on the vehicle while it is in their possession. Best aspect is they recommend items for maintenance instead of trying to get you while they already have the car. They communicate would should happen, and at within what time as to not cause any further damage, but ultimately leave it to the owner of the vehicle to make the decision. Thats class. They aren't pushy. Can't say enough time things about these guys. Car people can sometimes be overbearing and have expectations of enthusiast owners to drop thousands on repairs and upgrades, but Eurofed is here for what YOU need. I would like this place to be a secret, but the more the merrier.

I’ve been taking my VW to Eurofed for about 3 or 4 years. Initially, I chose them because they were nearby and they were one of the few mechanics in town who would work on my diesel VW. What’s kept me returning is the way they run their business. They’re thorough, meticulous, communicative, and respectful. They take pictures of every single issue your car is having, and share those with you - along with a detailed report of the issues, an urgency ranking, and a price. They don’t do anything to your vehicle without your informed consent, and there are no surprises at checkout. They also don’t talk down to you, and are happy to explain any issue in greater detail. Jared is exceptional - if you are waiting in their waiting room, he is a gracious and interesting host. All in all, they treat your business like a partnership, and I trust them completely to have my car’s best interest in mind while working with my budget.

Honestly, it’s hard to find a good and honest repair shop, but this is it! I’ll never go anywhere else! I find that most shops either won’t listen to your concerns or they just try to sell you on everything else. But HERE, I have never been treated that way. I was lucky enough to have John as my technician and he was the best person I’ve ever dealt with. I genuinely can’t put into words how much I appreciate his attention to detail and continued respect while repairing anything and everything that I need done. He goes beyond what most technicians will do, in my experience. And I trust him, which is the most important aspect of taking your car to anyplace. I could continue for another paragraph but I won’t. I just know I would’ve wanted someone to let me know, if they found a place that they actually trusted. :)

Excellent work and just overall good spot to take and trust your European made car with. Unlike most other automotive shops they don't want to sell you a bunch of stuff you don't need and they are honest about what you should and shouldn't spend money on. Even what you could spend and the truth about what each thing could do to your car and even if they make less because you have less done to your car they just give you what they're experience says should happen to your car. I only have a service A and brakes done to my Mercedes-Benz and they were between 100-200$ cheaper than all the other shops I called which was many. I will go back when I need to they are good for business and I recommend them highly.

I managed to crack my oil pan sliding though a yellow light on a steep intersection. It can be hard to find a garage that will work on a VW (after calling around) in South Austin to avoid the $$$ I’d pay at the dealership!! Well these guys got me hooked up in less than 24hrs & replaced my drive belt that was about to snap. They had great communication throughout the process and added a veterans discount without me even asking!! The wait area is clean, they offer complimentary beverages and the staff was super friendly and helpful. FYI it’s the door on the right… not the paint store, lol I will definitely recommend them to friends and family!

These guys are fine with intentionally dumping a tank of diesel fuel into their parking lot and down their storm drain. "Someone filled their car with diesel and we had to drain it," was their response. Isn't that enough to dissuade you from bringing your car here? Eurofed misdiagnosed my vehicle's issue twice, intentionally dumped a tank of diesel into the parking lot, and refused to provide any proof that they replaced the parts they said they fixed. I had high expectations given the number of great reviews, but after my experience here, I will tell everyone I know to avoid these guys at all costs.

My husband took our car here last time for an oil change and had a good experience so he scheduled another appointment. I took it in this time and had no questions asked or prices discussed because my husband had told them we wanted the same oil change as last time. When they finished I was told that it was $280. I asked why it was so much and they told me that was just their price even through the last time we were charged $170 for the same service. Definitely get treated differently when you’re a women taking your car to get serviced and this place is no different.

I bought a 2004 BMW Z4 that had been sitting in a field for year and so all the electrical had been chewed on by mice. They got most of it working. Still need to take it back for more after I drive it a little to see what the quirks are. It drives like a dream though and these guys are really nice and helpful. I was actually coming from Elgin to pick up the car and got caught in IH35 traffic and could not make it there before they closed. Jarrad stayed open so that I could pick it up. Will definitely keep taking it there.

Eurofed has serviced my Audi S4 twice now. Once for an oil system flush/change and tire rotation. Second for a thermostat and water pump replacement (along with all the other bits as required). They took the extra time to verify the water pump failure and associated overheating did not cause additional damage to the head and other components. Evan and Jared are enthusiasts themselves and are very knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy. I highly recommend them and will be returning for all maintenance going forward

I had an issue with my year old McLaren with the parking brake sensor. I didnt want to take the car all the way to Houston to the MC dealer to fix it as there is no dealer in Austin. Eurofed was recommended by many people in my network. They did not disappoint and squeezed me in with little notice. Needed a repair to the window on my BMW. Called Eurofed and spoke to Jared, who immediately took my information and called me right back with an estimate and scheduled my repair. The guys at Eurofed were professional, fast, knowledgeable, and affordable. BMW wanted to charge me double for the same repair. Plus they are convienently located just a mile away from BMW south Austin. I will longer be taking my car to BMW for service or repairs. Will only be going to Eurofed and I guess just BMW for car washes .

I would like to thank Jae Watson with Eurofed for the prompt, courteous and professional service I received. He was prompt in identifying and replacing a wrong part that was placed on the car by a another shop. He also took the time to explain what Eurofed needed to do to fix the problem. They then took the car on the road to test that there were no remaining issues rather than just handing me the keys. The facility was also very clean and the other staff just as friendly.

Wow! Where do I start for Eurofed Automotive in Austin Texas. First of all, a big salute to a Disabled Marine Corp Veteran who left a corporate America job to pursue his dream of owning a business , whose backbone is over the top customer service and true "caring" for people that is evident in the first few seconds of meeting the owner Evan. Although my car is a Corvette! I will definitely be contacting Evan again and bringing it to Eurofed automotive in the future :)

Man! This shop is so awesome, I’ve been there a couple times now to have my Audi serviced. I’m a Machanic myself, however I struggle repairing specific European vehicles like the one I own. Long story longer, this team knows what they’re doing and knows what they’re talking about. I’ve read the language on the Mechanical repair for this vehicle and this shop always hits it spot on! To sum them up in one word, my review would say “EXCEPTIONAL!”

Great and easy experience. Setup my appointment via text message and had all the info I needed in advance. Oil change for my Alfa was half the dealership price. Only improvement I could think of was the waiting area wasn't great if you want to try and get some work or calls done while you wait. Absolutely okay for a short while but probably not quiet enough if you might be there for hours. But other than that a near perfect experience.

Professional. Clean. Well managed and maintained place. The owner will meet you face to face and answer any and all questions you need in person or by phone. The guys are confident with what they do and ready to get work done and completed in timely manner. Very welcoming and professional place to get your European car some love!!! These guys love German cars as much as I do! If you’re a car enthusiast with a Porsche, Audi, BMW, VW, or Mercedes-Benz, EuroFed are the best. Great service from Evan, John, and Jared. John was able to fix the broken turn signal on our Mercedes-Benz e350, which saved us thousands. Jared runs the office professionally and payment was a breeze. Evan is the consummate diplomat and German car aficionado. Highly recommended!

I wouldn’t recommend EuroFed to anyone. Aside from the poor communication, my car was at the shop for five full days while they fumbled around and couldn’t figure out a spark plug issue. I had to constantly drive the back-and-forth to get answers, which were never received, I did authorize for new tires, which they didn’t even bother to wipe off the grease which was all over my wheels. Absolute horrible service.

Great business. Came to them in a bit of a pinch (engine misfiring the day before Thanksgiving) and not only did they get it handled the same day, they saved me hundreds of dollars. Meanwhile, my car dealership service department couldn’t get me in for 3+ weeks! Worked with Jared and Evan and couldn’t be happier with the results. I’ll be checking with them before I do anything with my car in the future!

John and Evan are true professionals at their craft! Took my 335D to get some work done and they showed complete transparency and efficiency throughout the entire time the car was there. They provide you with a complete report with video walk through to go over work required and a user friendly online approval system. They will continue to get my business in the future for anything my BMW needs.

As a long time and first customers, I am always satisfied with the work they do. I like that they don't try to squeeze money out of me. They presented me two options where one option was more expensive than the other. They could have easily sold me on the expensive choice, but recommended the lease expensive one. I don't know about you, but that's who I want to trust with my car.

I changed my review. Cause the owner texted me telling me I was being mean basically. They charged me $500 to *not take my bumper off, but that said they did. Someone working there told me it was false* and tell me my bulbs were not blown, but one ballast was. That was it. Just another set of mechanics over charging people, thinking we’re stupid. On to the next one.

Called around for a routine maintenance for my benz C300 and they beat everyone but quite a bit. Owner seemed very knowledgeable and was very nice. They had wifi in the waiting room so I could get some work done while I waited. They also used liquid molly products to help clean everything which is a bonus that most other shops don't perform. Great location as well!

Bought through Carvana and my seat wasn’t reclining. They handled the claim through the limited warranty with no problems, got the part in very quick, and were very responsive with changing my appointment. The waiting room is very clean, with tv, WiFi, water, and excellent coffee. Today I was in and out for the final repair in 40 minutes. Highly recommended.

These guys did a great job installing Unitronic intercooler, upgraded IE fuel pump, and TSI follower conversion on my 8J TTS. They also installed 034 sub frame mounts, dog bone stiffeners etc, then tuned it with APR Stg 1 Plus ECU/TCU tunes. Nice bump up in power, smooth delivery. Eurofed turned it around promptly in a few days. Highly recommended!

We just bought a 2017 Audi and searched for shop to take it to swap the fluids and give it a once over. Even though they are about 40 miles across Austin, our new car will not be touched by anyone other than Eurofed. Great group of folks. My Audi RS3 had stopped making power under hard acceleration. Brought it in to the team at Eurofed the same day. By the next morning they had diagnosed the issue and corrected it. Side note, they fit in an oil change too. Car runs better than ever. Great experience and highly recommend them!!!

The battery died on my car (past warranty) and I wanted to know why. Evan had it checked out. He charged me for labor to test the battery and charging system / alternator and gave me an honest answer (drive more). This was my first time working with Eurofed, but they seem honest and reliable.

Two oil changes and fuel filter replacement cost me $433.83. They advertise $49.99 Oil changes. I never paid this much for oil change plus dirty mechanics hands on my dash and oil spill in my engine bay. Never again! Feel ripped off!

Avoid them if you can. Wanted $500 to replace ~$50 O2 sensor. Became defensive when I questioned the price, so I declined service. Charged me $180 for plugging in the OBD scanner as a diagnostic fee.

Got the most comprehensive estimate on a car I have ever received. Very friendly shop, super cool vintage Bug and a very nice Mclaren in the lot. Labor rate is intune with the level of service.

I needed my clutch slave cylinder replaced on my 86 Porsche 944. They were able to find the part and get it installed without a lot of wait time. The clutch now works better then it ever did.
