Quality - No doubt the quality of their pastries is excellent! The melt in the mouth bites are heavenly. I've been here couple of times and have always found the freshest of pastries to indulge in. The place is sparkling clean. Even their coffee is oh so delicious. It's a calm and comforting place to be in. Service - The staff is courteous and respectful. They welcome with a smile and no doubt are very professional. Atmosphere - As it's festive season there was a Santa Claus and music and amazing decoration all over the place. I've clicked a lot of pics and videos because i couldn't retain myself from doing so!!! It was worth all the time. The cutest and the most adorable way for celebrating the festival was seen here. Mood refreshing place. Definitely recommending this place!!

The outlet incharge is very friendly behaviour and his team is very professional and very polite recently visited there at bin shabib mall European bakery I smell the croissant freshly baked very ultimate test try it once very recommended bakery shop love it

Wonderful coffee and croissants and pastries ... friendly staff and outlet supervisor Mr. Shahvez is so humble to entertain the guest... a little piece of suggestion, if there is tea, it will be great add on in your menu and for tea lovers as well

We physically went to their shop because we were in a rush and desperate to buy a cake... lo and behold we were not disappointed there were a lot of cakes to choose from at very affordable prices... more branches please...

We ordered red velvet cake and it was amazing!! Its so moist and so flavorfull.. I bet this is the best red velvet cake in town so far..highly recommended and we'll order again for sure.

The pastry we orderd was kept from morning it didn't felt good in taste and also while I complaint to the staff he literally ignored me like he didn't care about it
