the service is horrible. the worst service ever!! long story short! the drive does not get me where i booked for!! and the office does not care about it. ( but when i complaint, they said i could not pay to the driver then, oh,! yes i will remember that then !!!!) i book a cab from my house which is near by euston station (5 min walking distance )to tottenham court road station. they charged me 10 pounds. driver did not go up to the station, he dropped me and asked me get off a hotel near by the station, what is the point i booked a cab and paid for 10 pounds due to i was carrying really heavy stuff to go on a tube from tottenham court road.!!!!! the driver did not even know what is the hotel name, he said the reason why he could not go to near by the tottenham court road station is that if he goes to further up to the street, he will be reported to the office?! that is what he told me. thats why he did not go even close to the station? after i got off, i phone back and talked with the office he said i would not pay to the driver then, so the poor poor training skilled drivers not considered by the office. poor poor horrible service.

Awful company. Booked a taxi and the taxi driver couldn’t start his car. He wouldn’t let us leave or call and get us another car. Waited 50 minutes in the car before we got a new one. Complained and they gave us £5 off our very expensive journey. On top of that we needed to pay card which we asked before if they took and then couldn’t pay by card. The driver we had was lovely but when we spoke to the office they were very rude and didn’t help at all. Would not use them ever again! Should have used Uber rather than trying to help out a local taxi firm.

Great service - very professional, on time, safe and clean vehicles - We needed to collect the rest of our party from the Wolverhampton train at Euston Station and get to Chelsea - we were contacted on time we all met up and got to Chelsea in plenty of time ( the baby-seat for my grandson was excellent) - we were collected again from Piccadilly back to Euston and left for Wolverhampton - it was a great relief to use a well run company - would recommend to anyone visiting London

Disappointed with this service. I had just come out from hospital after having surgery to be picked by one of your drivers. Then to be charged a ridiculous rate to go a very short distance to my hotel, because of feeling so un-well I couldn't argue the price, but I will not be using this taxi service again. I feel because of not being from the area I was charged unfairly as I was previously told a much cheaper rate, also no metre was in use!

Highly recommend this company, in particular driver Abu, a real gem, who drove us back to our hotel last week. Abu is simply the best driver I’ve ever known, in addition he courteously opened the cab doors for us at pick up and drop off. He is highly professional, with an attentive humble manner. Will be booking him for any future trips to London in addition to recommending him to all my friends. 1000 stars. Thank you Abu.

euston station cars is a company you can trust to take you from A to B the driver was very polite, kind and humble all the time we talked about the complicated situation the world is going through and other issues, in addition the driver had the same musical taste as mine. I arrived at my destination he helped me with the shopping and even gave me a chocolate I highly recommend the euston service

The guys are always quick to pick me up even if I haven't booked in advance. PLEASE do not be offended by paying the drivers upfront. It is ONLY FAIR. The stories of passengers running off or worst. I understand totally. Be nice, Be kind, they are doing a service.The cabs always clean and the drivers are very hospitable. Very respectful and nice to speak too.

Ordered a car for 8am to the train station, they messaged at 8:39 saying my driver is on the way. I've already taken a cab. So about 40 mins late and when I called to tell them they're late and they should just cancel it they said my booking was 8:25. So i guess they had no idea when my booking was.

My experience was much like the reviewer's above. The driver had little to no knowledge of the location of the agreed upon address and had to be directed, he arrived close to 40 minutes late, and then charged several pounds more than we had agreed to on the phone previously. Do not use this service.

Their customer service is really great. I did not end up using the taxi as at the last minute I urgently needed to cancel the taxi I booked, however, they were kind enough to let me cancel it even though a driver was on the way to pick us up. I will definitely use this company next time.

Called for a simple enquiry about a fairly long trip for my grandmother. Was asked if she has a mobile phone and when I said she doesn't, the man I spoke to pretty much hung up on me. Really unprofessional. This company clearly has too much trade so look elsewhere.

Reliable and friendly Service for a trip from my Hotel to Paddington Station on the 10th of octobre 2017. Car was a Toyota Hybrid estate car. Friendly Driver. Driver was on time too.

I use these guys several times a week and they are great. Very polite staff, reasonable prices and extremely reliable. Highly recommend.
