I've come here twice before to have comforters cleaned and never had a problem. My husband has forever and a day used another company that is closer to our old house and his job. Today I convinced him to try out Eva's. I called to be sure that they would be able to have the items ready if not today then tomorrow morning. The lady on the phone said they would and to bring them this morning. My husband went to drop off his items and was told they don't do same day service. He looked at the window where the sign said same day service and she immediately told him that it was 9:04 & that it needed to be there at 9. He left and came home confused. In the future it would be best to inform a customer of the cut off time. A little customer service could've gone a long way my husband is truly a easy guy and understood. But her offhand demeanor is the reason he will not return.

Called today at 6:45 asking if they would wait for me because I was running from the other side of town to pick up my clothes. The lady said it was fine. I was there at 7:15 they closed at 7. She waited 15 minutes for me and she became very rude with me the moment I walked in the door! Yelling at me because I was late I told her that I would be there late so there was no reason for her to yell at me. She mentioned that she worked all day and 12 hour shifts were hard. I responded as calmly as I could. I work 14 hour shifts most days and never would I treat a customer the way I was greeted the moment I walked in the door! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I’d rather take my business elsewhere.

CUSTOMER BEWARE! DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR GARMENTS TO ALTER. I will never go here again $20 gone down the drain . I paid this Company to ALTER my dress and to take Three Inches off the bottom. I received the dress it is still long as if she only cut one inch off. Once I got home I tried it on and it was uneven. She never even alterd the front part. I will not even waste the time going back because, I feel she will butcher it even more . If you could not do the job they should have said so.

Have gone here for years never an issue. Probably best prices in town or close to it and has drive up drop off/pickup under a canopy on side of their storeroom so no getting out of car necessary and rain no issue. Some of prior reviews seem harsh! Yes, true might not get friendly hello and smiles but I’ll take the prices and convenience and try to get my service smiles from Starbucks! Besides the owners are a nice older couple who are about always on site so I feel the service is excellent!

I came in with a last minute alteration, last year, on my wedding dress and Eva was extremely nice and accommodating. I looked amazing on my wedding because of her. Since then I’ve brought more dresses and blazers for her to alter and they’ve come out great! She is very helpful and honest. I plan to go to her for all of my future alterations. Thanks again Eva!

I moved to Jacksonville 5 months ago, used 3 other cleaners prior to coming to Eva’s. She gets alterations & Dry Cleaning done in a timely manner, and the work is done complete & correct. I have a dry cleaner right across from my house, but when you are lucky enough to find one like Eva, no need to go anywhere else.

Evas Cleaners is excellent. They know how to clean good quality clothes. They provide friendly and reliable service. Most importantly they are knowledgeable too and take pride in what they do, they exceeded my expectations and took great of my clothes, love this place I’m definitely coming back

Eva is amazing. We have used her for dry cleaning, repairs and alterations and her work has always been top notch. Ignore the bad reviews. Even if there were a misunderstanding, she will make it right no problem. Give this hard working lady your business, you won't regret it.

II brought a dress for alterations and eva did her magic. She only had 2 days to help me. And she did. I can’t thank her enough. I really recommend her alterations and cleaning services. Eva and her son are really nice and really care about the customers thanks again.

The worst! DO NOT GO HERE. Woman is incredibly rude but worse, completely ruined a beautiful and expensive dress that I had only worn once. They wouldn't even admit tha they did it and would not help to repair it. These people are awful!!
