Excellent pharmacy. Customer service is very good, and Mohammed the delivery driver is wonderful, always friendly and delivers my prescriptions on time. I really appreciate them delivering my prescriptions because I have a disability and am also a carer for my mum. If there is ever a problem, I ring up and they sort it out for me.

Called up regarding ear issue was advised to come in and they would be able to look at it. Got there and was told they would need a referral to look at it, 40 minute walk after a long hard day for absolutely nothing, joke. 4th time I've been in the store for one reason or another and I'm yet to have a pleasant experience.

Amazing service. I walked in at 8pm on Saturday pretty desperate and on the off chance I could see a GP. Abdul saw me immediately, gave me a thorough examination and was able to prescribe 'a not over the counter' solution. He was very professional and saved me having to wait days to see my normal GP. Been coming to this pharmacy for many years, always nice clean and tidy. Staff are very polite, attentive and knowledgeable on the products sold. An absolute necessity when your not well or under the weather or have children. The long opening hours are a bonus and parking is free on the main road.

Arrogant pharmacist, serving others first when waiting. Closure 1-2pm so had to go twice. No parking. Alway excessively long wait whenever I go, often they don’t find my prescription. Go elsewhere. Not sure why my GP insist on sending my prescriptions there, surely I should have a choice.

I woke up having partial hearing loss. I went to the pharmacy and they looked in my ears for £9.99. I was given ear drops for 1 week and then returned for extraction which was £49.00. It was virtually painless and I now have my full hearing back. Many thanks to Rahman who served me.

We were recommended by a doctor at MRI to visit Everest pharmacy for my ears. When I visited, Rahman did thorough checks, was able to clear my ears and tell me the health status of them. He was friendly and knowledgable. Would definitely recommend Rahman at this pharmacy to anyone!

Very disappointed with my visit today. Having been told yesterday that my prescription was ready, the assistant couldn't find it. After 15 minutes I saw her counting out new medication for me with her fingers, WITHOUT wearing gloves ! Shocking hygiene standards.
