I directed my now husband here for my engagement ring, and he was stoked with the whole process - from the design, diamond selection, ability to actually make and document the process of the manufacture of my engagement ring and their communication and quality of product. It was an absolute no brainer to return here for both of our weddings bands. The team worked with us to select our stones of choice, clarify settings and for my partner, lend him a trial ring so he could be confident in sizing before we placed his wedding band order. I provided the team a picture of my dream wedding band and they delivered the goods - matching it to sit perfectly against my custom engagement ring. The amount of compliments I get on my rings every single day is astounding, and so indicative of the craftsmanship and care with which they were created. We couldn’t be happier with our Everett Brookes experience, and I can’t wait to chat to them again for my eternity/anniversary/just because rings in the future.

The brief - simple wedding bands for a short lead ceremony for young adults on a budget with a view to upgrade later for a formal occasion later when everyone could be in one country. Simple right? Apparently not for other jewellers. Team member Brooke took this brief and quickly found us some suitable pre-built bands that the couple loved. In something short of a miracle these were resized, polished and coated within 2hrs. Amazing same day service being cognisant of budget and timeline. We even had time for some free cleaning of other rings which discovered some unseen maintenance work needed before the jewels fell out. Highly recommend David and the team for simple or stunning pieces of work, high quality and hand made. Look out for Adelaide Watch Company time pieces too

I would give 6 stars if I could. The service was exceptional, all the staff were friendly & professional and the experience was totally stress-free. EverettBrookes Jewellers created all three of my rings. My engagement and wedding ring and most recently last year, my eternity ring for my ten year anniversary. I had a great time designing my eternity ring and EBJ made sure that while being absolutely beautiful my ring was practical enough that I could wear it every day. My ring suffered a small chip in one of the gem stones and the insurance claim and repair was quick and easy with EBJ. My ring is now back on my finger looking as good as ever! I would definitely recommend EBJ for all of your ring needs. Because if you want something to last forever then you want the best and that is EBJ!

I had my wife’s engagement ring and both of our wedding bands made here and the results were incredible. EverettBrookes made our vision a reality and the rings turned out better than we could have ever imagined. Jewellery stores aren’t necessarily the most comfortable place for me but from the first consultation I felt at ease with the whole process. A huge contrast to our visits to other stores where I felt like I was just the wallet and the salesperson gave their attention wholly to my partner. 10/10 would go back, 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

Everyone I dealt with was super friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to have similar rings and diamonds available for us to look at, and even prepared 3d printouts to give us an idea of different carat sizes. The price was great, the delivery happened in exactly the timeframe discussed, and the final product is simply spectacular. Couldn’t recommend enough. I read such good reviews that I decided to take a long weekend in the Barossa (we live in Sydney) and visited Everett Brookes during the trip - best decision ever!

We went to a variety of retail stores and designers and were amazed at what we were able to create (and afford) with David and his incredible team. Their knowledge is second to none, and David was able to guide us through the process to design the ring dreams are made of. We were never bamboozled with technical jargon or sales talk. Was very hesitant to entrust anyone resizing my fiancée's Cartier wedding band, but your team were absolutely amazing from beginning to end. You warned me that the shade of rose gold may not match the same tone as the ring, so when I received the ring after alterations I immediately searched for where you had added the gold and I couldn't even notice where the addition had been added. You surpassed my expectations and I thank you. Will be back for sure.

We love the experience where you can make your own ring as that holds and extra special value to my engagement ring. They have wonderful customer service and are always warm and welcoming. Very impressed by the level of knowledge and attention to detail EB took when helping us design our engagement and choose a diamond. They provide a very consistent level of high customer service. EB are honestly the best jewellers. They work with their hearts and are always sensitive to yours needs. My remodelled ring is beyond stunning!
