They do bad business here! We were talking with Loi to rent out a space here long term, and we were trying to figure things out, and make sure we had the correct internet for our space, so I can be hard wired for my job, and he told us he’ll give us 20 minutes to figure it out. I texted, and called him several times to let him know we found the right gadget we need for our Internet, and he did not answer for awhile. By the time he answered he told me his on-site manger probably rented it out already to someone else while we were in our 20 minutes he gave us. So the whole time, Loi, and his on-site manger were going down the list trying to rent the space out at the same time. What’s unfair is how are you going give the space to someone else when you already told us we can have it, and you were going to give us 20 minutes? We are nice, quiet people who both have great jobs. We don’t drink, smoke, or party at all. We are a responsible couple who wanted a space, and you lied to us Loi. You should be ashamed of yourself for being so greedy, and giving our space to someone else. You need to learn to have patience, and not get someone’s hopes up telling them they can rent this space. What you do at your park is a disgrace, and I hope everyone sees this, so they will not have to go through what we went through. It’s so messed up how Austin is full of greed, and fake people! What you did to us is wrong, pure wrong, and I hope you get a taste of your own medicine. You, and your on-site manager need to learn values, because greed, and lies will get you nowhere!

This place looks nice and quite but manager doesn’t treat ppl fairly and has shown up on my doorstep so drunk he couldn’t clearly speak and driving his car to tell me my guest need to move his car swaying back and forth three times and my neighbor said I was making too much noise and now I have to move out bc I used a tool to cut my sewage pipe that was leaking which is a violation itself so I got kicked out for making a repair I’ve requested to speak to owner to tell him my side. Yet he has declined gospels to me and manager told my guest which was loooking for my not today and was lost he told my guest. While on the phone with me when my guest told himmmy lot number he said to him oh u can find that one on your own why mistreat my guest and when I reported an noise complaint on my neighbor he went told the neighbor exactly what I said and made the neighbor come ask me for persons soon yet when I used same tool at my place. He tells me to move out also park is not in compliance with county guidelines for rv parks of its size no showers only one washer dryer no office just a mail room they don’t keep up with lawn but. Once a month if that as well

Can’t say enough about this fabulous establishment. We sold our house in July and started looking for a place to live. We looked at a few apartments then decided that apartment living was just not for us! We decided to buy an RV and started searching for RV parks in our area. We prayed that God would lead us in the right direction and He brought us here, there was one spot opening up and it was perfect for our RV. Our neighbors are very quiet and respectful and offer help in any way they can. The park in located in a nice part of town, close to everything, management is very helpful, keeps the park nice and clean. Free Wi-Fi. So far it’s been a great experience.

Best case scenario RV park! The owner, Loi, does a lot of the management himself, and his care shows. Both he, and manager Donovan, were the perfect blend of highly responsive, and easy going. The park is clean, aesthetically pleasing, and the neighbors are awesome. It's both a dog friendly, and tiny home friendly place. There is a neighborhood market store just around the corner, that makes picking up essentials super convenient. Internet was a little tricky, but the other utilities worked great. As a single woman, I felt safe the whole time, and if I were to ever move back to Austin, Evergreen RV park would be my first choice!

This place is awesome. I have lived here since Dec. 2017 very close to 290 and 130. I work in downtown Austin and is very easy to hop on 290 to get to downtown. The owners of the park are really nice and easy accommodating. Convenient store around the corner with an excellent little fast food joint inside. Liz's grill serve some pretty tasty food. The park just finished phase 2 of park and is peaceful as ever. I will be staying here for a while and watch the trees grow. Hope to see you as a neighbor.

My wife, our four little dogs and I have lived in the RV park for a year now and it has been a wonderful experience. The owner and park manager are really nice and always willing to help out if needed. The park manager can actually work on your RV if you have issues. He came and fixed our hot water heater for an extremely reasonable price. It’s so quiet and peaceful here. Everyone is very kind. We’ve never had any problems and the park is very clean and safe. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Great experience. There are lots of people that have lived here for years and I can see why. Very quiet and friendly. Wifi is hit or miss but that's usually to be expected at RV parks. Only two washers and driers on site but that hasn't seemed to be an issue so far - but they do take quarters so make sure you have a roll for the $2/per cycles. As soon as I arrived a helpful attendant helped back me in just where I needed to be. Check in was easy and friendly. This is what I was looking for.

Nice, clean and out of the way. I felt comfortable leaving my RV and motorcycle at this place for a few days and even overnight. Super friendly and helpful staff as well. It certainly no RV resort but it also does not have resort pricing. If you need to stay in the area for a bit I would highly recommend it if you don't need a whole lot of amenities it will do just fine. There seemed to be a lot of happy residents staying long-term if that's what your after.

Just arrived in Nov. 2017. Had a little trouble with my tow vehicle coming from the panhandle. I arrived after dark totally beat from an 11 hour drive and the park manager and his wife helped me get my rig parked and set up, really pleasant people ! The park is clean and quiet. Only down side is no shade trees (new park), and a couple too few washers and dryers in the clean laundry building and no hot water for the washers.

I parked my tiny house here for over a year, and it has been the best experience! It is beautiful, quiet, clean, and very peaceful! The owners of the RV park are absolutely wonderful. They are always friendly and lend an ear when ever needed! The manager here is so great! Everyone is super friendly and always helping when needed! Thank you guys for making this such a spectacular experience!!! I will miss you all!

Great little RV and camper trailer lot. Prefer units no older than ten years. Amazing Management, very down to earth. Most residents stuck to themselves but there are some socialites about. A little pricier than other places, but location is important. Currently no shade, but a tree has been planted at every driveway, and gets watered daily. Within walking distance of some major companies in the area.

I lived here for about three years. LOVED every minute of it. Great park with a great owner! Most residents are long term and there's a good reason. If you are looking for a long-term stay, I would highly recommend! It stays really full all year long because its such a great place to live. If you are looking and a spot opens up, I suggest you take it! I'm gonna miss living here.

We stayed at Evergreen for 2 months during a home renovation project. Very quiet, clean, and convenient location. There is a site manager on the property that is helpful and very responsive. Clean laundry facilities on-site. Even open grassy areas for dog walks.

Loi and Donovan are absolutely amazing. The park is clean and quiet. A perfect spot for anyone who is looking for a temporary or even longer stay. I know some residents have been there long term. Thank you so much! I hope the best for you and your company.

I stayed at Evergreen RV Park for the last 4 months. Great location for me. Relatively close to the University of Texas and Downtown Austin. The park itself is very quiet and the residents are very kind and respectful. Thank you for the relaxing stay.

Still great. Same family run business. Now they have happy hour from 3p-6p. I notice more people working and studying there. They also established a rewards program. Let's see how quickly those points add up.

I lived there from October to July and loved it! It’s a safe and quiet neighborhood where you can see the stars at night. There are friendly neighbors and a corner store in walking distance.

We were paying weekly and were given a very short notice as to when we had to be out of our spot due to other customer reservations that were booked without them giving us any heads up.

Evergreen is a secure, new park with onsite manager. Owner very helpful and manager Michael very friendly and nice. Will definitely stay again when we're in the area again!

Stayed there for 2 months while working in Pflugerville and it was great. Nice and quiet and well kept. The owners are great, nice people who are on top of things.

We just moved to this place this week. It's been super quiet. The area is pretty and country-like. The park is clean and the other tenants have been respectful.

It's a little on the expensive side at 645/month plus electric. But they do offer laundry facility,trash, WiFi and water and sewage included with the price.

Donovan the site manager was always a pleasure to deal with. Both him and Loi went out of their way to ensure the RV experience was exceptional …

I just drive by there, I wish they would do a better job on their landscape, it's always overgrown and that brings snakes and other pests to the area.

Was in town on a project. Lived here 10 months. Quiet. Clean. Good management. 14 minute drive to downtown regardless of traffic.
