These guys are horrid. They have a couple of lovely staff but I have had a number of infuriatingly unhelpful interactions with an old man and woman (mayhaps the owners?). It is my local, which is why I have stupidly returned multiple times after pretty pitiful experiences hoping beyond hope that someone else would be there behind the counter. Alas yesterday my partner had the joy of dealing with old mate. After pointedly turning yet another page of his newspaper after making eye contact with the lone customer standing at his counter, the man proceeded to grunt an unintelligible command to someone out the back. Not receiving the help he sorely required he dragged himself over to serve my partner and surprise surprise answered his request for direction to a common newborn product with his favourite line; "Ive never heard of it." Full stop. End of transaction. Better luck next time. Thank the sweet baby Jesus that a young woman pointed it out. Save yourself the trouble head to Terry white at brookside.

While waiting at the counter to be served a number of people came in and dropped off or collected prescriptions. All staff seemed to be working on prescriptions, and nobody was serving general customers. Probably great prescription service but the rest of the shop was not being looked after.

Convenient opening hours, great customer service, and handy location. They have a good variety of products in stock as I was only going to buy 1 product and ended up with 2. I was actually pleasantly surprised with the good experience especially when some of the other reviews were bad

Insanely slow. Only two customer in the store and I still waited over half an hour to get my scripts. Would have been quicker to drive to another pharmacy. Plenty of staff and they were nice enough which is why I gave a 2. Won't be using again.

Recently I hired a quad walker for my Mum when she came up from Sydney for a visit. It's a great service Healthsave Pharmacy offers hiring out mobility equipment - friendly and helpful staff too! I'll be back if I ever need such aids again.

After waiting half an hour I didn’t collect the script. Eftpos was down, two tills working only. Not a regular to this chemist and it showed with lack of customer service to those customers not known to staff. Won’t use this chemist again.

I always have terrible experiences with this shop, all older staff who are very rude and standoffish, too busy for the customers. The one product I came for was on the shelf, yet it had expired. Avoid!

Good store, friendly staff. Had to discount a point: Requested medication over the phone and was advised I would be called when it was in stock. Was never called.

Always fantastic . Lovely Staff , great service. Just FYI, Easter Saturday they are closing at 1800hrs (6pm) not 1900hrs (7pm) as listed here
