All that happened is they made my injuries much worse. Bianca and Kayla are very good at knowing how to convince they will help. Even after my horrific injuries they pushed me into group classes when I wasn’t ready and barely spent time withe me.if you’re going there for injuries or rehabilitation stay far away. If you just want to go for a Pilates class and you have no injuries I’m guess it would be ok

The Team at Chealsea long beach clinical Pilates are professional and very friendly, the service from making a booking to working out in the new, clean and well equipped studio is nothing but excellent.
