I have never seen my sister so upset and embarrassed before! I wouldn’t be leaving this review if the situation was professionally handled today. Being a new mother to a 3 month old, my sister was very excited to get her hair cut and feel a bit more like herself again. I had dropped her off with our mum too Evolve salon and within 10 minutes she came out in tears! My sister said she had sat down for not even a minute before the hairdresser pointed out that she could see head lice and eggs and told her the appointment was over and to rebook for another time. We all had a look and couldn’t see anything but some dandruff. When my mum went back in to let the salon know that we couldn’t see any lice, not only did you not ask for my sister to come back in just to make sure but the girl who refused her service was sat in the chair herself getting her own hair done! And that’s when we asked for our money back and for the rescheduled appointment to be cancelled. I recommend in the future that you have your hairdressers get a second opinion by someone else in the salon before you embarrass and shame someone for having the slightest bit of dandruff. And to wait for the refused customer to leave before your staff jump into the salon chair to treat themselves! Disgusting and unprofessional. I absolutely love getting my hair done at Evolve! Kate and Phoebe are always so lovely and welcoming. They give the best suggestions and guidance on how to get the right colour and look that I’m after for my hair. I was lucky enough to stumble upon this salon a few years ago when I needed someone to help me wash my hair after having neck surgery and they made sure to fit me in that day. Since then, every time I’ve been back to evolve to get my hair done I’ve been blown away by how friendly and accommodating the team are, how knowledgeable they are when it comes to hair and always have an exceptional experience. Anytime I’m at evolve I feel like part of the community and I will continue to recommend them and sing their praises. Thank you to the evolve team, especially Kate & Phoebe!

My hairdresser of 20 years retired recently and I have trust issues when it comes to my hair. Fortunately, I can now rely on Hayley whose professional opinion and skill meant I left the salon looking and feeling fabulous! Will definitely back. Most welcoming salon I’ve ever been to, I adore all the girls there, they care about their clients, always achieve what I ask for and are VERY reasonably priced. I have been coming here for over 4 years now and wouldn’t think twice about going anywhere else. Love the evolve hair fam❤️

Love my new cut! The salon was very relaxed and friendly, and Hayley did a great job leaving my hair looking fresh, I think it’s one of the better haircuts I’ve had!

Always helpful and very friendly. I'm very fussy about who cuts my hair. Only 6 people in 52 years have been allowed to cut my hair, now that includes Alanna.

Always a fun time at this salon. The girls are all good fun. My colour is a tough one as it throws a lot of orange!! These girls can do GREAT blondes!!
