It is a nice park to walk around (it is exactly 1/2 mile around if you follow the sidewalk); my wife and I regularly walk here in the late afternoon. You'll see some runners, people playing sports (soccer, basketball, frisbee, etc...). Not the prettiest park in the world but it is getting better; they recently built a retaining wall on the north-east side so it doesn't get flooded out when the rain comes. This is a nice and safe feature. The only apparent downsides are that it is a tad noisy (part of being near downtown), sometimes you'll smell weed being smoked, and an occasional homeless person may be sleeping on a bench or near the building. Other than that, it is a solid park for refreshment and exercise.
Very well kept park with a good vibe for that area. They have a nice basketball court , I shoot around at vers times and it's been so far calm. Good mini walking trail with some outdoor workout exercises things spread out. Hahaha also how can I forget the rec center has a cheap yoga class! 11pm curfew does hinder my late night venting at the court but I still do after work some times but WARNING THERE ARE BATS in that area.
I love this park. I go there Tuesdays and Thursdays for Zumba at the Center. Other classes are offered as well. Inside the center, there is an exercise room with lots of equipment. It’s quiet without the loud music. People seem to enjoy using their personal headphones for the entertainment. The park out side has a trail that is about 3/4 mile long. I see yoga and tai chi. There is a basketball court among other things.
It's my park so I'm biased, but Bryan Place is a special neighborhood in that it's still a community. This park is perhaps the center of that community and the Friends of Exall do a great job keeping it up. In these times of social distancing it's a bastion of freedom, fresh air, and flora that has helped keep at least myself feel connected and I'm sure many others as well.
This park is full of energy. Lots of people of all color all living in harmony. Lots of smiles strangers greeting each other kids playing and a lot of friendly dogs. There's a rec. center, a running track, work out machines around the track, play ground and trees over 100 years old.
Usually pretty clean. Great running trail around this park and lots of space to workout and social distance at the same time. Individual workout stations are also here although I haven't tried them yet. Playground, ball park, and basketball goals too.
This was a nice little park. Lots of benches and a little trail. Great space to walk your dog on leash and picnics! When I went it was raining heavily the day before and it looks like the grass has a good drainage system. Was hardly muddy at all.
1968 i traded shoes with my classmate b4 school at this park one day. Which we did on several occasions..we both went to Fanin Elementary so i met up with her one morning to change shoes we were supposed to meet back after school to switch.
Exall Park is a nice small park to enjoy a stroll or a jog. The field in the center allows for group sports and there is a basketball court near the community center. The children's playground keeps your little ones busy. They're are
A nice place to have some rest, walk with a dog or just relax. There is a restroom cabin here (like you're on a construction site, but sometimes you don't care). It's the biggest park in the neighborhood-enough space for many people.
My kids love going to the park and one day we had little free time and this park is nice for all ages. I would recommend this park to any mommy’s. The ages say 3-7 for the park but my 11 mon, 2 & 3 yo played and had fun just fine.
Pretty and peaceful, great running path with some workout equipment. The equipment is often out of order which can be expected with an outdoor park in the area, but a pretty great place to bring the kids or go for a run. A quiet
Stopped here for a picnic and to play some frisbee with the kids. Very nice and clean park with a smooth walking path. Not too crowded with just a handful of dog walkers enjoying the path. Lots of benches and several tables.
I like this park. Has a family atmosphere, has a big playground, a long distance running path so you can go out for a run or enjoy a walk with your dog, or sit and just watch the lovely view full of green, trees and people.
Nice park, fun little exercise machines to mix up the paved walk around. Baseball diamond is well maintained. Basketball court is barely used and there is also a center with a cheap gym & yoga studio. Good shade available.
Nice clean park. Has some work out equipment open to use. I wouldnt play a real baseball game there as it is extremely close to a busy road. I believe it has it's own parking lot as well. 1 smaller and 1 larger playground.
Head a great time and even saw Park Ave rec changing dog bags and maintaining the park. Let's ensure that energy is consistent across the city! The squirrels were even friendly lol
Excellent park located in central Dallas. My hubby and I had our marriage ceremony because of its sentiment to us. Always busy with plenty of things going on.
The place is very peaceful and serene. My kids love the park because they can play anywhere they went. This place is perfect for family bonding.
I love this park. It's clean and has a nice view of a portion of downtown. There is a playground that my kids love and it's a good park to walk.
I love this park and I love the Christmas tree set up! Hercules, my dog, had a fun walk. It's a nice little walking path. Another Dallas winner.
A well-kept and accessible neighborhood park with playground equipment, paved walking trails, basketball courts, and sitting areas.
Great park for a walk, pet friendly, very helpful and friendly staff, great summer camp for kids, and sports.
Nice community park. the park is about a square 1/2 mile and has a track you can run. It also has
