Arrive early, because you're going to spend a LOT of time here browsing through all the amazing gifts and deciding how many of them you can take home with you. There is something for every taste and budget (some recent product photos posted with this review). The hampers are especially convenient for gifting, and many come in jars or reusable boxes, a plus for the eco-conscious. There is a car guard outside for safety, and the shop is clean and well-organised by theme. Plenty of stock available and staff are helpful. The queue to pay was long but the cashiers are efficient and the queue moves quickly. I'd recommend going on a cooler day, on a weekday. It gets very busy and congested on a Saturday morning so it can be tough to move around the aisles freely. They have some big fans on the go to circulate air but I can imagine it will get very hot in summer. 100% worth a visit -- arrive with an empty car and a full wallet because the reverse will be true when you leave

This 3 stars is not about the shop but it’s about the manager an Indian lady who refused to give us an empty box after we bought our church hampers that we use for fundraising at church. We buy hampers for all our branches to fundraising as we are supporting 20 poor of the poorest families every year, church members buy tickets either Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, women’s day. December 2022 we bought a lot for gifting those who support our church. We ask for a box to put our hampers, the teller said the Manager doesn’t allow them to give us boxes, I asked her to call her she refused by saying they don’t allow customers to take boxes. Till today I am amazed. We have been supporting the shop since 2014 all year round.

Perfect store to buy a gift for almost any occasion. You literally don’t have to go anywhere else and the aesthetics of the store are amazing aswell, definitely a hidden gem. The only negative might be the lack of proper parking but that’s not a train smash neither since they have a helpful guard who showed us where to park.

The excess factory shop is such a bargain at amazing prices. From kids gift sets, to bath and body , even some household items and the most delectable smelling candles. If you're looking for quality in quantity especially if your a local business then this is for you!

I was surprised to see that they sell a variety of products, including this unicorn headphones, that my daughter is going to love. I bought this glass travel mug for myself as well. A great place to get gifts for yourself and others with reasonable prices …

Lovely shopping experience with a vast range of products to choose from. If you're looking for a gift to buy, pop in here, you may find it. Some products scent don't last very long or don't have one at all but overall, it's a great shopping experience.

The service and variety is great. The perfect shop for occasional days: Easter, mothers day, fathers day, teachers appreciation gifts and stocking fillers. They also put together prepacked gift baskets. They have so many room sprays and aroma diffusers

Off-road parking with ample and helpful security. The store is inviting with its pleasant aromas, and once inside , you wouldn't want to leave. It is reasonably priced, much cheaper than chain stores, and a wide variety of products and gift items.

Good gift packs and other items especially for those last minute type of gifts. The shop is clean, spacious and well packed which makes it nice to shop. The parking is terrible and in a dangerous little alley. Staff are not so friendly.

Bath, body, bits and bobs at amazing prices. Shop their dot sale. We got some cute gifting, journals, luxery defuser, a "chill pill" bath bomb and body wash that smells like you're on holiday in a luxury resort. Loved it! #factoryshop

My new go to for gifts. Bonus is I come out smelling so lovely from the soaps. I managed to get a really good bargain for teachers gifts for the end of the year and they even have some great male gift sets too. A must visit.

This is definitely a hidden gem. Perfect for pamper parties or bridal shower gifting ideas. Lots of reasonably priced bath items. You don't even need to spend a fortune to get good gifts.

Please get us more stuff from other supplier we miss that. I have so many cool bags educational toys for my kids, candle holders. It used to be exciting to go to the place now only soap..

Love this store. Gets busy thou. Best to go early in the day. Shop is quite small gets difficult to maneuver the trollet around. Some awesome specials.

Mostly Jenam items. Factory store. Some are quite pricey but always very busy. You can build your own sets with individual items. TERRIBLE PARKING

Went shopping for Xmas presents, the shop is very peaceful and has a variety of things to choose from. It's such a bargain to shop there.
