The staff is great and all but the limited snacks that are here, are stale. I attempted to bite into some sort of cinnamon cookie and it was rock solid. The crackers I ate with the cheese cubes were soft and very old. Granola was also stale. They ran out of wine and I was very much looking forward to that. I prefer not to eat airplane food but I do think that’s safer than the stale food here unfortunately

Hi, On 17th December, we availed the lounge service using our credit cards and the lady at counter told that there would be no charge. However, we were charged a total of $128 later and we came to know it after arriving at our destination. This is utterly disappointing and not an authorised transaction. We urge to refund our transaction.

Really disappointing as an SAA Lounge. 5 packets of chips and a handful of mini rolls at lunchtime. A few dry biscuits and a Swiss roll... I guess it beats sitting on the metal chairs in the general area. Just to make it worse - no WiFi!!!
