We had a reservation at Hertz at the Montreal Pierre Eliot Trudeau airport but when we arrived they told us that there were no more cars available. The other companies at the airport were no longer taking any more reservation. We came across this branch which is about 5-7 min from the airport by taxi. We called but did not reach anyone. We finally spoke to someone and we were fortunate to get a rental. What merited the 5 star above all is the fact that they were the ones to call me back after missing my call. Just imagine losing all hope and suddenly getting a call where the agent tell you that it's Enterprise and we unfortunately missed your call. First time I've ever experienced a major company calling me back because they missed my call! The price is higher than the normal Enterprise locations but that is to be expected because of the cars they have, personalized service and accommodation. It was totally worth it due to the customer service from the manager. He understood that after flying, flight delays and baggage issues that we just wanted to get to our hotel. When we arrived, it only took about 5 minutes and we were gone on our way! No wait time, no delays and truly spectacular customer service. We thank you, Mr. Palme for making our experience with you a memorable one. We will be back!

Amazing customer service. Personalized service. Vip treatment. Manager and staff were pleasant to deal with. Kept in touch with me during the rental. A+ selection of cars. Will certainly recommend to family, friends and business partners. Price is on the higher side but what would you expect. It's the prestige office of enterprise. The service matches the name. Originally had a reservation at the airport with another company but the line up was so long without the guarantee of actually getting a car. So I looked for the closest rental near the airport. Called them to verify availability before paying for a taxi. But it was after 5pm so they were closed. 30 minutes later I get a call back, from that location ( was still in line!) , apologizing for missing my call. The manager stayed after hours to accommodate me. I can't rave enough about the service.

Terrible place do not waste ur time my mother rented a bmw while her porche Macan was being fixed and they charged her 5k for a damage that wasn’t even hers . The car itself had lots of issues . Don’t trust this place , check the car beforehand and take pictures once they give you the rental. At this point it’s fraud .

Customer service was amazing. Sami was super friendly and made the experience seemless. He rang before I came to pick the car up for confirmation and checked if I had an preferences too - which was a nice. Rented an X5, car was clean, comfortable and well maintained.

Rented from here for our wedding day. They made sure we had a white car for our special day which is obviously not easy to do with car rentals. They really went out of their way and called me the day of the pick up to let me know all was ready. Great service!

Attention aux surcharges avec cette compagnie! Surveillez vos cartes de crédit et ce, même en cas d’accident quand ils font affaire avec vos assurances!!! J’ai fahis me faire avoir pour plus de 2000$.
