Our trip to the Wild Planet Resort, Devala, Kerala was very well planned by Rakesh. The online check in process was seamless and we were kept updated about flight status very diligently! We reached our destination half hour early but the cab driver (also provided Rakesh) was already at the airport which was amazing since we didn’t have to wait after an overnight travel process. Rakesh was always available on phone to answer our questions which was a relief. The resort itself is very beautiful and relaxing. We didn’t feel the need to leave the resort for any reason. We spent 3 nights at Wild Planet with great food, activities, and views! The kids were also very happy to have WiFi access in the lounge area! We did kayaking, monkey crawling, floating bridge, badminton, cricket, zipline, archery, rainforest walk, carom, table tennis, and billiards! Lots of activities to keep us engaged. The high tea was always the highlight of the day with tea/coffee, snacks and kayaking at the same spot! The only caution for this resort overall is the road up to the resort, 25 Kms or so, is not a developed road so it is a long bumpy ride for about an hour and half. But, once there it is amazing!

Summary: Awesome experience!! Definitely recommend. Rakesh, you’re very good and thanks for your hospitality. From our the very first interaction, Rakesh has been very hospitable. He very carefully listened to my preferences as I haven’t chosen any particular destination and gave me multiple options considering my priorities. He then gave me 5 different detailed itineraries based on the locations. Even during the entire travel, he was in constant touch to ensure we are highly satisfied, be it with the hotel food, amenities, even health and kept guiding us through out the trip. In fact, we checked into a particular hotel at one of the destinations and expressed little concern. He was quick enough to change the hotel in 30 minutes. That’s simply awesome. Another thing, he has very good friends in the hotels. A small concern (not even a complaint) on the way the food was arranged, and the next day the entire food staff was at our food table serving us. Rakesh made sure that the entire stay was at its best. Also the driver, Lokesh, was very professional, calm and patient. Thanks a lot, Rakesh and Exotic Travolic tours!!

I was planing my trip for Kashmir and was searching for the holiday packages on different travel portals.
