Great Gym with excellent equipements but most importantly the most dedicated coach you can find All exercices are tailored to take into account your current level; but also your injuries/weakness etc! Each WoD is unique; challenging; and a good rotation of muscular groups is ensured to allow a coherent and homogeneous progression Follow Up outside the gym is ensured thanks to excellent nutrition tips (and recipes!) Clearly one of the most involved coach you can find here! One year membership and many more to come!"
