My daughter told me she had found a great physiotherapist near her home in Orleans. I called and booked my first physiotherapy session with Raphaelle Leblanc for the following week. My daughter was absolutely right, Raphaelle is an amazing physiotherapist! I have been suffering for too many years with lower back pain from an aging curving spine, from sciatic and hip bursitis flare ups and from radiating pain down my leg to my toes. Raphaelle’s questions and responses to the information I was giving her were perfect. It was obvious to me, from her explanations and plans moving forward, that I could trust her to help me feel better, and she is. Thank you so much Raphaëlle! Osteopath was suggested as a way to enhance my physiotherapy, and it does. After an hour with Sonia manually manipulating the muscle and nerve coming from each disk in my spine was educational and “amazing”! I look forward to our next session. Today, before my third physiotherapy session, I took advantage of another therapy offered at Expert Physio Plus and met with Joanne Ouellette, Reflexology Therapist. Besides the absolute medical value of reflexology, it was an hour of pure and utter relief. I can not remember the last time my left foot didn’t ache and tingle with pins and needles. I will definitely be seeing you again Joanne. I am sorry to not remember all the crew’s names that help Raphaëlle put clients through their program, but every one that has worked with me have been very helpful and friendly. Thank you all.

I was treated at this clinic for my shoulder injury. In 4 sessions (3 physio & 1 massage) I have improved faster than anticipated. Professional staff and an amazing service. my first session was assessment and treatment and it was almost 2 hours and included acupuncture, TENS, Heat treatment as well as back adjustment. And one hour massage therapy with Sherry. I was treated by an amazing team includes (Mina, Emad, Sherry). Important points: * They treated my back and neck on top of my shoulder injury. * I was scheduled for 4 physio sessions but they did only 3 as I have improved faster than expected. Shows that they want to help you, not just take your money. Thank you everyone.

I recently began working at Expert Physio Plus as a PTA and have been absolutely blown away by the quality of care and attention to detail throughout the clinic. I injured my neck and back in a car accident and got physio here because it was on a list approved by the insurance company. At first I was skeptical, but they were amazing! They were super flexible, knowledgeable and friendly. I started my treatment Jothi only but near the end had a couple sessions with Raphaelle as well. Both were amazing and I'm super happy I chose to come here for my physio after my accident. I also got massage therapy from.Sherry and she is amazing, easily one if the best masseuses I've worked with, I wish I had more coverage so i could have worked with her more.

All the team are super friendly ( Mina, Peter, Raphaelle, Scott, Eden, Emma ), they take the time to listen to you, they go in details with all your concerns, they really care about their customers. I could see also that the team doesn’t accept half the way in treating you, they want always to cover the problem from A to Z. After visiting many physiotherapist, chiropractors and massage therapists during the past 5 years, this is my place that I believe, I will not change. Forgot also to tell, the clinic is super clean and all their machines are top of the line.

A lovely second location located in Orleans that has proven to be very convenient for those located around Eastern Orleans area. Since working here for over a year, I have been continually impressed with the quality of work Mina and the new Physio's have been putting out. Working here has been great, and we also offer co-op opportunity for those interested in learning more in regards to the Physio/ health care world!

If you are looking for osteopathy, I would say it is a bit of a mix of Physio and Massage Therapy, I strongly recommend Sonia Maki. She listens to your issues and gives you great advice even after treatment. In only a few sessions, I have already seen improvement in my health. She works at the Blackburn location and Orleans location. A satisfied customer that will be returning in the weeks and months to come.

Having had physio before for my back injury that did not really help I was sceptical about it when my doctor recommended physio for my hip flexor injury… but I figured I would give it a try. To my surprise it has helped tremendously. The staff is awesome, professional and very helpful. Very happy I gave it a try and my pain is almost all gone now!

Expert Physio Plus is an amazing Physio Clinic. From my experience they make sure you are well taken care of. I had a major injury and within a short period of time I am able to do active sports again! Mina is the best Physio in the CITY
