My friends & I visited your store for the first time. Akshay was the employee who helped us and he was the literally the best. We didn’t know the sizes for the suits and he had no problems constantly getting different sizes and bringing them to the fitting rooms for us. We probably would’ve walked out empty-handed if it wasn’t for all his help. Instead, we ended up making a $300 purchase. Please give him the recognition he deserves!

I felt like the sales associate was following me like I was going to steal something. He ended up in the same area as I was 3 times. I wanted to tell him to check my Express reward points, I'm a regular customer. I felt so uncomfortable I put the items in my hands back where I found them and left the store. I'm sure he was trying to do his job, but it discourage me from wanting to shop there.

The sales associates were extremely kind and helpful, they really went the extra mile. They certainly did not learn this from anyone above them as their management was rude and dismissive over customer complaints even after the complaints were proven true and could've been easily settled.

The selection at this location was very minimal. Can someone please explain to me how a retailer who sales clothing says “our dressing room is CLOSED today? They also seemed disinterested in providing service. I’ll stick the real Express in the future.

JUST WALKED OUT OF YOUR STORE. NONE OF YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE HELPING CUSTOMERS! THEY ARE JUST STOCKING MERCHANDISE! SEVERAL EMPLOYEES LET ME AND MY PARTNER WALK AROUND WITHOUT EVEN ASKING IF WE NEED HELP! WE PUT THE ITEMS BACK AND EXITED!!!

Just tried going into the store and it was closed. Hours listed say open till 8pm and the automated voice when you call the number says the same. It is currently 6:30pm and there is nothing saying why it is closed.

Didn’t remove the security tag on a $300 suit, and consequently I had to drive over an hour out of my way to get that fixed. If you’re going to sell premium products, make sure they’re wearable.

Men express is one of my favorites if y'all knowing how to dress to impress your world around you. The style from Express is more trendy for higher class and quality looks.

A good selection of clothes and easy to find something worth purchasing. There never seems to be anyone at the register though but they eventually make their way over!

The sale prices are certainly not really a sale when you mark them up to discount them down. The service was exceptional and the place was clean as you might expect

Saturday 05-13-2023 around afternoon the big black girl with glasses work there is very rude with customers and have a nasty attitude. Not helpful at all.

Nothing special about this location. The service is as expected for a mall store. Check out the great clearance details in the back of the store.

Great staff. One of the gentlemen even steamed all the wrinkles out of a suit I needed that day for a job interview

Worst experience ever…fitting rooms were closed at 7:38 pm when they are still open till 8pm
