When we - two couples - started planning a trip from Finland to Siberia, Mongolia and China, I googled "Transsiberian" in order to find some information and experience. This way I found Express To Russia webpage. Since I had little experience of dealing with Russian organizations via internet, I was a bit cautious and first visited the St Peterburg office personally while I happened to be in town. During that visit I already got plenty of information and was convinced that my travel plans shall be in good hands there. By email the further contacts were very friendly, the answers to all my questions came quickly and even though we had to change our plans and schedules several times, Elena was all the time very patient and helpful. We had planned to start our trip from Moscow and first took a domestic train to Irkutsk. Booking the tickets - e. g. full compartments for just two people - in the internet with Agency's help worked perfectly. Then we needed further tickets for two different trains first to Mongolia and then to China. They were not available via internet and so Express To Russia did the booking and organized the delivery of them to our hotels in Irkutsk and Ulan Bator. And the tickets were there waiting for us! A couple of weeks before departure one person of our company was caught by a serious health problem and had to cancel her participation. And even in that case - in a very short time - Express To Russia took care of the cancellation and refund as far as they could according to the booking terms. Since I know some Russian and we were just a small family group, we organized independantly accomodation and our program in Irkutsk and Ulan Bator, but I am convinced that if we had had a need of extra services, they would have been taken care of by listening the customers wishes as well. We had such an interesting trip! We are very familiar with the North-Western Russia and also Moscow, but had not yet experienced the Russia as a country of long distances and lots of railways. The domestic trains (in our case Moscow-Chita) are an experience in themselves. The atmosphere is unique and during the days you get a chance to chat with the wagon servants and restaurant-car's staff and fellow-passengers and the girl who goes forth and back selling chocolate and sweet instant coffee and teabags etc. After crossing the Ural this young woman came all the way from the other end of the train to point us the pillar which shows the border between Europe and Asia. That is what I call friendly an personal service. As friendly and personal was also the service which we got from Express To Russia. Thank You Elena.

Express To Russia was very professional and efficient. We had difficulties with our Visa (the Embassy required an original copy of the Visa Invitation) and they couriered it to us in Saudi Arabia within 3 days! We couldn't have asked for better service. Then when we got the Visa Invitation I noticed I had out my wife's Maiden Name instead of her Married Name by mistake. I paid them for a new Visa Invitation as it was my mistake, but they refunded my money immediately! I was overwhelmed! You wonder if you can trust some website from Russia you find on the Internet but I found Express To Russia to be one of the best online services I have used - up there with Amazon! Ida and Myself are from New Zealand. We spent February In Russia over the time of the winter Olympics 2014. As part of this trip we needed train tickets from St Petersburg to Moscow and then on the Trans-Mongolian Train K4 (0043) from Moscow to Beijing. We also needed The Tourist invitation voucher required for our visa application. After some thought we ordered all three through Express to Russia. Even though we are based in NZ, we found their communication was quick and everything was processed in a matter of days. We even had physical tickets for the train within three working days over new years which was great. Their prices were also far far lower than purchasing through an NZ base travel agent. The Russian Embassy to NZ accepted our visa application first time and the whole trip went off without a hitch. It is always an apprehensive thing spending this much money with a foreign web based company (about 3 grand NZ in our case) but these people are the real thing. Happy to recommend that any other Kiwi / Aussie travellers use them..

My wife & I have just completed the Journey of a Lifetime 16 day 15 night Trip as organised by Express to Russia. We also had a tour of St Petersburg & Moscow as well. The planning & execution of both trips was well above our expectations. The guides we had in all of our destinations were exceptional & the meet & greet & return to the stations went as smooth as clockwork. We had one minor hitch but that was through no fault of Express to Russia..a quick email from our Ipad had the problem resolved immediately We did have some misgivings at the start about doing the booking online ourselves but Elena was wonderful & answered all of our questions promptly & to our satisfaction.We felt comfortable with the whole process.The train trip is wonderful with Mongolia being a "special " place for us! Elena was the one arranged our 11 nights/12 days river cruise from Moscow to St. Petersburg last month. She was very professional carrying out all details through e-mail swiftly and thoroughly. We can not be more pleased with her. The itinerary of this river cruise is almost identical with the other liners well advertised in USA. But this one all major shore excursions are at no additional cost. It was a very rewarding experience culturally. Exquisite arts, icons, architectures/ cathedrals and music reflect Russian orthodox tradition, which we have not experienced in the other western countries. Although the flight from California to Moscow is long, we hope next time, Elena can arrange for us to see the famous Golden Ring and/or the Siberia train from Moscow to Beijing, my husband Joseph's native city.

I booked a night train Sankt Petersburg - Moscow for two via Express to Russia. The booking was fixed at no-time, the same concerns my questions afterwards, answered immidiately in very polite and friendly manner. The tickets were inexpensive. My wife and I had a very memorable and pleasant tour of the Golden Circle (Sergiev Posad and Suzdal) with Express to Russia The tour guide and driver arrived on time to our hotel, and everything went exactly as planned and on schedule. Both the guide and driver were highly professional and spoke excellent English. The car was a late model Hyundai, clean, and very comfortable. The tour guide selected a very nice restaurant for our lunch, and the food was tasty and well prepared. The tour sites were beautiful and well worth the rather long car trip. The entire tour lasted about 13 hours, but would have been about one hour shorter if there had been less traffic and road construction.

I have booked the Transsib journey from Moscow to Beijing through 'Express to Russia'. The service was excellent, I have received information on different options (with / without stops, different Trains & routes) which really was not easy to find out anywhere else. All my questions (and there were many!) about visas, invitations etc. were answered promptly by email. The tickets were ready for pick-up when we entered the Moscow office, the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely book through 'Express to Russia' again and can highly recommend them to anyone planning a similar trip with the Transsibirian Railway.

I was very satisfied with the services of the Agency Express To Russia.
