I MUST SAY YES, I'M ABSOLUTELY FLABAGASTED, LADIES AND GENTLEMEN,DONT BE FOOLED BY POLITE AND FRIENDLY GESTURES AT THIS SHOP. I KID U NOT... OUR VEHICLE AN AUDI WENT IN FOR SUSPENSION.. AND THEY HAVE DAMAGED OUR STEERING RACK AN SENSOR, OUR CAR WENT IN ON THE 15/08/2021 and went back on the 16/08/2021 " they promised to give back our vehichle on the 17/08/2021 ,it is now the 28/09/2021and we still have not received our car... They refuse to return calls, an not even they lawyer is responding/liasing with little proper onfo or doesn't at all. Our legal representative has sent in numerous correspondence but been blatantly ignored. It has been 6 weeks and we still don't have our vehichle. Also they so called insurance broker whom we were told to contact has no clue what's going on even though an assessor has been sent out by them/insurance... We do have the results of that assessment... Bt how do you send out an assessor without no claim number.. SO PEOPLE DONT BE FOOLED BY THEY SO CALLED "PROFESSIONALISM" ITS A MISCONCEPTION... .. ULTIMATETLY THE WORST SHOP TO GO TO FOR ANY SERVICE AT ALL.. THINK TWICE... PEOPLE PLEASE.. ITS SAD HOW PEOPLE HAVE GO THROUGH ALL OF THIS DURING THESE TRIAL TIMES...

Don't be fooled by sweet talks, took my bakkie for wheel alignment on a Saturday in October 2021, when I got home noticed some grease, I inspected and noticed they damaged the cv boot, returned to them immediately, they tied boot with a cable tie which they said was all sorted, as I was driving off my ABS LIGHT won't go off, made a U-turn. They asked that I take the bakkie to an auto electrician on the Tuesday as they couldn't find any fault (the guy messed obviously knows but wouldn't admit) on inspection at the electrician the tyre owner said that they can't cover the hourly cost of the auto electrician, they eventually had to use their own auto electrician or got somebody in, however it was discovered they burnt the abs switch while heating the rack end. So in all they bloody damaged the ABS SWITCH, CV JOINT BOOT, AND THE BOOT IS STILL SLIPPING OFF in December 2021. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE. I couldn't use my bakkie and neither did they ask if I had alternate transport as my bakkie was with them for 4 days.

Incompetent staff and unprofessional attitude. Failed to adjust the brake linings on the most basic car (Toyota Corolla 160i). Shortly after adjustment, the wheels were binding. Took it back a day or so later, and pointed out the issue. Didn't seem to be too bothered by their poor workmanship. They attended to the vehicle again and assured me it was sorted out. After a few days the wheels were binding again. I gave up and went to a specialist brake center to resolve the issue. It seems their staff are not qualified technicians and are not adequately trained.

Best service recieved from both management and staff, Rajen and Dan really went the extra mile to ensure that vehicle was in perfect condition when I had left the shop. I would definitely recommend people to use their services and ask for Rajen or Dan to work on your vehicle since they are really clued up when it comes to fixing problems.

What awesome service,wow!!,staff so helpful an friendly, absolutely best tyre prices ,they actually washed all 4 of my rims although only fitted 2 new tyres an still put tyre polish on all 4 ,never experienced this at any major tyre companies, keep up the excellent work guys.
