By far the worst shopping experience to date. If there were an option for zero stars that would be my vote. I have been a devoted express customer and unfortunately today, this all changed and I will NEVER return to shop at another express. For this story, Husband bought me $850 worth of clothes for my bday in the fall including some dress pants. Dress pants did not fit. Return policy is within 2 months of purchase and I missed that deadline with work traveling and the holidays. Now I’m off for the holidays and had some time to handle, I went up to the galleria express (after reading my receipt on exchange policy), and took my merchandise to return. After getting into the disorganized store in which no pricing or signs were up to indicate specials or prices, which should have been my first red flag (that the manager can not seem to handle truly managing a store by following protocol of signage) then I chose some exchange items (not knowing the true prices), proceeded to Stand in line for 20 minutes with my exchange of merchandise. Once it was my turn, I approached the counter and Presented my receipt and was told I could not exchange unless for the same product. Why should I have to get pants if I do not want pants???!!! I do not want anymore pants! Story gets better... in fact, “the manager” (well... that’s what he called himself anyways) said we would have had better luck just exchanging without a receipt for the items I wanted (not pants). So told him to forget the receipt then and let me exchange without receipt and “the manager” said, too late I’ve already seen your receipt. Needless to say, merry Christmas to you express. This is by far the worst customer service and overall experience (visually and personally). And to think you guys hired the one person who could not solve my problems, in fact created a problem, as a manager. I will never be back!

Went in to exchange a suit for my husband. One woman was charged with running the fitting room on a Saturday which just didn’t work. She was also trying to get sizes and look things up for the customers so she was spread thin. I tried to ask another sales associate for help and she just waved at the men’s half of the store and said I could find it there. People go to brick and mortar stores to try things on, not to get blown off by the sales staff. They had great sales that day and I wanted to shop, but after a couple more brush offs and eye rolls I decided it wasn’t worth my time. Got the same deals online without dealing with the rude staff. Still feel bad for the one person trying to do her job though!

Was buy one get one free but they purposely mix clearance items in with the regular items. So when you checkout you have to go back and find a non clearance item to qualify for the deal. Then have to wait in the long line again, which most people don't want to do so end up making extra money off. Also, cashiers were slow and confused. Saw multiple cash transactions when register was not accepting cash, no change in drawers, empty. Some people did not recieve any change because of this if they payed in cash. No one wanted to wait for a manager that never showed up.

Loved the customer service at this store!! I am a long time customer of Express, and everytime I find myself at this store the employees are always so helpful. I went in for some new work clothes since I will be back in office soon, and Iris went above and beyond! Not only did she share some specials going on with me, but she grabbed me extra sizes, so I did not have to leave the fitting room! I’m now ready to go back to work in style <3

I wouldn’t be surprised if Express store fronts don’t make it. 1) everything is cheaper online and Express policy is to not match in-store. 2) when you go to the store, the people working are the least bit friendly let alone helpful. Why would I spend more money just to be treated poorly? $100 for a shirt and the guy couldn’t be bothered to ask if I found everything okay or needed anything else.

I usually only come to Express when shopping with my girlfriend. However, this time I actually looked for myself. I was a little worried when I was unable to find a lot in my size, but Jaime was a great help. He was super personable, and friendly with me and even helped me out by ordering me some pant sizes online! I will definitely be coming back!

Also my two year old sat next to a shelf with shoes and she screamed at her instead of informing me to get her down. Definitely lost a customer. Won’t ever return.

They dont have a customer service to take care of customers , actually thay have sales service only . I bought a shirt and I tried to switch it but I lost the Receipt , some young guy there told me I can’t do anything without receipt sorry and he asked for who’s next .

It seemed like they were short staffed when I visited, but Jesus and Kait were super helpful and made my trip fast & easy! I've worked in the hospitality industry myself, and I know how dealing with rude customers can be, especially these days. Keep up the good work!

Good place to shop for men’s variety and ladies jewelry. Not many great options for ladies wear. A bit pricy for the quality of the cloth. Affordable in sale, sometimes they have really great offers. The staff at this store is okay. They are helpful and patient.

What a joke. Ordered store pickup for items online marked as in stock in this store. After being charged for the items and calling to confirm, I drove 20 miles to pick up my items. Upon arrival, I was told my order was still “processing”

Worst express location I visited so far !! Big queue for trail rooms as it’s combined for both genders ,one counter open for billing . Had to step out due to the delays .
