I am pleased to write this review for ExpressRooter Plumbing based off my experience with them. i needed to get the under-sink drainage pipes rearranged, faucet and dishwasher installation. When I first called them, the person who answered was respectful and polite. His name is Craig. It felt like I knew him from many years. He promptly dispatched an equally amazing plumber, Mark to my house. Mark is a great person to deal with. He did his best and left me highly satisfied. What defines a great company is not the service alone, it is after-service that should be at the core value of a company. When a little issue creeped up, Mark came running and fixed it before anything could go wrong. As a real estate broker, I am often asked by many to recommend great professionals for their household work. ExpressRooter is definitely going in my list for ever. Thank you ExpressRooter.

If I could give Express Rooter more stars, I would! Excellent company to work with. Prompt, thorough and honest quote to do a huge job replacing my drain pipe. Everything was handled with the upmost care and was completed on time with great communication while I was at work. Complete peace of mind with Jason who initially came out to do the free consult to Craig with the billing. Jason also gave me additional information regarding the government rebate for placing in a back flow valve and provided all of the information I needed to complete the form. I received the $1,250 back just a few weeks ago and thought I will now write this review. I am so very pleased with this company. They made it very easy, stress free and their fee was very reasonable. I like the additional peace of mind knowing they are Homes on Homes approved.

I had a EMERGENCY disaster leak in my upstairs toilet that leaked down to the main floor and into the basement. Massive water damage and I could not get the water to stop nor remove the blockage without the help from ExpressRooter. Not only did they guide on the phone to suggest ways to control the water and calm me down but they got here in relatively really quick timing!!! I was desperate for someone to come asap and they really delivered that service as fast as humanly possible. Everywhere else I called said I would have to wait hours. They were knowledgeable, skilled and very professional and helpful. They also provided me with a detailed report that I was able to provide to my landlord and insurance company which helped expedite the repairs and minimized my stress levels! Great job! Thank you! Scheduled service call to determine lack of hot water to shower. Service call was ‘next day’ and found corroded / calcified manifold beyond repair. Arrangements made for me (owner) to source / supply new mechanism and then notify Express when ready for install. Again, next day was scheduled with same technician (who understood issue). Re & re of shower completed in approx. 2-1/2 hours and work area clean & tidy when he left. Great communication before, during and after. Highly recommend Express for plumbing and fixture service. I will be sure to use again. Pricing was reasonable and for those of us who do most of our own work, it was worth every penny. Thank you Express.

Express Rooter Plumbing did a great job installing 3 toilets and 2 toilet isolation valves. The plumber, Mark, was fantastic - an experienced, knowledgeable and caring professional. He handled the whole job from start to finish. He answered questions, provided the quote, installed all items and cleaned the work areas. My experience with the company was very positive I called them for a different type of work and project however once on site the plumber discovered other issues in my unit I then spoke to him about another condo unit that I own which he attended and was able to rectify that problem at no cost to me. The company is a very responsible punctual and customer service was outstanding the representative from the company attitude was impeccable. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a plumber and have serious Plumbing issues in their home or condom.

Naseer from ExpressRooter did all of the plumbing work (rough-in, tub, shower panel, vanity, faucet) for our bathroom reno. Naseer did a fantastic job and completed the work with great quality. He also came up with creative solutions to make the space work better for us (for example, running the drain line against the back wall so that the drawer in our vanity would not need to be cut). We liked that not only he did a quality job but he was also looking out for ways to improve our bathroom!

Wow..express Rooter plumbing deliver and do the job soo quick , and fast no ifs snd buts, they are direct to the point with honest pricing and 40/: cheaper than what others have quoted us…., They did change our old plumbing (80 year old house in Oshawa), they work 1 day and finish same day. I had a leaky toilet and called express Rooter Plumbing and they had Mark come out to my place and checked the issue, realized that the toilet needed to be replace and due to the time of day, couldn't be done until the following day. After a quick call in the morning, they put me in touch with Mark again and he came midday, removed, replaced and disposed of the old toilet all done in under 30 mins. Mark was professional, clean and quick, I would highly recommend Express and their staff!

Pretty simple I called Monday and Mike arrived the same day. He recommended that I upgrade the disposal that I purchased & he returned the next day, installed it and re-routed some pipes. The work was timely, clean & as promised. I recommended them to a colleague & he was overwhelmed with the service. Hard to find any trades to get your house but when you get one who will show up the same business day then complete the work as promised, it's incredible!

Excellent experience with Tony and Craig. Making the appointment was easy and both were helpful. Replacing a leaking main valve posed some problems due to the age of our home (built in late 70s). Tony explained what needed to be done by the City before he could do his repair and was back on the job as soon as the repairs were done on the City's end. Great communication and helpfulness. Would recommend for any plumbing needs.

Very pleased satisfied customer! Our kitchen pipes were old and corroded, my husband tried to fix it himself, big mistake. Express rooter came up as the #1 recommended plumber on Google. So I gave them a call. Immediately I was greeted by a friendly man who dispatched Majid within the hour. Majid came, explained the situation, gave me options and was finished within an hour. How could I possibly ask for anything more.

We contacted Express Rooter for a long standing plumbing problem at our house. We warned the plumber that it won't be easy to fix, but to our surprise he found the cause and fixed it. He also informed us that there is a chance the problem has another cause and gave us the option to opt out the cost of the repair. He respected our home and behaved like a courteous guest. Overall we had a very pleasant experience.

We contacted Express Rooter to help us deal with a water seepage issue in our basement. The plumber who worked with us was professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Very bad job, try to upsell, and offer no warranty on their service. They are not 24/7, they charged $800 to unclog a drain, in 2 days it clogged again, they wanted another $800, with no warranty or offered the option of $1500 to flush it, again with no warranty......
