I recently rented a car from a expressrent in Rijeka and was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service provided by one of their young employees. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a friendly demeanor that immediately put me at ease. The car was very cheap and the deposit was done by card but I wasn’t charged for it. I’ve been explained that their (express) rent a car don’t have any hidden fees or expenses and that everything is included in the original price. The young employee was knowledgeable about the different car options available and helped me choose the perfect vehicle for my needs and offered me a brand new car whit loads of equipment. He patiently answered all my questions and even gave me some helpful tips on driving in the area and what to visit Throughout the rental process, the young employee was professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a positive experience. He even took the time to walk me through the rental agreement and made sure that I understood all the terms and conditions. Also walked me to the car and explained everything even smallest details and changed car multimedia language to my language. Overall, I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a car rental. If all their employees are as friendly and helpful as this young man, then they are definitely doing something right!

Terrible customer service. They could not formulate a decent email. First said they have free spots but one day is occupied for a small car. They did not offer a medium car other alternatives. Then when I asked for other car alternatives they simple said in completely rude and unstructured email that “sorry we can’t”, between a couple hours ALL types of cars got reserves? Shameful attitude, style and customer service. I strongly advise against booking with them.

We reserved a car at 2:00 PM, but when we arrived at the office, it was closed, and the person I had spoken to for booking the car wasn't responding. We waited for over 3 and a half hours until we managed to contact someone else. They provided us with a car that gave us several issues, and we even had to go to the repair shop.

Kurzfristig war es möglich, ein kleines Auto zu einem guten Preis zu mieten. Das Auto war in einem sehr guten Zustand, gepflegt und lief einwandfrei. Die Übergaben waren schnell und problemlos. Es kann sowohl bar als auch mit Karte gezahlt werden. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter!

Very good! No need for a credit card or deposit, which was perfect for us because we’re students. We rented a car for 5 days, and it was no problem to extend it for an extra day. Good communication and helpful service! They even picked us up at our Airbnb. Love Borna

Ich arbeite selber in der Branche und muss sagen das alles perfekt gelaufen ist. Der Mitarbeiter war super nett und hilfsbereit. Das auto war im top Zustand. Abholung und Rückgabe war super einfach und unkompliziert. Definitiv seriös und empfehlenswert!
