Neha is always amazing and very tedious and takes pride in her work However, today another lady thread my eyebrows and full face as Neha was not in. I explained very clearly I didn’t want to change the shape of my brows, just clean however she changed it anyways - I advised there was 1 hair to be threaded to make it even and she went ahead and threaded multiple hairs giving my eyebrows a new shape…like why ask if you’re not going to listen and just do whatever you want? She also threaded my face roughly alot of hairs left or cut instead of plucked/threaded out. She did however ask if I needed to touch up but was like she was in a rush and there were no customers?? Just to sit there on her phone after, which is none of my business but at least care/do a decent job and not rip off customers. Also she doesn’t know how to trim eyebrow hair, you’re not supposed to fully cut the hair so it sticks up weirdly. I don’t usually leave reviews unless it’s good, however I want to save customers the disappointment and money on this certain lady’s poor service. Thanks.

I have been coming here for over 5 years and the ladies have been amazing. On Saturday the 29th of July at 10:30. The lady who usually does my eyebrows was was busy so an older lady did my brows. I asked for her to keep them the same and thick.( I have very hairy thick brows) She didn't listen to what i wanted at all and made my eyebrows so thin and completely changed the shape. Most women don't take things like this lightly. People won't come back if you don't listen to what the customer wants, especially when it's comes to their appearance. Disappointing from a place I love going to.

Every so often I try to get my brows threaded here because they did a decent job of them once before. Sadly the service since has been disappointing. The website says no booking needed for threading but every time I walk in I am told to return in 30 - 40 mins because she has to clean the store or already has appointments. Even when there is no other clients in sight. A brow thread only takes 5 mins. If 90% of the time you’re going to turn people away instead of fit them in between longer bookings then there is no point in me continuing to come back here.

Went in around 1:30 asked to book appointment for full face thread only had one client in at the time asking her to check so I presumed she was close to finishing she asked me what I would like to do and what time I asked just whenever your next availability is she than proceeds to tell me to wait outside for 30 minutes because there waiting bay for people to SIT AND WAIT in was not atcually a waiting bay. Very rude and not welcoming young lady won’t be getting my money today

I am really really picky about my eyebrows and, being an Indian, I have only ever had eyebrow threading done. I've recently been going here to see Neha who is amazing and really quick and doing eyebrows and does an excellent job on my eyebrows. I think Neha does a really exceptional job! In terms of wait time, during the weekend of course it's busy, so I try to go during the weekdays in my lunch break when it's not busy and I usually don't have to wait.

I went here at 3:30 on a Sunday to be told that they ‘we finished for the day’ despite the shopping centres website stating clearly that they were open until 4pm. The was one customer in there that was having her eyebrows done. No signage on the door to say they were closing early or not taking any more customers. Extremely disappointed - I would have understood if I got there at 10 minutes to 4 but half an hour before closing is just not on.

I’ve been here a few times and was always happy with my brows and the service. This time I had a different girl doing my brows and I’m so disappointed. Her service was rough and painful. I left with cuts all across my brows, uneven brows and no apology, only told my hair is “thick”. I didn’t even get offered any sort of soothing gel. I ended up putting some aloe on my brows myself and going home to try to salvage them. Awful experience

Biggest thanks and recommendation for Neha. She has consistently given the best eyebrow threading shape for my face. I’ve tried other locations, however Neha has the best attention to detail. She can really clean up my eyebrows and knows exactly how to give the best frame for my face. Thank you so much again, Neha! No one can ever touch my eyebrows now except for you

I came today Sunday, in the schedule it appears that they close at 4:00 pm, I arrived at 3:40 pm, and the person who attends there told me that it was not possible, there was no service waiting before me, really frustrating and very bad service, I am usually a frequent customer but I will look for a new place to do my eyebrows

I cannot even give this place a star. The lady totally butchered my eyebrows. She shaped them completely differently to each other and waxed half of my other eyebrow off. I had thick eyebrows going in and now they are very thin. Not happy at all and would never go back.

Shreya is not only professional but so friendly. I don't even need to tell her how I want my brows any more as she remembers every detail of how I get them. I have recommended every one of my family and friends to her! I couldn't be happier!

When I turned up at 2.30 on a Thursday they were closed with no sign etc, the lady turned up eventually but this place also costs more than their salons in Glebe and Chatswood so won't come here again compared with the other two.

I regularly come here for eyebrow threading and lash lifts. Always very consistent results that look great. Neha is very friendly and professional, she listens and ensures her work is perfect.

Absolutely rubbish service. Every Sunday she rocks up late and then says she can’t see anyone for at least 30 mins. If you can’t staff your salon properly, close it down. Waste of a drive.

Amazing eyebrow lady does her absolute best, would highly recommend. Although the door handle needs to be fixed and when it gets quiet busy they are understaffed.
