Experience with Extra Space Chan Sow Lin give me n my husband a very good experience. All Started with: 1. Sumathi, end-to-end Excellent Customer Service. The helpful, informative n pleasant staff help cater our needs for storage. Kudos to her. She's a real gem. 2. Office staffs are all very friendly n helpful. 3. Guard entrance - friendly & polite though their job require them to be tough. 4. Lorry man n sidekick - friendly n helpful n careful in transporting n handling our many stuffs to storage. 5. Even the cleaners are friendly that greeted us when they sees us. What can I say.... AI definitely cannot replace humans in ESCSL. Your service n touch win all.

We needed a space to store our luggage and decided to visit Extra Space Chan Sow Lin to check out the facilities. Sumathi was very friendly and helpful. She explained how everything worked to us. The facilities are clean, the storage space is gated, and every storage unit is alarmed. We felt comfortable storing our luggage with them. Good place to rent a store. I have compare some of storage services this one is the cheapest! I choose medium storage and it only cost me about rm50 ++ per month. So cheap! It also have very good security system implemented.However, the place quite secluded, so quite dangerous if you go at night, and there's dog there keep barking when I enter the place.

Very last minute I was looking for a storage space and I found this Extra Space from random checking via Google. it's a good place to keep our things, very clean, systematic and safety. People are there so efficient and supportive. Choices are many as per our budget. And easy access all the time for retrieval.

Good experience through email with Sam of Extra Space (CSL). I had loads of queries that were answered promptly & clearly. The polite Jun Tseng at the office was super thorough & speedy with the paperwork. If only more customer service providers were half as good as these 2….kudos to you both.

This is a very professional run business, has great and secure storage spaces. Kevin Liau the company representative who did the paper work and showed me around was really great , he made the signup experience effortless explaining in detail all the paperwork before I signed.

Really a good place for storage, good security, friendly and helpful personnel. But found something worst, from main gate entrance to parking, daytime air pollution caused by neighbour without proper barrier during certain operation hours, air flow become dusty and polluted.

The costumer service is at this facility is great. I’ve exchanged emails with Rasilah and she reserved a locker for me. The staff were extremely helpful and the security seems really good, with the requirement of pin to open the door. I feel safe leaving my items here.

Had the opportunity recently to speak with Sumathi and Rasilah during our visit to the premises, they are both very friendly and helpful. Sumathi showed us around, explaining and providing the necessary detailed information. Did a great job in the signing up process.

The staff at this facility is very helpful. They took note of my requests and followed up accordingly. I got a locker unit that I wanted. Access to the storage is 24/7 and I am satisfied + confident with the security system they have in place.

Sumathi is really helpful throughout the process, from recommending the size of the space until the moving-in day. The space and compound is really clean and well guarded 24/7. Very happy with the service provided by her.

Came here to check the storage space for furniture during renovation. Customer service very helpful when bringing us to see different size units and provide detailed explanation on the process.
