I can't begin to say enough good things about Valley Storage. The staff, Tina a, Mike, Bob, and the rest are courteous, caring people. My friend had storage units there for many years, upon his passing, the staff did all they could to accommodate me in getting into his storage units. Unfortunately, do to laws, the units had to go up for auction. I bought a unit at thr auction, and took out what I wanted. The other two units were purchased by another person. Tine contacted me to let me know a lot of photos and personal things had been left in the 2 units. She boxed it up for me, and I picked it up. They are ethical, the facility is clean, and they do a great job.

Thank you Tina for your help and most of all your friendly smile. :) I’ve been a customer for over 8 years, and my mom for 5, and I/we always felt comfortable there, but now with the new owners (Extra Space Storage) it’s seems “cold!” For example: they don’t have trash cans anymore, and they got rid of the dumpster! :( There used to be a board with other business owners cards on it, and other info. so to help each other out like a community should do, but they took that down! However, with all that said, the place is still very clean inside and out.

Clean facilities with carts available to bring stuff from car to unit. Not a real big elevator but should be sufficient if you're on higher levels. Good lighting in the halls with work lights you can pull into your unit which is nice. The lights are shared but how often do you see your neighbor in the storage place. My 4 stars is thier hours. 5pm on Sunday? That doesn't leave much time for weekend work Saturday is 6pm. I would prefer later hours at least till 9pm.

I've been using Valley Self Storage on and off for decades. They are absolutely the best! The building is climate controlled so my belongings are never exposed to the heat which could destroy some of them. I have the peace of mind knowing everything is safe here for however long I need to leave it. They keep it immaculately clean, they have carts and elevators, and the prices are great! They are also the kindest people! I will NEVER go anywhere else in Phoenix.

I've been using Phoenix Valley Mini Storage to store some of my stuff since I moved here and i must say that I am extremely impressed with their excellent service and the quality of their storage units. There were no admission fees and I feel so comfortable with my stuff there. Phoenix Valley Mini Storage is great and I would recommend them to anyone that needs a storage space!!

This has been one of the best storage places I've ever experienced. Steve one of the managers at one place and his wife are fantastic very helpful and made me feel very at home. This is a very clean and air conditioned indoor storage facility I feel really good just when I go there every time pricing is reasonable and not a lot of 80 bitty little rules that drive you crazy

This is my go-to for storage. I've used them several times over the years. Staff is on-site & always helpful & friendly. The storage is basic and air-cooled (not recommended if you need air conditioned temp control) which is fine for most things. Plenty of choice in sizes and all indoors. Not a 24 hour place which suits me fine. Prices are usually great, too.

Amazing, clean, secure facility! We never worry about a thing here! Staff is so easy to work with & even the rest room is spotlessly clean! Lots of rolling carts for moving your belongings with 2 elevators. Appreciate the chiller cooling system in the summer !

Knowledge and friendly staff. Easy to navigate color coded doors on all four floors of this indoors storage building. I wouldn't recommend storing anything excessively long in length (king size mattress) as the hallways and corners are kind of tight.

After a friend did a lot of research to find the best storage place for the price, he found this place. I just copied what he did and used them as well. My mover was surprised at the price and said it was a good price.

Very respectable lady that was working up front God bless her heart she gave me a water I would recommend that place I am very experienced mover and they seem like they know what they're doing

The ladies inside were so nice and I had a very complicated situation and they even held on to my luggage for like a day and a half so I appreciated them so much and they had so much patience
