Mr. Omar Santos provided SUPERIOR customer service. I could not get into my storage unit, I called Storage Express who recently took over the site from Storquest. 1) Storage Express informed me days after my payment was due that my payment information did not transfer during the transition process. 2) My code to access my belongings did not work. 3) I called Storage Express: At first, Storage Express could not find my account, told me to call the number that was no longer in service. The second time I called, they connected me to Omar. The folks at the Storage Express call center did not have any real capability to solve problems. The did not inspire confidence. Whereas, Omar dropped what he was doing, drove to my storage unit, spoke to his team and fixed the situation quickly. I'm very thankful for Omar's professionalism and direct action! Thank you!!

I rented a 5'x15' storage unit here after examining a number of other local choices. The flexibility of the location, cleanliness of the facility, ease of access, and - of course - price all factored into my decision. The local store manager could not have been easier to work with or more courteous. After starting to load the unit I realized I had purchased a bit more than I needed and asked if I could see a slightly smaller unit. No problem. Again, the manager was very accommodating and took care of everything with a smile. I have no complaints about this business, plan to continue using them as long as my storage needs continue, and plan on recommending them to friends and family.

Rochonta at the Cleveland St. Tampa Extraspace was more than helpful today. She made a special trip to a remote office to help us and then went the extra mile to assist us with transferring to the Cleveland location. It took several phone calls and patience but she saw it through. I would highly recommend this Extraspace location based on my experience with Rochonta! The Cleveland St. location is very clean and easy to navigate. Also, everyone that I talked to from Extraspace while I was gathering information was courteous and helpful. It was refreshing to have such great customer service and attention to client experience.

My husband and I decided to rent a storage unit for one month during our hectic move to Tampa (we are still in transition - waiting to close on a house!). It's rare for me to leave 5 stars, but this place deserves it. Super friendly AND helpful. I'm here from Charleston and I got a hook-up discount on a very decent hotel, and a discount on a box truck rental via Storage staff and management. Very clean facility. I just cleared out a couple climate controlled units that we held untouched for the last 10 years, no bugs, minimal dust, just very clean. Everything that you could need or want from a self storage facility; only way it could be better is if it were free.

It was wonderful finding a storage company close to where I live. But the most important aspect of finding a place was the property itself. I have never seen a cleaner building that has pride in their property. Daniel could not have been more helpful and nicer to me. Working around the clock trying to move into my condo and find a people who was kind and so very helpful. Thank you so much. I am really happy. Feels like it should be.

Extra Space on Cleveland is the best storage unit I’ve ever used. I did a lot of my moving during the night time and I always felt safe even when I was the only person in the building. The building and each unit are kept extremely clean. The staff and especially the manager, Andrew, are some of the most helpful people I’ve ever worked with. ExtraSpace Storage on W. Cleveland Street is the best and most professional and cleanliness storage facility in Tampa. The Manager, Jason Paulick was very helpful and he informed me of the best deal and space for my money! Both Jason and the other front desk guy are very nice and friendly. Extra Space storage is wonderful! It is so easy to get in and out of, plenty of buggies to borrow, very clean, and the employees are great. I've had multiple units over the years and this place is great. Most recently, Andrew was very helpful. I called in to reserve a new unit next to my existing unit. When I got to the office Andrew had all the paperwork completed and ready for me to review/sign. It saved me a lot of time. As usual the unit was clean and ready. I highly recommend this location.

SOOOO happy with our new storage facility. The staff was wonderful to work with (esp Eddie P!). They made it super easy and a smooth process (esp considering any kind of moving is stressful). We can use our garage now! It's very conveniently located, but the best is that it's always V-E-R-Y clean (inside and outside of the property), and AC controlled.

Super clean, climate controlled, easy and secure access, very friendly and accommodating staff. Overall I find extra Space Storage to be much better than other storage facilities. The biggest differences are that the staff is a lot more accommodating and friendly than other places, and the security features are much better than other facilities.

The facility is nice and clean, but RENTER BEWARE!!!! The prices they offer are a bait and switch! My monthly rent went from a total of $110 a month with rent and all fees included to $196 only 3 months after I moved everything in. They are absolutely counting on the fact that you won't go and move your stuff somewhere else!

Perfect for my transition to the Tampa area. Very easy account set up and as soon I completely moved, I was able to vacate the unit and the off boarding process was really easy. Being able to know the building is secure and only people with a code can enter the area where the units are was a nice feeling to have.

I'm currently in the process of moving. Walked in, Andrew was of great help. He got me set up with the right size unit for my things. The units are clean, temperature regulated, elevator access, and carts available to help the process smooth and secure. Definitely glad I chose Extra Space for my storage needs.

Friendly service and setting up an account was pretty fast/easy. They let you use your own locks too, which is nice. Most storage places I've used make you buy your own. AC inside, big elevators, carts for you to use. Was able to back up close to the door too so I didn't have to walk super far with my stuff.

I have researched the best deal for these storage units and Extra Space is the best I found. Very straight forward no moving truck or other gimmicks just straight up storage with good service. Went in at 2:20 and Andrew showed me the unit and signed me up. It all took 20 minutes. Great service way process.
