I’m not sure how to begin. I will do my very best to give the short version without forgetting the important points. After 9 months of frustration and being ignored. The manager/Supervisor of Public Storage Longhorn in Fort Worth/Saginaw location was so rude his answers to our questions was sarcastic and totally unprofessional more like disrespect. We had a 10X20 unit, climate control. From day one the light inside our unit was not working. We report it and needed it to be repaired. It was so dark that we could utilize it the way needed. Because of darkness. We couldn’t read our labeled boxes and totes. So inconvenient because of having to use one hand for flashlight. Very dangerous for us. Anyway after 4 months of being passed on to another person,location, supervisors, service departments, and a so-called home office/corporate office that said we had to deal directly with that location. The same rude supervisor got so upset and screamed at us. Demanding that we didn’t turn in a work order because he never was informed about anything. When we called him out on that lie, pointing out he was the first supervisor at that location we spoke to. And was remembered because of how we were treated. He took a key to our unit at that point and kept the key for over 4 months. It was NEVER repaired and our key was picked up this afternoon by us. We have had enough and going to Extra space storage on I35 and Western Center in Fort Worth. I am so happy we called them. From the first phone call which was answered by a call center to scheduling appointment to signing papers was absolutely flawless and effortless on our part. I can’t believe we were stupid enough to stay so long and have a business tell us they are the #1 and largest in their business. Our 10/20 unit won’t make or break them. I really hope the right person from Public Storage reads this do something about the staff at Longhorn Fort Worth location. Most of all I hope someone from extra storage corporation reads this and know what amazing employees they have. Thank you all.

I had a great experience until it was time to cancel our storage unit. I called after we moved out and was told I had to come in person to cancel. I then showed up in person and was not asked for any kind of identification. I asked her why I needed to come in person if you are not going to verify my identity. She told me I could have just called to cancel. This was only so annoying because the office hours do not work with my work schedule. The unit was cleared out mid December after office hours and I was not able to cancel the storage until the 31st. I had already been charged for January and explained that I was upset since if they would have just let me cancel over the phone I would have had the unit cancelled before I was charged for January. She was rude and clearly did not care and told me we do not issue refunds. I will not be coming back for this reason. Nothing is more annoying than a company with employees that do not know their own policy. Now I have paid for something I do not need, have, or use.

Kathy was extremely helpful, as always, great attitude, amazing customer service, outstanding personality! I appreciate her being quick and efficient; She was able to help with my move out and made it a breeze. Extra Space Storage will pro-rate the days if you need to extend it from your original, which was PERFECT that I did not have to pay for an entire month! I had one of their largest units, the 10'x20', inside/temperature controlled. Reasonable monthly price, no contracts, and I was able to fit an entire 1200 sqft apartment (excluding the sofa) into this unit. A queen size, full size, and twin-xl bed along with a large TV stand/workout equipment, book shelves, kayaks, etc. - and literally 30+ large boxes - all fit into this unit. If you're looking to store a lot, get this size, it was also located conveniently next to the door, which I believe most larger units are. Thank you again Kathy!!! Stay awesome!!!

This place is great! Easy access both by location and approach with an East and West gate. Site is secure and clean. Convenient wheeled carts at both entry locations. Clean and well-working elevators for second and third story units. The price was also the best in the area. I needed two units and the telephone customer service agent was extremely accomodatin and made the process as easy and clear as possible. Last, but certainly not least, the customer service team up front is super friendly and welcoming. I received a call the day after I reserved my units just saying hello and welcoming me to the site and letting me know the hours and they were there for me if I needed anything. Stellar! I highly recommend this storage facility. Bonus: there are lots of places to eat and even a theater near by to blow off steam or refuel after a hard day of moving!

I have to start this review off by telling you all How amazingly Sweet an helpful Michelle has been through the whole process of getting my unit an making sure I have all the right things for my use of it, an my move. After a difficult decision, an lots of crying, walking into the store and seeing her smile an amazing personality made my day. The units are spacious, clean, easy to access and very reasonable priced they work with you because I was in a bind and needed to move out but did not have a lot of room in the new home. I searched for what was in my budget and upon talking to Kathy she made it happen. And now recently she helped me with a second unit for my start up business with keeping it at a reasonable price for both she is great at assisting you with your needs of location that is accommodating to you. Thank you Kathy for everything...this will be my go to place for storage.

We suddenly had to move from Dallas to Fort Worth and needed a storage facility for 70% of our items. They came across this extra storage space located right off the highway and we met all of our needs. On site team is very knowledgeable and resourceful and the facility is very clean and very well lit. Brother Bear moving company was able to easily have their 28 ft truck and move our items into our storage. Highly recommend and will continue to use extra storage spacehighly recommend and will continue to use extra storage.

The facility and overall care of the building was awesome. I'm happy that all my stuff fit in our space. Was very appreciative of the water that was offered to me and my father n law while unloading a uhaul in the middle of the afternoon. It was really hot and the staff didn't have to do that but when he did it was sooo kind, caring an thoughtful. Thank you soo soo much. We are grateful an thankful for the service provided an offered here. Definitely recommend renting here to anyone needing storage. 2 thumbs up!!

Easy to access, employees are always friendly, and place usually isn’t crowded. I initially signed up for a 10 x 10 climate-controlled unit for $93 per month back in February. This jumped to $156 per month in July. Just be aware that they lease month-to-month and can change pricing at any time. Do your due diligence and shop around first. The “first month free” probably sounds good when you’re in a bind to get stuff into a unit ASAP but make sure you’re not paying more than what you can get a few streets over.

Exceptional customer service. I have never had anybody, EVER, as professional, personable and kind as Kathy. I was treated with respect by her and Allie both. Always willing to help and met my every request. Beyond measure! I didn't know people like that existed anymore in this world. A true asset to Extra Space Storage. This review speaks directly to the service of Extra Space at location 6021 North fwy Fort Worth TX. This location has people working at it that are incredibly reasonable and kind. The manager has gone out of her way for our convenience and others there are also very easy and flexible. I thank them a thousand times over for their brilliant service! Never ever any issues. Literally only good things to say but I'd have to tell of various situations to elaborate how awesome these people are.

Wonderful experience so far everything is Super clean. So far it’s always the same person at the front and after a couple days she still knows me by name which is amazing to me because I can’t keep track of anybody. They were flexible with me I signed a contract for one unit and then I decided I needed a bigger unit and they let me switch with no questions asked. I got really discouraged looking at the reviews of all the other storage businesses. But this one has blown me away

The Extra Space Storage facility on North Freeway is the best I've ever experienced in the way of storage facilities. Kellie is the Manager there and they could not have picked a better person for the job. She has always been professional and courteous and helped every time I've called. The rest of the crew there have been helpful as well as courteous. Extra Space Storage is hands down the best place to get a storage unit or two.

My wife and I experience with extra space storage was very warm and relaxing, Larry and his employees made us feel welcome from the start. The process of signing up was so easy and everything was electronic and by email and texting. The free month they offer come in handy. I would recommend them for all your Storage’s needs, I rented two out door spaces from them. Overall I enjoyed my experience with Larry / extra space storage .

Convenience was important but security was greater for me. The ladies who helped me were wonderful! Answered all my questions and were very patient and courteous. I found my unit quickly with map given and the best is that you have to use your security code to get in/out of the building, but entering/leaving the gate. Thank you for making this an easy decision. I’d recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone needing a storage unit.

Excellent storage facility. Very clean, literally spotless. Love that it’s indoors and climate controlled. Jacob and Kelly are excellent, ALWAYS got me sorted out. Even their website is easy to use. The only thing I can say is just be mindful of their gate hours. You’re not able to access storage after 10:15pm. I don’t see it being a problem unless you’re trying to stay out of the sun and doing a late- in the day move.

We have had an amazing experience. We wanted to search for the best unit location and Kathy and Ali were so kind to continue allowing us to view units until the best unit was available for our needs. We got a great unit and the process has been smooth. We chose this location because it is secure, clean, and we love the bonus of using the carts to load and unload. We would highly recommend this location to store.

Love how new and well-kept this place is. By far the best storage unit I have used. The carts made moving in and out so much less of a hassle. Having an elevator used for both freight and people was a big plus. Loved the temperature control in the unit. I wasn’t worried about my things being tainted by the heat, bugs/critters, rain, etc. The people were very nice as well. All around awesome experience.

Kathy made the experience so wonderful! She knows the answers to every question you throw at her. The other day I came in to find cover for a hail storm, and though they had no more available space, helped me brainstorm great alternatives. She is truly an irreplaceable gem at this location. Would highly recommend stopping by here for your storage needs, ESPECIALLY if you live in the nearby hotels.

Larry was extremely helpful helping us choose the right sized unit for our needs. He was very thorough in explaining our rental plan with us and we really appreciate the month to month plan option. The woman at the front desk (whose name I forgot…sorry!!!) was very helpful and opened the door for our movers as well as showing us how to work the locks so that we could lock our units. Renting a smaller unit for myself couldn’t be easier. I could have done it all online, but chose to go look at a 5x10 & 10x5 in person. Turned out I took the 10x5… Jacob was friendly & most helpful.
