We had been renting a small 4x12 unit since 2013 and forgot about it for years as we had trouble with the lost keys and little help from the office with resolution as there was red tape with authorized users and such. We’ll fast forward 10 years later I call and get Ms Tracy on the other end! What a breath of fresh air, this storage facility went through a ton of changes in a decade starting with staff! She was by far the most helpful and polite person I’ve come across in a good while! She was super helpful with all of my concerns and was able to get me moved out in no no time! Thank you Tracy! My name is Sandra, and I rented a storage at this location today. The guy was so very welcoming and helpful. We was very personable, friendly and professional. Customer service is a biggie for me, and in a day where good customer service is a rarity... finding it is always a plus. Moving is stressful, so having someone who treats u like a person and truly makes you feel good about storing your things instead of treating you like a paycheck is definetly taking a weight off your shoulders! The storage was clean and well maintained, and I love how the unit has lights inside!! I love it, and will ALWAYS go back here when I need storage!! Thank you!!

Sorry for the poor English ahead of time. I've talked to the manager (Chris) over the phone and he was able to help me out with my storage needs. He voluntarily gave me information about the unit and description. I've yet to see the unit, but the customer service is pretty darn good. That alone over the other competitors have not been able to provide. Lord knows when you need a place to store your things, it's nice to have it convenient with no headache's. I chose to rent my storage unit from Extra Space Storage not only because they offered the best price compared to other facilities in this area, but also because of the pleasant and helpful staff I encountered on the phone. At the facility, Chris was courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. I like the location and layout of the facility and it's pretty much all I need! Definitely would recommend to friends.

Top-notch customer service! We moved in from out of state and spent a few months in limbo waiting for a permanent place to live, so we rented a unit to store our entire home. Everything stayed in the condition we started with. The staff made sure we didn't pay a dollar more than we needed to and were always helpful and accommodating. Very good experience overall. Love the staff- the manager was awesome. I’m a first time renter and I was checking out multiple location but not only the location was great but the service they provided was amazing. I got to see all the available units that I was interested in and the manager made the paperwork process as smooth as possible, and included the online rate that I was interested in.

Okay, so... long week thought I was moving out- Kris was excellent helped me literally 7 minutes before closing time. Turns out roommate decided to leave last minute so I needed to cancel the storage. No problem Kris made the process quick and as stress-free as I could’ve hoped. Thank you again I will return if anything arises!

The staff was very nice and helped me correct first the storage that was purchased on the phone through their terrible on-call reps. Tiana found me a bigger, better one and one that was first floor accessible. I was so grateful because the Texas sun was literally about to make me faint. Would definitely recommend this place!

We moved our things into storage while we sold our house, bought a new one, and remodeled. We were here for almost a year and had a great experience. The property manager is super friendly, the access is easy, and the hours available are good. Definitely will use this facility again if we ever need storage.

Janie is the best!! Always delivering service with personality and a great smile!! She is very helpful and has always been able to solve any issues I've had ( which have been few) even when she seems to be flooded with a hundred other things to do. She is always honest and sincere to her customers.

What more can I say than a Great place! The people that work here are super friendly and go out of their way to help you. The place is very clean and well kept. the loading area is easy and very large so no need to wait for a space to open up to be able to unload or load your car.

The place is very old and dirty. Our storage area had holes in the Sheetrock, which separated your area from the other ones. The driving area is tight and not meant for a trailer. The door to the upstairs was broken.
