I have had the pleasure of interacting with Melody Harris at the Extra Space Storage facility on Gessner Road, and I cannot speak highly enough of her exceptional service. Melody consistently proves to be a standout front office professional—always respectful, reliable, and incredibly efficient in her role. Whenever I need assistance, she goes above and beyond to help, making my experience at Extra Space not only convenient but genuinely pleasant. Melody's dedication to her job is evident, and her efficiency sets a standard that others in customer service should strive to achieve. I have been storing at the gessner facility for a little over 10 years. And my experience has been so so up until recently. I have been going through some stuff and Ashley was able to MULTIPLE times to accommodate me and help me get through some situations. Not only helpful, but kind and encouraging if I needed it. She is truly the main reason I haven’t pulled my stuff out yet. My stuff has been maintained, and kept safe. Ashley was transparent with issues and amazing at communicating with me about them. The ladies Ashley and Melody were very understanding and I’m so grateful. They understood when I was going through some financial hardship and they were so so helpful to me and I’m forever thankful to them for that. I definitely will continue to use Extra Space for my storage needs!
