I never write reviews but today I wanted to mention Isaiah, who came to my rescue when the lights in my new unit failed and I also needed to move closer to the elevator. He promptly remedied the issue, took time to make sure I was taken care of and did it all with professionalism and kindness. Thank you Isaiah!

Isaiah really helped us out with an issue that we had with our billing. He was really sympathetic and showed a lot of integrity in his work. He is definitely a godsend. He understood our issue and adjusted promptly and with a positive attitude he was a pleasure to work with.

It was an easy process to rent a storage unit at Extra Space Storage. Most of the renting process occurred online with a follow-up phone call. I was able to rent a unit and move my belongings in the next day. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and helpful.
