Worst ever experience. 2nd bay from south. Pre-soak flow is tuned at such a low level that it takes forever to go through the whole car. At the end I wanted to do spot free rinse. Kept adding coins and the machine still kept asking for more coins but didn’t actually do anything. Neither it returned me the coins. Called their support line a couple of times, but no one responded. Moved out to the vacuum section with my half rinsed car and leaving my coins behind. The vacuum hose was not well fitted and was coming off so often; very annoying. But at least the machine worked! Won’t be there again [Edit: Attached map to illustrate which one is 2nd from south]

I’ve been coming here for several years and really no issues. I use the laser non touch car wash and it does a decent job. I usually just get the $15 then vacuum for about $4 and car is clean. I had an issue today and I spoke to Danny who I’ve spoken to in the past and he took care of it straight away just a nice guy helping where he can. I highly recommend using this car wash especially that it’s cheaper than the shopping centre car washes. Keep up the good customer service it goes along way for me Danny Vanessa

Very friendly staff as I used this carwash for the first time today. Car was pretty dirty so I tried the $15 laser wash. From the inside, it looked pretty good afterwards. However a few minutes later when I arrived home, it just looked like I had hosed it off. Spotted duco, dirty windscreen etc. Perhaps my expectations were too high - don't think so ! More effective washes around!

Took my money twice because the prepaid credit card system didn't work properly , I actually got a refund the first time after a painful process in trying to call your service number. It happened again then the service attendant who obviously knew it happened the first time said "this always happens to you". Disgusting attitude and atrocious service.

It's the best self car wash I ever used... this car wash uses a product that has a high quality not cheap one .try it for once. And I will promise you will never go anywhere else. Since first day I had which was 2014 until now I never had to go to other car wash ..thanks to the owner and his team...

Good products, good results from the touches wash. Has 4 bays if you DIY, clean and vacuum. A decent range of finishing products to purchase for that superior look. Been coming here for years, always trust their products and the water is always clean and dirty like some others places I've been too.

For the no touch car wash make sure you don't follow the instructions on the left of the screen. I had to insert my cash in before selecting "cash". Then I was able to select a treatment. Otherwise, car wash is great.

Visited here this morning. Prices were reasonable, equipment well maintained and in great working condition. Bins were over flowing when I was there tho it was 7am. I'd still visited here and recommend it to friend's

Well located car wash on Mickleham Rd. Next door to a Coles Express easy to fill up and clean car at same time. Always well kept. Only negative is min $2 spend on vacuum I'm done well before my time runs out.

This car wash also has a dig wash facility Very clean at a good heights and with everything you need to clean your fur baby Take a towell to dry them before using the blow driver would be my suggestion

Good car wash , lots of water pressure and plenty of suds and wax when using these selections. Would use this car wash again. Take something to dry your vehicle with to get the best results

Access is tight. It would be handy to have a hand brush for the tyres or 'hard to get' places. Vacuum cleaner 2 dollars is very short time, if you quick you may get the whole car vacuum.

Love this joint!... When I'm in the area I'll always stop, it usually costs me $5 to shampoo & vac the Interior.. Driving home with a slighty wet toosh but it's worth it!

I used the touchless car wash which was great... only flaw is it doea not dry the car... other touchless washers blast some air over the car to dry it considerably well.

This car wash currently has a special on. If you spend $5 you get $7 worth time. It seems this deal will be indefinite. The special lasts from 9 to 5 Monday to Friday.

Close to airport, has VISA and Mastercard car wash and vacuum area. Its tap and pay only for cards though (pay wave or pay pass etc.)

I only use automatic which is pretty good but unlike others I used this one doesn't have cloth so you have to do this yourself

Good car wash, I mostly use the auto Touch free wash, the whole site is well looked after and kept clean.

We used the dog wash there. It was great and made bathing our Springer Spaniel much easier than at home.
