Great car wash, the wash bays are always impeccably clean, tidy & a pleasure to use. They almost always have an attendant on site cleaning up & ready to assist if needed. They dispense a good amount of soap & cleaners, with a fair time frame on timer to wash your vehicle for your money. I always go & use their wash bays whenever im in the area & have often even travelled out to Pakenham from Berwick just to use their car wash. I fully recommend a visit to clean your vehicle.

Bit expensive, however had special accasion and needed car cleaned, they got out a stain in carpet spilt milk shake, but floor left absolutely drenched , water marks inside car on dash doors more attention to buffing inside and outside needed, the very strong smell of product left inside the car, steering wheel sticky. Your car should feel fresh clean dry and comfortable to drive after a detail??.

Nice clean and easy to use carwash. It only costs me $4-6 to clean my small car and I actually quite enjoy doing it - much easier than doing it at home with the garden hose and a bucket! There's a money exchange machine onsite so you can get coins to use, which also helps. Occasionally you have to wait as it can get quite busy, but there are a few bays so it's not a long wait.

Poor Service and unhelpful staff. Machines poorly maintained, emergency shut off did not activate when machine malfunctioned scratching my car in several places. Took 3 weeks for staff to finally agree to see me and refused to fix damaged car appropriately. Avoid!!! I will never be returning!

Just moved nearby and thought i would try out the automatic car wash because it had ceramic treatment, i dont know what chemicals they use but it has absolutely messed up the paint on my boot, rear spoiler and parts of the bonnet, i am now looking for a specialist to fix the paint

If you have a white car do not go to this carwash. The purple polish or soap whatever it is didn't wash off my car as the machine kept spraying and stopping. It has permanently stained my bonnet and I am really annoyed. This car wash very rarely gets a single bug off the car!!

I used the auto wash tonight on our van, but found the wash didn’t take much dirt off. Manically didn’t clean the car as expected, perhaps because it was 7pm and maybe it was low on chems, but pretty disappointed to have paid 22$ only to have to hand wash it at home

I've used the regular laser auto car wash. Initially was not satisfied coz the bugs were not removed from front grill....but later realised those stubborn bugs need to be scrubbed first. Thanks Jon for the advice. I will definitely go there regularly.

Love the ease of using the app service to do the self-service. There is also someone onsite to help you working during the day, if you have any questions which is also very helpful if you are unsure or using their services for the first

Went there early in the morning and there was not much help around. The machines are a bit crazy. If you use your credit card and select say 8 minutes, when it expires you have to wait 8 minutes before you can use that station again.

Laser wash does a good job, I got the $22 "ceramic" one. Paint work came up great, windows were good, alloy wheels are ok too. For a quick wash I'm happy. Much easier on the car too, plus side is I can leave the roof racks on!

Great car wash with great soaps, and always very clean. 5 self-serve bays and an automatic machine that works really well. Recent renovations so like it's brand new. The staff there are also very helpful. I use it all the time

Used manual car wash for the first time. Instructions was clearly shown. All equipment were in good condition. Parking area was clean. Also they have tap and pay services. Will definitely recommend this car wash.

I use the touch free wash in occasion and today when I experienced a problem I had to contact the car wash representative - Jon. Jon was professional, accommodating and helpful and made my experience five stars.

Auto touch free car wash is always amazing, the diy was bays are always clean and well maintained. However, when washing a bike, it has to be either side of the grate as the foot pegs find a way in the hole....

Great set up and having the vacuums under a car port makes it worthwhile cleaning the interior when the weather isn't so great. Like the extra minutes for a certain amount during the day too.

Extremely disappointed! Paid $18 for Ultimate auto wash. Only the side of the car looked to have been washed. Roof, bonnet and boot looked no different. A waste of time and money.

Good quick clean wash.....$18 for the best wash is comparable to servo car washes but I think this is a better end job. That and I'm too lazy to do it by hand all that often.

The app kept connecting to car wash despite numerous attempts to select vacuum. Finally deleted the app went and got cash and lost money in one vacuum when it didn't start

Visited last Sunday and put $10.00 in machine and got NOTHING and no staff present to refund my money. Wont be back and will post on FB.

Great dog wash space! Easy to use, usually people do the proper sanitising rinse when they finish. Good shampoo and conditioner.
