Even though that this is in a sketchy neighborhood. With lots of riffraff hanging around. You can still get in and out of there unencumbered. although the police visit there several times a day to clean up the area. It's still a 7-Eleven it still maintained well and you still can get stuff that you would normally get at a 7-Eleven. The management there tries to keep everything under control and they do a pretty good job considering. I go there frequently because it's near where I live. It's an easy stop for certain amenities. But other than that. You're safe to shop there. Just keep your eyes open. And you don't have to give money to every person that approaches you. Just tell them not today.

Ohhh, so...when moved to Austin 2 years ago... I stayed at the Motel 6 next door. I was there for about 3 months & I have to admit, it's a rough & unless you have no other choice... I walk for exercise or ride my bike so... (For Me) knowing my Surroundings is a necessity. All I can say: I find life to be interesting & going to make the very best of my situation. I love to walk & as long as you are aware of who & what's going on around you...you will be fine. Danger is as close as the next human being. We never know who is going to flip out, Or where!!!

Literally every time I've gone there are several people outside asking for money. Some even stand in front of the door so you can't get in or out without them being able to try to get money from you..... And the employees are always extremely slow. Never stop there if you're in a hurry

I go here for my gas pit stop in my cigarette pit stop I can do it quickly the gas is usually a little bit more pricey however it also works better in my car formulated differently I guess but it is palpable. Go here good gas good people in and out Bing Bang Boom

Got the best charger for my phone there however it is in a bad neighborhood. When i was there i notoced several homeless and drug addicts outside asking for money. I even saw a kid get arrested in the parking lot for stealing while i was there.

The place is clean & they provider sanitizer. You must wear a mask & they have special marking on the floor to stand 6 ft. apart. They are taking covid-19 pre-cautious. For that, they receive a 5 star rating. Bathrooms are clean & sanitized.

Very scary after dark...was approached by several "homeless", drunk men asking for change and alluding to other things. Ladies, if you must, absolutely HAVE to stop here, carry stun gun or mace. And keep it ready.

Feels so unsafe to stop here. So many day laborers in the parking lot and some standing at the pumps to hassle you. Will never stop here again. Seems like this sort of loitering would be stopped by the store.

I have had the pleasure of knowing the staff over a long period of time and buying my daily items on property. When one becomes comfortable at a particular place, it may be considered the stomping grounds.

7-11 in St. John area off 35 in Austin Texas is nasty and dirty. I went to get coffee and it was a baby roach crawling. Too too many homeless people begging and early in the morning.

I wish I didn't hate going here. The staff is always so nice. But I can't be there without getting hassled by multiple homeless people . The problem needs to be figured out.

The reviews are correct, lots of homeless people around, BE CAREFUL. The employees are helpful, and try to accommodate, not much they can do about the situation.

Friendly people and clean. Restrooms are clean. Good selection and prices that you'd expect. Hot food was fresh and appealing and tasted good.

The man who works day shift is very people oriented, he is very pleasant and accommodating. It is always a pleasure doing business with him!

Love my 7-11 especially the coffee bar and my cappuccino coffee French Vanilla!! Very friendly and always greet you in a tasteful way.
