I ordered a size 14 through Amazon, i was sent a size 12. Apparently the shoes don’t come in a 14, Ten days later, they are still being advertised as available in a 14? I returned them as they clearly won’t fit but I’m still being charged for the postage. I’m now told “that’s amazons problem, not theirs and no offer of assistance to resolve. I’m now giving up and will go somewhere else to buy my shoes.

This is a fantastic independent shoe store. The quality speaks for itself and the staff are amazingly helpful. I seriously recommend this shop for quality footwear and excellent service.
