Just wanted to provide some feedback on my recent purchase of a Vortex Spa. Right from the initial contact via email my experience has been nothing but pleasurable. Elaine provide me with a detailed breakdown of the Spa, its contents and functions along with all associated costs. Due to us not quite being ready to take delivery at that point in time, Charlie from Spa World accommodated us greatly by hold our Spa from March to now so we wouldn't miss out on the great deal. The last step in the process was the delivery of the Spa which took place today. Due to our house having limited access to the rear yard, I was slightly concerned with how this was going to go. Franco from Ezy Spa Movers was a fantastic help and provide great communication from start to finish which provided me a light more comfort. When the delivery guys arrived this morning, I still had some concern around bringing the Spa through the house however these concerns were quickly dismissed when I started talking to the guys. Anthony, Nick & Jacob from Spa Movers were so accommodating from start to finish. Anthony took it upon himself to totally remove our main door from the door frame & our screen door gas closer to allow free & easy access through the doorway. Anthony then when onto remove a painting and some ornaments in the hallway to avoid any breakages. The patio, hallway, rear deck were all covered with protective boards and a moving blanket was used to protect the walls. All 3 guys worked extremely well together and we extremely careful with this delivery. Anthony then finished off in flying colours by re-installing the door and flyscreen closer prior to leaving. Unfortunately service like this isn't seen to often nowadays, so I thought it was important to send this note to all involved. Thanks again to all involved.

This company was recommended by the company i purchased a brand new spa from. I was extremely disappointed with them. After a few back and forward emails, I agreed to their price and paid them over $1100 to deliver to Newcastle from Sydney. They advised me it would be delivered on 14th December but they never showed up. So, not only stuffing me around they also stuffed the electrician i had arranged to wire it up. After quite a few phone calls and alot of excuses they agreed to deliver on 23rd December. So, once again I organised for people to be here, as well as the electrician. Late evening, the night before, they informed me that they havent picked up the spa from the warehouse and will not be delivering my spa again. After trying to contact them by phone for about 20 times, a few emails and through Facebook they refused to reply! Only after we contacted spas direct they contacted me and made the excuse they didnt think it would fit through the fence and couldnt deliver it. I had a conversation the week previously with jason and gave him all the measurements he needed and we both agreed it would easily fit. A few more excuses and he agreed to refund me my money and i collected and positioned it myself with the help from my neighbour. It would have been the easiest job for a spa relocation mob but they made it extremely painful!

Service absolutely appalling and a rip off. Firstly, a lack of communication after constant follow up of spa delivery. Purchased spa from Spas Direct with free Sydney delivery which included to my laneway. Then charged another $275 from Easy Spa Movers to move the spa into my garage which was 2metres! Then quoted another $100 to remove the crate. Also arranged to have a spa chemical starter pack delivered, not received. Easy Spa Movers were met at my garage by a friend of mine, as I was stuck behind a traffic accident on my way home and wouldnt wait another 15-20 minutes (so we could quickly clear items) and to assist with unpack and installation and removal of crate. I cannot tell you how disappointed, irrate and ripped off I am. No spa for Christmas holidays!!! It is sitting in my garage. I have made a formal complaint to Spas Direct and the NSW Office Fair Trading.

I used EZY Spa movers to relocate a spa I had purchased. The communication with this company is very difficult and messages are slow to be replied. EZY Spa had difficulty in placing my spa in the desired location after several attempts on the day and due to the ground being wet they placed my spa in the garage and I was told they wouldn’t have a problem moving it to the desired spot as soon as we had 5 days free of rain for the ground to dry. I contacted them after the 5 days ... no reply, They requested I pay $400 cash on the day they attempted to move the spa( which I did) and I was to give them the final payment of $100 when they returned. They haven’t replied to my messages trying to get this problem resolved... we now have a spa in our garage and will need to pay more money for someone to move it. I wouldn’t recommend this company at all.

We engaged Jay from Ezy Spa movers because it was evident that the moving of of the spa we had purchased from our next door neighbour was not going to be easy .. the access to the location of where we wanted to spa was tricky and our expectations were were high. Jay and his team took all this stress and hassle away with all their equipment - they arrived on time to do the job and despite the very and hot windy weather they remained professional, friendly and always had a smile. Jay really knows a lot about spas, he left us with a quality start up kit and explained in detail how we should maintain our spa giving us lots of tips and tricks. The job was executed within hours - we were blown away at how smoothly the job went. I would absolutely recommend 'Ezy Spa Movers'. Thank you again to all the team, you did a fantastic job!!

Jason and his team are amazing! The company we purchased the spa from wasn't helpful so Jason picked up our spa and stored it for us until he could deliver it. There were many delays due to lockdowns and closed borders. The whole time Jason kept in communication with us regarding when our spa was coming. Then when restrictions allowed Jason delivered our spa when he said he would and was amazing. He placed our spa exactly where we wanted it and gave us so much advice and tips. Jason has been so helpful with any questions we have and we didn't buy the spa from him so he was not obliged to help and is getting nothing for it but helps anyway. People and businesses like this are a dying breed and we are so grateful to Jason!

I can confidently recommend Ezy Spa Movers if you are seeking a experienced and competent team to delivery your new or used spa. From the very first phone call I knew I was in the best of hands. After speaking to our supplier I was expecting my new spa to be dropped off on my footpath however these guys basically installed it after getting it through a tight side passage and afterwards even explained how to maintain it. Jason and his team went the extra mile in picking up a used spa for us in NSW and delivering it to Canberra. They are totally professional and their specialised knowledge and equipment made it all look a lot easier than it actually was when unloading the spa and then moving it in to place. Their rate was reasonable given the time, effort, and care that they put into the job. I can't speak highly enough of this business and I will continue to recommend them to others. BEWARE Was in contact with Jason for delivery of a spa from Sydney to Canberra. Very poor communication from the get go. when he finally sent the quote i noticed that it was 3 times what it should be. when i questioned why i was told that he needed 3 men to "uncrate" the spa, and then needed to pay for accommodation for them and Jason to stay in Canberra overnight. In CANBERRA. 3 hours by road to Sydney. Beware of these guys, always get a competitor quote. these guys are ripping people off Joe

hired them to move my 2 level house with Swim Spa. they turned up right on time with big removals closed truck and with hiab crane truck to lift swimmy. very friendly experience. job was done extremely well. swim spa was lifted with hiab on truck tray and all my house was fitted to truck and moved to new house no damages, furniture was protected well. they rates reasonable well priced. will recommend to all.

Franco was great at helping to organise everything, and the delivery team were amazing - nothing was too much trouble. We have a pretty tricky installation spot with an enclosed patio, and they rolled with the punches with ease. After having nothing but issues with the spa company, the guys drove 4 hours, took 1 look at the job and just got it done. They knew exactly how to do their job. We can't be happier with their work.

Very bad delivery found cracks on spa plus they cut the main power plug without asking..very disappointing. Plus lots of $..on delivery! Don't deal again.. Ps: was in great conditions new or old spa does not matter was not takencare by delivery guys cracks lines found now have to fix .
